OMG, I LOVE THIS SALON!! Amazing service! I came in on a whim to fix my nails. I torn my cuticles and had little nails to work with and my technician worked her magic. WOW, what an amazing experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They have a wide selection of colors. Highly recommended!

I have been getting my nails done for a very long time - and it's always been a hit or miss when it comes to inspo picture and what I want, this was more than expected and I absolutely love it! Even when it comes to the tiniest of details like shape, when I get square shape especially I always need very sharp and perfect and they did just that! Forever grateful & found my forever place! Definitely recommend Kim and the staff is amazing!!!

By the worst mani pedi I have ever experienced. I called ahead to see if they could accommodate 4 mani pedis at the same time, they said yes. They were so nice when we arrived. But things changed quickly. We came out of town for a bachelorette weekend, so there were many things for us to get done, and waiting around in a salon for 3 hours was not ideal. My friend waited 1.5 hours before anyone would start on her, by that time she stated she didn't want to go through with the mani pedi because it would've taken too long. They were pushing her to do so, but she continuously had to refuse, they didn't want to take no for an answer, and that's when their attitude changed. My other friend, her manicurist left halfway through her manicure because he had to pick up his kids. Was gone 30 minutes, when he came back he was rude and rushing. My sisters shellac nails started peeling 6 hours later. All of the pedicures didn't last past a couple hours. I spent $300 here and it was my hard earned money, not well spent. I would avoid at all costs. This is just a small portion of what we experienced here.

I had an awesome experience here! I came in close to closing time but they took me with welcoming arms. This place was actually recommended by a friend and I can attest it is great. I got a pedicure and full set done. I will totally come again!!!

Great attention to detail! Love the arm and hand massage and how nice my cuticles look. Hate that I live 45 minutes away but if I'm in town, definitely coming back. Clean shop and was welcomed as a walk-in on a Friday evening. Great experience! read more

My initial reason for going here is because I really really needed a pedicure. I haven't had one in over a year- I'm a server I'm always on my feet, and lately my feet have been killing me. ...This was the worst pedicure I've ever have. My feet are still covered in calluses he didn't even trim my toenails, and he DIDNT MASSAGE MY FEET. ....what kind of $45 pedicure doesn't include a foot massage?? I just got these done an hour ago and I have never been so disappointed. My nails look like they've been grown out for 2 weeks. The nail clipper she was going to use was full of rust so I had to ask her to get a new one. The rusty clipper was in a peel pack to look like it was brand new. Definitely a waste of my time. Told me she wanted to "something" for me, said it's okay I'll fix it and then charged me 5$ when everything was done even though SHE DIDNT MENTION it would be an extra charge. Then shaped my toes weird, put on too many coats of polished looked THICCCC and didn't dry. Horrible experience. Needed to go somewhere else to fix it. read more

I went to Olmos nails almost a whole month ago for a Shellac manicure. They are always nice and I like that if I call first and say what I want, they will tell me either to come in now if they aren't busy or tell me a better time I wouldn't have to wait long. Anyhow, after a month my nails grew out a little but they otherwise still look perfect! My gel manicures usually chip pretty quickly but not this time. It's a very nice little place. read more

I needed a pedicure and this place was close by so I decided to try it out.... The pedicure was not impressive, the salon was dirty/messy, and it still cost just as much as other places. I ended up having to go get another pedicure at a different salon a few days later. I will not be going back. read more

Okay... Veryyy shady looking exterior. We almost turned around and left. A little bit weird and tough parking situation bc on a slant and u have to back into traffic.. And only 3 spots. It smells stronglyyyyy of chemicals in here which is very off putting. Interior is very NIce and u get back massage chair. The color selection is good- they have tonsssss of colors. $30 for regular pedicures. Service is average and u get a quick 2 minute foot massage. read more

Really enjoyed going to this salon. I recently moved to the area and was very reluctant to try new places. I tried another salon in the area and was traumatized (dramatic lol) anyway I decided 'I was NEVER gonna try another salon in the area and was going to drive 20 miles across town to go to my old salon' which I did for many months. Yesterday I decided to bite the bullet and try this salon that my friend told me about. I was VERY HAPPY! Initially the outside made me nervous and it thought it was strange that there were only 2 technicians working on a busy Saturday. However when Kim did my nails-- I was sooo happy!! Her attention to detail and customer service was supreme! She accidentally messed up on one nail and she noticed the mistake and fixed it immediately. I will FOR SURE be back read more

Pretty disappointed with the service I received today. I walked in at 10:45 and was told the wait…read morewas 15mins which was fine. At 11 I got sat for a pedicure. I came in with gel that needed to be removed so they soaked my "toes" in acetone (poured acetone over the cotton on my toes and wrapped them in foil) the acetone ended up all over the bottom of my feet and I sat like this for 30 minutes before someone finally come over to help me. While using the tool to remove the gel they constantly rubbed the skin on my toes with the drill which was very uncomfortable. My toes are sore from how hard the man was filing my toes down. Eventually I asked that I don't get any color because longer wanted to sit in the chair and get my toes done. This experience was no where near relaxing. This was my first and last time at this salon.

I decided to book a massage at the Windflower Spa as a birthday gift from my boyfriend. With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.

I went to this nail spa for the first time last night, and as always was skeptical of a new place. However, I was very pleased at how quickly I was seated and how fast the whole process was! I went in for an acrylic set and was out of there in less than an hour! Plus the man was very gentle in handling my nails.
