Great experience here for quick pedicures with my husband. The lady made sure after scrubbing that each area was soft before moving to a new area. They unfortunately do not give military discount, but the prices are pretty standard at $40 for a basic pedicure. read more

Pretty disappointed with the service I received today. I walked in at 10:45 and was told the wait was 15mins which was fine. At 11 I got sat for a pedicure. I came in with gel that needed to be removed so they soaked my "toes" in acetone (poured acetone over the cotton on my toes and wrapped them in foil) the acetone ended up all over the bottom of my feet and I sat like this for 30 minutes before someone finally come over to help me. While using the tool to remove the gel they constantly rubbed the skin on my toes with the drill which was very uncomfortable. My toes are sore from how hard the man was filing my toes down. Eventually I asked that I don't get any color because longer wanted to sit in the chair and get my toes done. This experience was no where near relaxing. This was my first and last time at this salon. read more

I've been going here for since they opened nearly 4 years ago and I always love my nails. They can almost always fit you in but I call ahead just to be sure they have time because it's super popular. I tend to get acrylics and fill ins, but they offer gel, shellac, classic, and dip. Everyone is super friendly here, and they have complementary drinks. Overall not bad. I was able to come in and they provided fast service. Place seemed clean. I got a pedicure and manicure with nail color on both. My only reason for taking off a couple of stars is because the gentleman nail technician nicked my cuticles twice while sanding down the dip, leaving me with two small cuts that get irritated often. read more

Dustin and Kim did a PHENOMENAL job on our nails. They are so attentive to detail, and we're so kind and accommodating. They immediately offered water, soda, or wine. So happy with the work Natalie did on my refill! She was able to make the shape the pointy almond I wanted and made sure nothing was crooked and everything looked perfect before proceeding. I broke a finger back in August and have been insecure about my nails looking crooked since the finger is crooked but Natalie made sure everything looked good and nothing is wonky! Not great. Location is amazing. Cleanliness is lacking and COVID protocols can be thrown out completely. Only 1/2 of staff wore masks. Guests not required to wear mask or even wash hands. All this despite their SATX COVID commitment sign in the doorway. Sloppy basic manicure with poor paint job and no lotion/oil treatment much less hand massage of any kind. read more

I went in as a walk in & was greeted with a smile & amazing hospitality. It was cold weather so they placed a warm therapeutic heat pillow around my neck & offered me hot green tea or coffee! I usually get very basic designs but they couldn't do what I asked for and they don't carry a lot of up to date products. I feel like my nails were rushed, not fully prepped like most salons do and she filed my nails down way too much to where it was burning. I've been to nicer salons that charge less for better service. On a good note the place looks clean, they accept walk ins and work fast. read more

First time going to this nail salon. I am very impressed! I had a dip polish removal and manicure with regular polish (to give my nails a break). The woman doing my nails spent more time and was more detail oriented with my dip removal than I have ever experienced. When applying my regular polish, she said two of my nails had streaks and, though I said they looked fine because I understand that regular polish isn't going to look as perfect as gel/dip, she removed the polish and did them again because she wasn't satisfied with the appearance. She provided top notch service and cared about her work! I will be switching from my usual place at Park North and making this my go-to nail salon. read more

I came here two weeks ago and I got my nails done. I got there about 4:10 ish and I didn't leave until after 7! I had an appointment for 4:30 and was told she had a client at 5:30. By the time I got done with my feet nails, she still had a client and it was passed 5:00. My gel feet nails only lasted one day and the entire nail chipped. I had to use the things I had at home to fix it. I paid over $135's and that's what I got. I also got tip extensions and chrome and the nails had lines underneath and when I mentioned it I was told they can't fix it. I was okay with my hand nails, but what happen with my feet nails was not right. This was my second time. I also mentioned in the email I sent that these were my Graduation nails and Kim didn't know. I talked to Vivian over on email. I will probably not go here anymore. There's better places in San Antonio. read more

I came here for a pedicure, loved that they were able to take me as a walk-in. The peppermint pedicure was exceptional! The technician did an incredible job with the calf/foot massage (like maybe best I ever had) and paid a lot of attention to detail in getting the cuticles, polish, top coat right. I came here at about 11 am and was out in an hour. Excellent service done by two wonderful ladies! They did my nails and toes at the same time. There was another gentlemen working on another ladies toes amd nails. Everything I saw was clean, organized. Very covid safe. They took their time but it was clear they both know what they're doing. I explained what I wanted by picture and she knew exactly what to do and verified with one other stylist their opinion. They discussed options with me. All great prices! I recommend what I got. Dip nails (acrylic I believe) and my toes were shellac because I don't go to salon often...I upped my pedicure to the peppermint which I'm so glad I did! The smell was so nice and you get the paraffin wax! Amazing! Just super sweet ladies and great service. Came in and was immediately welcomed. The best. If you're within the area, go to this place above others. Exceptional and new establishment BUT they've been in the business for a while so you're in good hands. Thank you so much! Natalie is my FAVORITE! She did my nails and brows at another salon, but I hadn't seen her in the past year. I decided to try K N today and when I walked in, what a surprise it was to see her! We were SO excited to see each other again. She remembered everything about me and it felt like home. Natalie takes her time and is insanely meticulous with everything she does... she doesn't miss a detail. She's super talented and is just the most genuine & sweet person. I scheduled an acrylic that day at 3:30 I got there like 5 minutes later I didn't have to wait. Kim took care of me she matched the colors perfectly to the picture I showed her and the acrylic application is perfect. When I usually get my nails done ling ppl usually do it too thin but these are perfect. The environment was really relaxing and the shop is beautiful as well and a lot of open space. I LOVED this place. My nail tech was amazing and super patient. He gave me a suggestion and I didn't like it at first but the next day when I looked at my nails I was in shock. I'm definitely going back! Also got a pedi and the lady took her TIME, I paid for the coconut milk bath & she did such an amazing job. I came with my MIL for a relaxing pedicure and manicure for our girls day out and wasn't disappointed. Kim and her staff are friendly and attentive. I will 100% be returning here! Dustin was amazing he was very patient with me when I had questions about the different colors. Did not make me feel rushed at all. It's very difficult to find a salon that is open when I get out of work late, so for them to not have rushed me made the experience so much better. I have never gotten a Pedicure before but this place was amazing! Super clean and professional. Rubi treated me awesome and my feet have never been so smooth and relaxed. I upgraded to the mint scrub and was so happy I did. Between that and the massage chair I was drooling on my beard. I would highly recommend this place this place if you wanna treat yourself! Still, I expected the issue to be corrected without hassle. When I brought it up to Miranda, she seemed visibly bothered, which made the experience uncomfortable. As someone who's familiar with this industry, it's disappointing to see that kind of response.
