The nail that needed to be fixed was put superglue and then with all builder job, you basically take all of that off anyway so nothing new was added but the superglue and I was charged five dollars for that was fine but then itself I really just wanted a different color pink which that party nailed but I was charged like an additional $10 for design which I don't even like that's a design an additional five dollars for the nails being almond shaped which they were already previously almond shaped and I just feel like my nails weren't done properly like even on the thumb you can kind of see the ripples and I feel like my cuticles are a little flooded. I definitely will not be back for this set for a refill on builder. It came out to $81 and I kind of feel like that's a little bit much. The place was decent and they do have a large selection of colors but the chairs are old and decor has a lot of neon lights so not really my style I did think it was nice that they had the mani and pedi station separated but I didn't try that due to not needing yet.

Before driving out there, I called the front desk to ask about availability for walk-ins and the woman on the phone said it would be a 30 minute wait, however by the time I arrived to the salon, I was almost immediately sat at a booth. The man who took me made sure I got the color, shape and style I wanted before getting to work. He was super friendly, made friendly banter, and made sure I was getting what I wanted the entire time he worked on my nails. The overall process took about 1.5 hours, and my nails came out just the way I had hoped they would!! 20/10 would recommend trying this place out

Like most salons, the eyebrow wax was $12 which is good pricing. The employee was very nice. I have sensitive skin so naturally my skin gets very red and irritated whenever it's waxed -- but my eyebrows were way redder than normal. I don't think the wax they use is for sensitive skin, but it's fine, most places don't. Just something to keep in mind if you have plans later in the day or have sensitive skin like mine.

Or was me... ha... don't like them capes. I didn't say anything about either of those things. I felt like I was at a spa during all that.. ‍ either way the main thing is that they had a chance to take me in and more so that my hair came out fabulous. La Madame is kept VERY clean and it's so sparkly and it's such a vibe in here, there is plenty of seats and every few seats there are privacy curtains which to me was a very nice touch. Jesse serviced me I got an Aloe Vera pedi - $67 not including tip. ASK FOR JESSE!! He was amazing and talked to me about the things I wanted and told me why he was leaving and for how long (grabbing stones , hot towels, lotion, etc.) some ppl may feel that it's too much but it was so nice to know those things! And they definitely do not cut corners on their services. Everyone has been so nice and friendly here - I have two kids so I often can't make appointments and just need to pop in when I can so it's nice they are amenable to walk ins.
