I recently adopted a Standard Poodle puppy and before I even brought him home, I called to talk with their groomer, Katie. She helped me so much as I have never been owned by a dog who needs grooming. I guarantee that as soon as Asher has all of his shots, he will go to Pet Headquarters for his trims and cuts. It is so important to have a place to go for your pets that isn't online, that is a place you can go to and trust. When I buy Asher's harness, they have the perfect one for him there and they have the colors to choose from. They even fitted one of my rescues with the right harness and collar for me. Also, they do amazing donations to the rescues in the area. I have brought them food for those places and they have a wonderful setup so the rescues can pick up needed food and treats. The metal bathing tubs flexed which caused my dog to move around. The metal tub wasn't really large enough for his 75 lbs. Worse, the water wasn't a constant warm as it should be. There were two spigots, one for cold and hot. I ignored the cold one but the hot one wouldn't stay warm. It kept going cold. I cut short the bath and just rinsed him. Another person bathing her dog next to mine had the same issues. I will not return here.

Not easy to grind the nails of a quivering chihuahua that looks like she is being tortured. We came here with our adoption coupon book to get our newly adopted Miss Loki her swag and necessities. The staff were so excited for us and made our Gotcha Day even more fun! Some of the staff work/volunteer, at the Yavapai Humane Society, and instantly recognized Miss Loki(Kiwi), dropping to the floor to cuddle and play with her. As much as I appreciate the outstanding staff, I do wish they had more of a unique selection, in pet items. Even if these items were offered as a special order. Miss Loki will start her obedience class next week. We will let you know how we liked the trainer and if we were asked to leave‍. Loki is a little energetic and curious.

He tended to the animals more than what color the walls were. We called today wanting to see their stock of animals and my husband called them and spoke with someone who said they were open. We get there and they said they were only open to selling feeders that we were not able to walk around because they were fixing the place up? Why say your open on the phone and make us drive all the way from chino to say, "oh sorry we didn't mean to tell you were open, we're only open to selling feeders." I bought one of my snakes there from the old owner and I'll never go back to that place ever again! Their website and Facebook haven't been updated and their hours are all over the place. I'm surprised that place is still open since no revenue is coming in. You guys lost two customers. My husband and I will not come back. Inconsistent quality, number one has been double and triple thick flakes making it hard to feed…read moreproper without over feeding. Lots of rocks in last few loads. Over feeding cost a lot of money, wasteful and frustrating. Loose baled from the farm, with fat double and triple thick flakes that fall apart when trying to separate flakes to reduce waste, inturn dropping loose thick steamed Alfalfa all over ground, doubling work load having to rake up piles and put in wheel barrel to carry over a few acres to get everyone fed. They don't seem to care and a few of the office staff are rude and treat the loader staff like children calling them "boys" when they are are actually nice young men, working hard giving better customer service than the "customer service cashier" I used to tell people about "hayplus" a couple years ago, not anymore. They must have changed the farmers they used to buy from or someone is placing number 2 in the number 1 barn, where they have stacks of mixed cow hay in the number 1 squeeze. When we spend thousands of dollars on feed we expect better quality when we think we are purchasing number one we expect number one, not dry dusty overgrown, thick steamed Alfalfa with purple flowers, that has little protein nutrition because the farmer waited to long to cut and bale. Quality matters when animals depend on proper nutrition to grow and feed their young, this kind of Alfalfa reduces milk production and the animals are not satisfied, needing additional supplements costing more than it would with quality number one they used to sell. Very disappointing and frustrating to spend so much money on low quality feed.
