I asked him to have their best price waiting when we got back and he told me "look it up on our website". When we got back I gave him the price the other dealer offered us and he laughed. We bought our Jeep 6 weeks ago and have already had to spend almost $2000 in repairs. According to the paperwork we received when we purchased the jeep there was a 30 point inspection done and the cost of which was added to cost of the vehicle. The first issue was the jeep needed a front end alignment, during the service the tech found that the brake pads had worn to an unsafe level. According to the inspection report the brakes had been serviced and we were charged for the repair. Today my husband took the jeep in for an oil change, because he didn't trust that the service department had actually checked the oil. According to the tech the oil was very low, while according to the inspection report the oil had been changed by the dealership, which we were charged for. The windshield wipers had to be changed and if you guessed that according to the inspection report that work had been done at the dealership and we were charged for it, you would be correct! The driver's side door started sagging, that's when we discovered that there was no actual bolt holding the door on the hinge. Last but not least while my husband was having the oil changed the tech checked the rear differential he discovered that the fluid was black, it looked like tar, and had metal shavings in it. Just for reference the differential fluid is supposed to be clear. I called to speak to Nate regarding my concerns, Nate was in a "meeting", I left a message, I waited 2 hours, and called back. Nate was not available, so I spoke with Mike, another sales manager. I informed him of my concerns, he said he would need to speak with the service department and would call me back in an hour. I waited an hour and a half & called back. Whoever I spoke to said Mike was busy and took a message. I waited an hour & called again. This time Mike told me he had been very busy and that he would call me back in a couple hours. I waited nearly 3 hours and called again, this time he was not available. I found the lack of communication with the sales department insulting and it obvious this vehicle had never been inspected. read more

Had such a great experience! Contacted them online and got texted right away (my preferred contact). They got me in touch with Camillia and she was amazing! She was so sweet and helpful. They got my vehicle moved to a closer dealership and helped me get to a price I wanted. I also had the pleasure to meet Tyler Griffin to help me with the financial portion and he was just as amazing and allowed me to ask any questions i had. They were transparent about everything and kept me in the loop. A little over a month later update: So I am still happy with my experience with the sales and finance people. BUT i have had a horrible time with the service department. a week after buying the vehicle, the check engine light turned on. my husband is a mechanic, so i wasn't super worried as he found out the issue quickly and the light turned on as a fail safe. i contacted the dealership and they told me to come in whenever i could. I dealt with Tyler in the service department who was super nice and great! While we were talking about the issue, another guy (I think the manager Jason?) interrupted and said they would have to find out the issue themselves which was completely fine. After Tyler used his scanner telling him that the thermostat was the issue, then i was told i would need to make an appointment for it to be fixed. They couldn't get me in for four weeks. Jason came over and asked if I had brought a warranty with the car and told me that what I had purchased would cover fixing the thermostat. He talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about and kept repeating every he was saying to me. Let's just say I had a better conversation with Tyler then Jason. So my husband and I went back four weeks later, and Jason was there. We told him we were there for the appointment and he asked if we had a warranty to cover the fix and I said I had this specific warranty and he acted like he had never heard of it and told us he needed to go out to the car and that we could wait as he would also need to contact the warranty to see if they would cover it. Jason was not very nice to us and had an attitude with us. So in the meantime, my husband talked to the other guy in there, Cody, about something else (a replacement key) and he was super great. We went into the waiting room and after about 20 ish minutes, Cody was the one to come out to tell us that the warranty wasn't going to cover the fix. Even though I had been told a month before that it would be. So we decided that my husband would just fix it himself. I'm very grateful for Cody and Tyler and they're spectacular service! We went back a few days later to get my replacement key and talked with Tyler and that visit was great. read more

I hope you will read to the very end of this review so you will know how true that expression of gratitude actually is. I have salivated over Toyota's FJ Cruiser since production started in 2006. In 2014, when domestic United States production was discontinued, I all but abandoned hope of ever owning one. But new ones kept popping up here and there. They were, I discovered, foreign manufactured that were imported into the United States. The hope, which springs eternal in the breast of man, was still alive, only to be dashed when Toyota reported the 2023 model year would be the FJ's last. An accidental search on CarFax revealed a near perfect 2014 FJ Cruiser just down the street (I-5), about 65 miles at Bruce Titus Olympia Jeep (and FJ Cruiser). Due to late afternoon traffic and typical Pacific North West blustery weather I didn't get to the showroom until after their normal business hours. I had phoned ahead and they kept the lights on for me. They were extremely generous with my trade-in (a 2001 Ford F250) even though it had been severely abused (and then recovered) in a theft a couple years previously. And they were able to shave an acceptable margin off the sales price. I am 65 years old and car buyers of my vintage generally approach a car purchase with the belief that the dealer's goal is to cheat the buyer and the buyer's goal is to cheat the dealer as much as possible. It took me a several minutes (maybe 30 minutes or an hour) to realize that the people at Bruce Titus Olympia Jeep and Chrysler were not trying to cheat me of anything. When that concept finally took root, we were able to speak frankly, honestly, and I left the store at 10:30 pm with a huge smile on my face. No, my FJ Cruiser isn't brand new, but its mileage is so low it might as well be, and it is, without a doubt, the very coolest FJ Cruiser in the United States. The happiest day in an FJ Cruiser owner's life? The day he buys it and then every darned day he gets to drive it, thereafter. I am certain Bruce Titus Olympia Jeep and Chrysler will become a "go-to" location when my wife and I go car shopping for her next vehicle next year. Still a 4 star. Maybe a little less. Check engine light came on. Stayed on and was able to drop it off. Appreciated the shuttle service home so I could let the wife sleep in. Was hoping for good news but mechanics could not determine what caused the light to come on. They kept me updated with a phone call each day. Had them do the required service as well. Everyone nice just wish they could have discovered the cause to the check engine light issue. See what happens. Had differential oil changed and brake fluid flush. That appeared to be pricey but I didn't shop around and get an idea of what other shops were charging. So not quite sure. This dealership stole money from me. I ordered floor mats and a cargo tray through mopar.com to be delivered to Olympia Chrysler Jeep. After 3 months, I still hadn't received my products. I called the Parts Manager and requested a refund. He said our cargo tray was at the store and that I could pick it up. He issued me a refund for the floor mats. When we arrived, he couldn't find the cargo tray. I told him I wanted a refund for the cargo tray. After a week, the refund for the cargo tray still was not posted to my credit card. I called and he said there was a delay and that it would be posted in a day or two. I waited about a week and called back. He told me the refund had been processed and he refused to do anything about it. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I also submitted a complaint to the Chrysler corporate office. Today I received notice from my credit card company that they are siding with the dealership because the dealership provided them with documentation that we picked up the cargo tray. We spoke with the Chrysler corporate office who told us it's easy to make fake documents. All the manager had to do was place a checkmark next to "customer picked up the product." I will be following up with the corporate office and fighting this. Be warned - if you do business with these folks, document everything so they can't screw you over. read more

I never made the 2nd appointment. I was nervous... my fist big alone purchase "no man" horror stories about women being taken advantage of. Nothing like that here. I just took my Chrysler in to see if they could hook up their diagnostic tool to check on a warning light that came on. Last year I came in for a similar problem and the service person (Kim) got the tool and within a few minutes told me what the problem was. Today the service person (Jason) made no effort to try to help, just told me I'd have to make an appointment and didn't even make eye contact with me as he was preoccupied with something else. I then drove to Autozone where in 3 minutes they had the issue diagnosed (for free). They even took the time to show me how to hook the tool up and showed me the results on their computer. We have a Jeep(our second one) and a Chrysler van and have been loyal customers of Olympia Chrysler Jeep. That relationship ended today. I purchased a brand new Jeep Renegade from Olympia Jeep. It was beautiful, fun and the exact vehicle I wanted. The first winter, the Jeep leaked from the right side front window and soaked the seat and carpet. I called the service department as the vehicle was under warranty. The service department said they don't fix this, but contract it out. They reported that there is a really long wait list but they would put me on the list and contact me. They never did. I contacted the service department, attempting to get it fixed 4 times over the year and finally paid privately to have it fixed. Prior to having it fixed, my attorney contacted Olympia Jeep and was told to have me call in and they would schedule an appt. I called in and was unable to schedule an appointment. I was once again told about the sub-contracting and the waitlist. I emailed Jeep customer service, explained everything and their response was for me to make an appointment with the dealership for service. I tried again, no appt. A couple of years later, I received notice from Jeep of a recall due to the Jeep using more oil than it should be. I took the Jeep into the dealership and when I picked it up, no one told me anything. I read the paperwork and it said they had checked the oil and it was low. I went back into the service department and asked what that meant and what I was supposed to do. I explained also that from the first time I had the oil changed, the oil has almost always been low and I have the documentation. The service department reported that they didn't want to see it and told me not to have my oil changed and to come back in 1500 miles. We brought the vehicle in at the mileage they requested and they reported the oil was low but they needed to try it again. We brought the vehicle back again and they said we had driven it too many miles and would have to start over. I was really frustrated but what are you going to do? I got the oil changed and in 1500 miles, made the appt to have it checked, brought it in and they refused to even take the reading, stating that I got the oil changed at Pennzoil and I can only have oil changes done at the dealership. I was so frustrated, I was shaking and crying. I took my vehicle to Pennzoil and they documented the vehicle was a quart low and put more oil in. My attorney contacted the Olympia Jeep Dealership attorneys and provided information and their representative contacted him back and provided inaccurate information I have the documentation to disprove. I finally traded in the vehicle and purchased a VW Atlas. I notified the VW dealership that the vehicle is under recall with the need for a new engine. They reported it was no problem, they would be able to have it resolved. I hope they have better luck than I did. FYI: On one of the occasions that I had the Jeep into the service department, I asked about some questions about the transmission that seemed to be shifting roughly. The technician contacted me after looking at the vehicle and reported that Jeep recommends flashing the transmission for that issue. I authorized them to flash the transmission and paid the bill. When I left and read the bill, it said there was nothing wrong with the transmission but that they flashed it at my request. Nothing was different with the transmission performance. I don't know what "flashing" the transmission means but it cost $200. I have never had issues like I had with Jeep and Olympia Jeep dealership. In 3/2021 I was notified that my old Jeep Cherokee that I had traded in had been sold at auction & the new owner had taken it down to Portland Oregon crashing it into 3 parked vehicles before ditching the vehicle. I was sent a tow bill, a lien from the state of Oregon as well as contacted by all 3 insurance companies that my old vehicle had crashed into. I have had nothing but issues ever since. I contacted the dealership & spoke to Ben Wright who said he would handle it & get back to me. I sent him pictures of the Oregon state lien against me on 4/1/2020 & was told her would follow up. I haven't heard from him since. I have sent everyone the bill of sale but It's gotten so bad that today I received a call from collections about the incident. I called the Jeep dealership where I spoke to Tyler Griffin & he told me it wasn't their issue.. which is COMPLETELY ridiculous. Once I traded in the vehicle Olympia Jeep should have taken ownership of the title & they have don't absolutely nothing to help or correct any of this. If you need a reminder on how car salespeople get such a bad rap this is your place. We have purchased 7 cars in the past 5 years and this was by far the worst experience. It was a five hour process and the store was empty. 36 hours after purchase we noticed the lower side of the back bumper was dropping, it was missing screws. The attitude of the manager was very aloof and he said he had no clue how they could've happened as the car was only driven by the GM but they were selling the car as new. As another reviewer mentioned double check the mileage reading. The advertised car mileage was 600 miles less then what we drove off the lot with. I guess that was our bad for not double checking mileage at sale. Joe, the manager said he would make it right but three weeks later I'm still waiting. Which brings us to three weeks after purchase, now the remote start doesn't work and the Jeep is now periodically not starting when the button is pushed. The Jeep will not turn the car on but wont turn off, and all the lights are flashing and not drivable. We reached out to the Olympia Jeep and haven't heard back from them no shocker at this point. So we have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X that we purchased new (but was driven by the GM) that we've had for three weeks that has been in the shop twice??? Thankfully we were able to get the Jeep into a Tacoma dealership where they ran diagnostics that had several pages of codes that they need to work through and they set us up with a loaner. So far they have treated us better then the actual place we purchased the Jeep. Do yourself a favor and RUN away from Olympia Jeep as fast as you can and save yourself a lot of frustration. This review is specifically for the service department. So disgusted with the Olympia Jeep service department. I took my Cherokee in there last week for a coolant leak and a spark plug missfire. They charged me $750 to tighten some clamps that they said were loose and causing the coolant leak and clean the spark plugs. Fast forward a week and it's overheating and still misfiring. I'm putting coolant in it every couple of days. I took it in today and they said it would be another $485 to replace the hose that was leaking the coolant in the first place. I get it. Materials and labor cost, but I think they should have done the pressure test last week so they could have found the actual leak. I bought my Cherokee there her and had taken it their for service exclusively. I've been a loyal customer and had they just been willing to even knock off a little bit in good faith, I would still be a customer. Not anymore. I'll be going elsewhere for my service from now on and will likely avoid them when I start shopping for a bigger vehicle in the next couple of months read more

My husband bought me a 2021 Jeep back in November from Olympia Jeep. It had only approx. 17 miles on it. (Give or take). Yesterday my daughter and I were driving to Pet Smart in Lacey, and the fan seemed really loud. After leaving the store, we were headed to Arbys which is about 2 blocks away and my dash lights came on and I had a warning the the engine was overheated. The temp gauge turned red. I immediately pulled over, shut the engine off and called my husband who is working in Portland, OR. After I hung up with him, I called Olympia Jeep to let them know what happened. We were stranded in Lacey, and my husband wasn't around to get us. They told me to call the tow company that is covered by my warranty and have them tow it to the dealership. I asked about a rental car, and they said they didn't have any, and if they did, I had to be there by 6pm. It was 4:30. I called the tow company and they gave me an ETA of 90-120 minutes. So there was no way I would get there by 6. So now I am in tears. Brand new jeep with 7200 miles on it broke down in a town that is about 30 minutes away from where I live. I had assumed they would offer to bring me a rental car. But they didn't have any. Seems like they should've tried to help out more. Anyways, we sat there for 3 hours waiting for the tow truck. My daughters grandmother came to rescue us and she was there for 2 hours. So at 7:30 tow company finally came and we were on our way home. The next morning the dealership called my husband. They said that they didn't have a rental car for me still. (I work and have appts). When the dealership called my husband a second time, my husband said the service manager was extremely rude. He made it sound like me breaking sown was inconvenient for him. He stated that we were lucky they fixed the jeep because we didn't have an appt. Not sure why you have to make an appt when you are broke down. I find this extremely disappointing and horrible customer service. So after I got off work, my sister took me over to get the jeep. We dealt with the service manager, and I have to say, I have never witnessed such unprofessional, lack of respect, disregard for the situation I just had to deal with, rudeness. The service manager treated me like it was my fault I had broke down. He made me feel so bad. We asked him exactly what happened to the Jeep, all he said was some piece came loose and leaked the radiator fluid. (Or something like that anyway.). He wasn't compassionate, sincere, sympathetic at all. Then he stated talking about a van they were working that only had 200. miles on it, and they were replacing the transmission. Then he continued about oil filters being out of stock, gas prices, etc. My sister stopped him and asked exactly what did that have to do with my vehicle. he just kept going. He felt the need to tell me that they manufacture these vehicles with machines. And sometimes things don't work correctly. I said I understand that, but is there a reason why this happens. It only has 7200 miles on it. I have never even taken hot off road. He had no comment. It was like I was just talking to air. He treated us so poorly from the minute we got to his desk. By the time we left, my sister was so mad at the way we were treated. I know that they are not responsible for the manufacturing of the vehicles. I get that. But they are responsible for they way they treat customers who put their trust in their dealership. Customers who spend 55-60000 of their hard earned morney for a new vehicle. Seems like they would be a lot more helpful, and understanding. No smiling, no "how are you today." Nothing. Just disrespect. I am so upset over this whole process. As we were leaving, myself sister was telling me that she would never buy a vehicle from them. The service manager came out and yelled at her " Have fun riding that boat back to wherever you came from!" I will be writing a letter to Jeep about the radiator issue. Since they are responsible for manufacturing. Maybe this issue has happened before. But the dealership? Well, I am not exactly sure what to do. I was hoping the buying from them and using them for any service needs would be a great experience. I have had wonderful experience there in the past, but it took just one manager to ruin it all. And the fact that they were alright with leaving me stranded and not offering to help me in anyway is just NOT OK. That is not how you treat customers, or anyone for that matter. We just moved to here to Olympia Capital Mall area from Arizona. The state of Arizona does not require two license plates and Washington does. Our car did not have any place to attach the Disabled plate in the front. I called the service department and they told me to come on in to the service department. Review of the Review - Yesterday, Mike Eaton (Internet Sales) called and said they wanted to review the deal - he and the GM looked at the original deal and came back with a great deal. We went back today and got the Cherokee. Great people - wish it had been like this was last Monday, but today they went out of their way to correct it. Thanks to Mike Eaton, Mike Titus, and the rest of the team for an good experience today. One star - should give the Mike in Internet Sales more because he took all afternoon Saturday to put a good lease deal together for us. The problem came when we went to the dealership on Monday to verify the trade and finalize the deal. The payment figures were changed, and the Sales Manager blamed others (great business ethics) for the numbers being wrong. A hint for management - if the Internet Sales people do not have the tools to quote factual prices, that's not a sales problem, it's a management problem. Oldest car sales trick in the book - so we walked. Loved the car, so we will look at other dealers. read more

I love Jeeps! I just traded in my 09 Patriot for a '18 Cherokee Trailhawk. They gave me a great deal, many discounts and rebates and they kept "sighing" as I found a coulple more on my phone on-line. They honored all of them. Ended up getting more than 25% off sticker. They could have done a .02 better on financing but gave me close to blue book on my trade with a cracked windshield so I didn't push anymore because I wanted the Cherokee. Nice, super friendly sales people. The finance guy could think about smiling, but he does numbers every day. I'm guessing he could have used another hug as a kid. Overall it was a great experience and I think I will probably come back in five or six years to get my next Jeep read more

The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. They had my Jeep for two weeks ....when I dropped it off, I was told it "may be clutch....or may be something else...." I have been driving a clutch for 30 years.... I KNOW what a slipping clutch feels like. They said they would call with an estimate on day two. I never heard back until day 5! And ONLY because I called THEM! They NEVER returned phone calls, only sent my estimate via email AFTER I asked for it on day 6! The quote that I got then was almost 2k LESS than when I was FINALLY able to pick it up....1 day shy of two weeks. I kept getting the excuse that they were waiting on parts, and that they had to "steal" from another dealership. There was ZERO communication from the service department. I had to initiate ALL communication. Was given THREE different days that it would be finished. (A simple clutch job) I work LONG hours and had one day off to pick it up. When I showed them what the quote was that was sent to me...only 1100.00 as opposed to the 2989.31 they tried to bill me for they were irritated and asked me to "work with them". I made TWO TRIPS 40 min each way to pick up my jeep on the day I FINALLY got to pick it up. Then.... was asked if I was CAPABLE of backing my own vehicle out of the service bay! I will NEVER bring my buisness or vehicle back to THIS dealership....and I will advise ALL of my friends and acquaintances to avoid it as well. read more

Drove down here from Redmond on Christmas Eve, since their website said they would be open until 4PM. I arrive a little after 2:30PM and they were already closed and showroom doors locked. Fortunately I have a Christmas party in the area later this evening, so it's not a completely wasted trip but they should have kept the hours they were advertising. read more

They appear to have horrific and unprofessional management. I had an appointment to drop off my car for warranty work and the Service Manager tried shoving me into my car to go on a ride-along with him. I explained that the huge transmission jolt only occurs once or twice a week so I can't ride around all week with him, and he went nuts!! He was screaming and yelling, saying I NEED to get in my Jeep with him, or he's NOT letting me leave. I explained that my appt was to drop off my vehicle, but he didn't care and said he'd TOW my Jeep if I left without riding with him. He tried tucking my keys in various parts of my clothing; he appeared to have a mental breakdown. His girlfriend with her dog was chiming in with odd insults at me too, like that helps... other customers came forward and said they did WORSE to them. They could never find the loaner car they promised me, even after they told me one just came in and my son drove 2 hours to bring me there to pick it up... but it was gone!! Then they told me to rent a car and they'd reimburse under my two warranties, but now they refuse stating "we don't FEEL LIKE reimbursing you." They stalled and stalled then said the warranty was now up; I informed them I had an extended warranty and they told me that expired at the same time, when it didn't-- Corporate Jeep and other dealers told me to keep telling them it's covered inter the powertrain warranty, but the service Mgr would not listen and kept denying any repairs. Jeep Corporate made them shape up a bit, and they looked at my Jeep but it's actually worse after that and totally jerking now, and still going about 50mph in reverse if I don't slam on the brake quick enough. Our first experience with the Olympia Jeep dealership (part of the Bruce Titus Automotive Group) was when the starter went out in my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at our home in DuPont.My Jeep currently has an Extended Warranty and most things on it are covered. While it was there, we got a call from the service manager complaining to us that they had to wait on hold to get authorization from our warranty provider. We weren't quite sure what to make of that. We also had to be the ones to call to see when our Jeep would be ready to be picked up- when we did call they said it was complete a day or two prior and somebody must have forgotten to let us know. Additionally, we asked the service department to please let us know about any other findings from their 120-point inspection and, if they found something, to go ahead and fix it because the Jeep is under warranty. We said this several times. After WE had to call to see if our Jeep was done, when we went in that evening to pick it up, the service tech went over our paperwork with us and noted that the only thing they fixed was the bad starter. He also noted that the transmission fluid was low and we asked if they topped it off- he didn't know so he had to go back and ask. They also failed to let us know to bring our other key to get re-programmed, so that was left at home, requiring another trip down there. The only other thing that was pointed out to us in all of the paperwork was that we should consider getting our brakes done in about six months or so. While there, we explicitly asked if there was anything else wrong with the Jeep that they found that needed to be fixed. We were told no, that we were "good to go." With that in mind, we drove the Jeep across the state to Spokane for the holidays. While in Spokane, on an icy mountain road, the Jeep let our a huge bang and the front wheels locked up- literally almost resulting in my husband going off the side of the road and down the mountain. So the day before Christmas Eve, we had to have the Jeep towed to the nearest open dealership to be fixed. The dealership in Spokane noted that the front differential had failed- and we thought this was odd, seeing as the Jeep had just been in the Olympia dealership. After paying a small fortune out of pocket for a rental car on Christmas Eve, when we got home, we looked at the paperwork from the Olympia service department. At the very bottom of their paperwork they noted several seal leaks- that were NEVER brought to our attention. They also noted our front differential as red- meaning it needed IMMEDIATE attention. Again, this was NEVER mentioned to us as an issue, even when we called and asked AND when we went to pick up the Jeep. Their lack of attention to detail and communication almost resulted in my husband and father-in-law losing their lives. We would never have taken the Jeep from them that night, much less driven it across the state, if we had known there were ongoing issues that needed to be fixed. After seeing this, we immediately contacted the dealership. Michael Titus reached out to us and let us know that this had never happened before and that he wanted to do everything he could to make things right. We expressed to him that we would be interested in looking at getting a new car, potentially, but that we would need to trade in my current Jeep and that we weren't in a financial position to take a large amount of negative equity. He said he understood and that he just wanted to make sure we were taken care of. After test driving a few options, I was pretty insulted when it came time to look at the numbers they gave us; I guess Michael Titus' idea of "taking care" of a family his service department almost killed is $5500 in negative equity on our trade-in and a mere $2000 off of a full-price MSRP. The monthly payments for a downgraded model Jeep were more than double what my current monthly payment is. In addition making false promises about getting us a "good deal" on a comparable Jeep, we also have yet to get reimbursed by Olympia Jeep for the cost of our tow, the rental and the deductible we had to pay for the repair that was necessary due to their service department's negligence. My Jeep is still currently sitting at the Jeep dealership in Spokane; Mr. Titus said he would arrange to have it picked up and delivered back to us, but that also fell through and now we need to make the trip ourselves. He said he would send us a gas card, but again, that has yet to make it to us. If you've made it through this whole post- my recommendation is to stay away from the Olympia Jeep Dealership, which is part of the Bruce Titus Automotive Group. Their service department is absolutely negligent and dangerous and Michael Titus feigns concern when really, at the end of the day, his profits and bottom line are more important than the lives of his customers. Suffice it to say, we will never again step foot into that dealership. read more

If there were negative stars available, I would have used them. My Mother in Law brought her Chrysler 300 in for service when she started getting warning lights. Service indicated that the system computer was bad. She pre paid for the part and was told it was on back order(understandable, considering chip shortages). Part came in and she brought the car back. Computer was installed. Driving home from the dealership, all of the same warning lights came back on. She took the car back in. They informed her that there were two bad sensors and some wires had been "chewed". WHY WASN'T THIS DISCOVERED ON THE FIRST VISIT?? Did they just assume that all problems would be solved by replacing the computer? Seems to me sensors and wires would be the first thing to look at in troubleshooting, considering they would be the weakest link in the chain. So, they told her that parts had to come in from Portland and the car would be ready this afternoon. NOPE! When she called to inquire about status they told her that parts were on back order and now her car won't be available for another 4 days. QUESTION: if there were two bad sensors and chewed wires, was replacing the computer really required? Did she pay $1500 for something she didn't need because the service tech didn't fully troubleshoot the issue? I seriously question the integrity of this place because of this. read more
