From the moment i took the car over for an estimate, to the drop off date, rental reservation, time and duration of the wait for my baby to get fixed, goodness. Amazing!!! Shane is a great representative of this fine establishment. He helped me from start to finish. He also helped me out buy fixing some minor damage along with the part of the car that needs to be repaired which saved me a lot of money! When I dropped off the car, they told me 1 week. The damage was fixed in like 2 days!!! They even cleaned and detailed my car, it was amazing. My baby was looking brand new and I couldn't believe my eyes. They didn't use any new parts in the portion of the car that actually got damaged, except for the parts they had to replace (silver lining on the window) and it looks and still drives great!!! The transition from dropping of my car to receiving a rental was also very easy. The enterpise representative (Mack) was also great and accommodating. This place is amazing! We got rear ended on a road trip in a Turo rental RAV4 and the back hatch was so banged up it wouldn't close. This meant the beeping alert wouldn't stop. We wanted to finish out the trip and let the owner handle the repairs back in Sacramento, CA so we brought it in to see if they could just get the door closed. They immediately took a look and bent it back just enough for the door to latch (and even open and close nicely). We tried to pay them but they wouldn't take our money as it was a quick fix - maybe 10min. Definite silver lining of an otherwise frustrating day. Highly recommend! read more

The office staff were very helpful, though if you are taking your vehicle in for repairs please do NOT leave any change or cash anywhere in your car. I had all my quarters and cash stolen! After picking up my vehicle I noticed my console had been rummaged through leaving a glove and a mask tossed in my backseat. My cash and quarters with other change missing. I did call and spoke to Kyle to let him know of the happenings. Yes, I probably should have left cash in the car, but that is still stealing from the customer. This is a family owned business who excels on customer satisfaction. I was paying for the repairs out of my pocket (no insurance claim) and Adam was kind enough to check wrecking yards for undamaged parts for my repairs to try and keep my costs down. It turned out that the new parts were less expensive, but I really appreciated them looking into an alternative option. Olympia Collision was significantly less then their competitors. When I dropped off my car Adam advised me he would call me in two business days and give me an update and he should be able to give me a finish date of completion. I had some major damage on my truck and deflected on getting it repaired for years (literally). Kyle and the team at Olympia collision repair were AWESOME! While I thought my would take weeks to get fixed, they pre ordered all my parts and after giving me a realistic time frame of a week and a half which I thought was crazy they over delivered and got it back looking amazing in 1 week! This business does not keep their time frame as promised. We went to them per Progressives recommendation. They didn't bother to tell us when our car wasn't ready or when it would actually be done. They marked it done through the Progressive app so they could look like they finished it on time but they did not finish as completed. This is thew worst auto body repair shop I have ever seen. They have had my car for a month now, and it is still not repaired. Every time I call "Ron" all he does is tell me about his personal problems. I took my 2013 Infiniti G37XS to this shop as they were listed as a USAA "Preferred Provider." The car had been side-swiped in a parking lot and had $4700.00 in cosmetic damage. I should have walked out when it took "Ron" over 1-hour to complete my estimate. However, as this was a USAA Preferred Provider I left my car at this shop. Biggest mistake of my life. I have heard every excuse from "Ron" as to why my car is still not repaired from employee illness, to weather related damage to his shop, to ordering the wrong parts. As far as I'm concerned, the overall management of this shop is incompetent. Whatever you do, do not take your car to this shop. It will not be repaired it in a timely or professional manner. I had my new car a Scion FR-S worked on here about 2 months ago, I have also had my Honda Accord worked on a few times in the past. My last situation with them was very disappointing and stressful. I had damage on the right side panel of the car getting fixed. First of all when I got the car back there was a lot of white crap all over the paint that they just worked on and of course in the panel cracks. I didn't think it was a huge deal. I then found tape that was left all over the car along with other things they left behind. I just figured they were in a hurry to get things done. When I came to get the car the main worker in the office went over the work they did and let me know the white stuff would come off after a few washes (which it is) slowly but surely. But then he told me that they worked on the front left panel where the mirror is. I thought they was very strange I love my car and know ever scratch that is on it. I went home and looked at picture and sure enough there was no damage. That right there shows me that they caused damage and failed to tell me the truth. Because it looked the same and I was very busy I didn't say anything. BUT THEN... a few weeks later when it started getting sunny I noticed all of the buffing lines on the side of my car it looked absolutely terrible. This caused a tremendous amount of stress for me. I called the office and the receptionist Jamie was very nice and assured me they would take care of it. I came in and they fixed it the next week. I had my boyfriend go in for me because I could not take off of work. He waited about an hour for someone to see the car, then let me know that non of the employees knew what was going on. There was no form of communication. He learned while he was there that there are new employees and maybe that is why my car turned out so crappy. My car was totalled by another at fault driver on 12/28/15. When the tow truck that areived on sight asked where I wanted my car taken, I had no idea. I'd never been in an accident before, I was in shock, and I didn't want to make the wrong choice and end up paying out the nose for storage or something. The tow guy recommended Olympia Collision and I am so glad that he did! From the moment we arrived, the wntire staff was friendly and thorough. My sunroof had been bowed open due to frame damage and the first thing one of the men on the lot said to me was that they would make sure to put some tarping over it ASAP as it had been raining on and off that day. The lady at the front desk was very sympathetic For my situation, and she and the other man that approached me wanted to make sure I walked away with all of the information I needed. They gave me a timeline of when I should have gotten A rental car from the at-fault drivers insurance and stated that if I didn't have a rental car within that timeline that I should call them (Oly Collision,) and they would take care of it. They gave me instructions and the phone number for the at-fault drivers insurance to make a claim, told me how to proceed with my insurance, etc. Well, I ended up having some issues with the at-fault drivers Insurance company, so some weeks later I called Olympia Collision to ask about the storage fees my car had incurred. (Ins. Company was telling me they weren't going to pay for all of the storage fees because it had been almost 30 days since the accident. Even though they had had ignored my calls and put me off for weeks before getting an adjuster in touch with me.) so anyway, when I asked the cost to-date of my car storage fees, the man who answered the phone kindly inquired as to why I needed to know. So I told him it was because I was preparing an all-inclusive number for the settlement, (storage, value of my car, repayment for my rental car that came from my own pocket, etc.) when I told him what insurance company I was dealing with he had great news for me - Olympia collision works with about one third of their policies in some manner that would cover the storage fees my car had been incurring. Instead of making me call the insurance company, he said that he would take care of it and have an answer for me which he did And I was so thankful for! Min addition, when I called back to see if the insurance company had already taken possession of my vehicle, I was also told that I could bring in any car that I was looking at purchasing for a once-over in their shop to make sure it wasn't a lemon. They offered me the service for FREE! I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff here were more helpful than my own insurance representative!! When I got in my accident and my insurance company was giving me a hard time making my day worse, I broke down on the phone by the time Todd (the owner) came into the picture. He was so nice, and reassuring over the phone. He did what my insurance company was fighting me to do for over an hour, call me a tow truck ASAP. Mind you I was stuck in the middle of traffic in a busy road during morning commute and he did what he could to help me from the first minute we talked. Our brand new Genesis sedan which still had the temporary license tag was rear-ended on I5. The trunk kid and bumper were completely trashed. We were really nervous about getting our brand new car back to it's original condition. Our Insurance suggested Olympia Collision Repair Center and we had a repair done here years ago with good results so we dropped it off for an estimate. They did a great job of identifying all the areas in need of repair and we got a quote quickly. Almost 10K!. After a couple of weeks, we got a call that the car was ready and stopped by to take a look. For the most part the initial job was very well done, perhaps A-, but we found a two spots with what appeared to be dust in the paint and a couple more items that while probably acceptable on a car that already has a few dings and blemishes, it wasn't back to original condition for a $50K car. This is where the really great service at Olympia Collision Repair Center really made a difference. There carefully noted every deficiency and even noticed one we didn't. Without a singly complaint or attempt to say it was good enough, they happily committed to make it perfect. In a few days we came back to get the car again and it was perfect, truly perfect. What incredible customer service! The driver's side car door on my Prius had gotten bumped so that the window made a loud snapping sound when opening the window. I was afraid the window was going to break. The dealer suggested Olympia Collision and I can see why. Olympia Collision took my car without an appointment, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it on the spot. They had to remove the interior door panel and straighten the part that was hitting the window. It is as good as new now and they would not charge me for it! They were friendly, professional, showed me the problem, and explained what they would do to repair it. Never ever would I bring even my daughters bike to these people, I brought my truck in with the front end smashed in and got it back with a loud annoying whine, two dents that I have proof showing weren't there before, and chips on the hood that they painted (and only way to get in that spot is by removing the hood, which was NEVER done previously). I have proof that you can clearly tell none of those issues were there prior to it going in to get "fixed" and they are trying to say they were already there. Not to mention I had to put my grille and bumper on myself because apparently it is too difficult for them and they would have to charge more ( took me 5 minutes in the parking lot when I picked it up to put in grille and about 20 min to put my bumper on which was 8 bolts that's it). This place is crooked as hell, I used to work in body work and grew up around at the time Winston-Cup teams and still know a lot of them and I've never seen a more jacked up place they should change their name to Maaco. Also left all their trash essentially in the bed of my truck although I told them all I needed was possibly the hardware so now I have to spend more time and money disposing of what they should have and getting the whine fixed when it should have already been diagnosed and at the least addressed. ONE CROOKED ASS SHOP, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THERE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE THAT MISTAKE, BUNCH OF LIARS AND CON MEN!!! read more
