I sent the request for a quote late at night and Bill from Integrity Auto Glass responded first thing in the morning. It was a pleasure working with Bill to find a date and time that works. They had multiple openings that were all within a more than reasonable time frame and let me have options. Bill was always super quick to respond and transparent. I even requested a heads up 15 minutes before anyone would arrive and Bill made sure to accommodate that. I was able to have my window replaced in less than 48 hours of the break (and it would have been less than 24 hours except for my own time limitations). I was able to have the repair done at my home address, which saved me the stress of driving anywhere or setting aside hours to go somewhere. The shattered window held together by masking tape was removed and replaced, and the work area cleaned up within 25 minutes. It was impressively fast work! The glass was also a perfect match to the other windows, so it doesn't even look like a break happened. I am so pleased with this experience and will definitely be using Auto Integrity Glass if another window breaks or I need to replace a windshield (which hopefully isn't soon)!

It was over 90 degrees and I was not about to let it spread, so the husband started calling to places around Olympia as we were nearing the city. The first quote was for a place in Chehalis that had no website and 0 reviews. $80. The second place had good reviews. They couldn't fit us in. We called Jesse and he said come on in. $40. Sold! It's a nice little shop just off the freeway (101 or 5, I can't remember). Jesse was helping another customer but got to us as quick as he could. Came out to check out the chip and immediately had his co-worker bring my car to the back to cool down. Jesse explained the process and what we could do to maintain the repair. He said it would take at least 25 minutes because the glass was hot and had to cool down. We were offered cold bottled water. We chilled out on the big sofa. It was a crappy situation to be there, but it turned out to just be a nice detour. The crack was fixed and you can hardly tell it's there. No sun shade for this window's future! I went to Gerber collision in Lakewood to get a damage estimate for my Tesla. They do not do work…read moreon Teslas but they are allowed to give damage estimates. This should've been my first red flag. They quoted me $2000 total for the damages from our Tesla. I went to another collision shop who actually do work on Tesla's and their damage estimate was 6500. This is more realistic as everybody knows Teslas can be expensive to repair. If you have a Tesla, I highly do not recommend going to this place. Also, the estimate took almost 3 days to acquire, whereas the other place I went to created an estimate for me and took pictures in under an hour.

Sorry to say I've had to change my rating to a one star…read more Had windows tinted. After they dried for days they no longer rolled down. I text the tech of the issue. He stated the owner would call me. I was blatantly ignored for two months. Even sent a follow up help request that was receipt read and ignored. The issue was a simple window reset but because I was ignored I won't be doing business with autotint northwest again. I'd unfortunately rather now take my car to a corporate business who honors fixing issues.
