Much of it is way below market. My friends have gotten everything from canes to wheelchairs and walkers there and been happy with the equipment and cost. They are volunteer run so do not expect sales people. Neither are they brand dependent or loyal. What they know, they know from experience, not dealer training. They don't have everything all the time, but ask. You never know.

I told her, and she came back, tossed a boot wrapped in plastic on the counter, and told me my total. Thinking that's just what happens when I pay with cash, I paid, and walked out. Went home, put on my new boot, and it was the wrong type. Called them the next day and explained the situation. They told me I could come in on Monday to return for a refund since she did not try it on. Came in on Monday, and met with the Customer Service Manager and Jim, Jim was the only one who was pleasant. The CSR Manager actually told me to remove the hair that was on the boot because "I can't resell it like this!" Then they told me that the front desk lady told them she offered to try it on, and I refused. I flat out told them she lied, in which she then started yelling at me telling me she did not. Unbelievable! On the paperwork they had to send to corporate in order to refund me my money, they wrote the reason I returned the boot was because I "didn't like it." So again, THEY LIED!
