Our six friends were finished their meals before we got ours. The server didn't seem to care or notice that our food wasn't there and was rude when we asked. At the end of the meal they wanted to add a 25% tip for groups ( which is ridiculous). We complained to the server and asked to speak to the owner. Matteo was rude and didn't agree with the fact that our food was forgotten. The apology felt insincere and they did not offer any explanation as to why our food took so long. It was a horrible experience and we felt taken advantage of. We will never come here again and neither should you!
