He sent lots of ideas. We agreed. His WORK ethic is great. His EGO is as large as he is. He ruined our yard installing a fence. HE wanted to build. He said he'd be BACK to finish it. He left ruts on both sides of our driveway and rolled over decorative rocks trying to manipulate his rig. He left his trailer blocking the road so neighbors couldn't get out, for multiple days. He sent us 1/16 of the amount then said, this is your fault, don't contact me again." If you want communication this is not your man. If you want someone to do exactly as you ask, this is not your guy. If you want to talk about how he draws conclusions this person will not communicate anything except your payment. Now. Full amount. With signed contract that he can then dissolve at his whim. You may be able to work with him but just know his ego is driving the bus.

Rather than stop mowing when they started to sink, they just kept mowing. We called and the owner came out to check it out. Due to the wet weather, he assured us they would take care of it. We called when the weather was dry. He finally came out but we had just mowed and they couldn't see how the ride on the mower was not smooth. When y husband went over the spots that sank when they mowed, it was like going over pot holes. Every time we called, we were promised they would call because they do the schedule on Fri. It is now mid Aug and we are still waiting for a call. We are sick of having them tell us they will call back. We finally called them and told them to forget it - that we would do it ourselves.
