I've had two liner replacements over the last 23 years each had issues with the installation and liner. This time I called Olympic Pools for a liner replacement in Oct. 2019 and they were fantastic. Ed explained how to choose the line of my choice, what gauge would suit me and explained every detail from start to finish. When they arrived to measure out the pool they were prompt and extremely courteous and professional. They took measurements none of the other companies took so I was pleasantly surprised. Came time for the install and as expected they were on time ready to get to work. Matt and his helper patched the vermiculite to insure a smooth surface and made sure there weren't any other issues that would hamper the install. Once the liner was in place they began vacuuming out the air between the pool and liner to ensure a smooth surface. I am extremely happy with my new liner and will tell anyone who ask about my pool guy, if you need the best in my opinion call Olympic Pools of Saddlebrook for a great job and complete satisfaction. Olympic installed my beautiful in-ground swimming pool approximately five years ago. John was my salesperson, and he was very helpful every step of the way. Not only was he friendly but he did a wonderful job of making me and my husband feel comfortable with the entire installation process. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and even though our swimming pool is now five years old, we still go to Olympic to see John and the staff whenever we have an issue (which is rare). We have recommended Olympic and John to all of our friends and family members; they are a wonderful family-owned company and everyone there is pleasant to work with and they do wonderful work! This is my first review on Yelp and I felt inclined to defend John & Olympic after coming across Nick P's review. I think it is unfair to come on a website and write filth about someone who has no way to defend himself. If you need anything ranging from pool maintenance to pool and jacuzzi installations Olympic Pools and Spa is the most reliable business to go with. My aunt, years ago in the late 80s, had an in ground pool installed by Olympic Pools and had follow-maintenance done on the liner, along with general maintenance. Today in 2018, the pool structure itself and the filtration system is still in optimal standings. This business has been family run for years. The owner, Edwin Argenziano, and his staff are completely professional in answering all questions and concerns. In addition, the workers who do the general maintenance are always on time and complete the work in a timely fashion. Olympic Pools in Saddlebrook successfully built my new in-ground pool and I couldn't be happier. Mike and his staff did an impeccable job. Communication was exceptional and I was well informed of every step of the process. No headaches at all from start to finish. No hidden costs, I knew exactly what I was getting into. Staff was extremely helpful at the showroom. During the construction phase, they kept my yard clean and never made a mess. The end result has been nothing short of spectacular. This was our 4th home that we recently purchased and its the only one without an inground pool. After a horribly hot summer we knew we had to put in a pool asap! Ed from Olympic Pools came highly recommend from a friend so we took his advise. We are happy to say that we were treated like family. I remember when I was a young girl my family used to shop all the time at Olympic Pools. Now being that I finally am a homeowner myself I decided to have Olympic Pools build my inground pool. My yard looks absolutely beautiful. The pool is gorgeous, I look outside and feel like I'm on vacation. Ed was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process. Highly recommend Olympic Pools! We searched several pool companies when we decided to add an inground pool 20 years ago!! So very pleased we chose Olympic Pools! 20 years later our pool is still just as gorgeous as it was the day it was installed! Very professional and meticulously done! Over the past few days I have dealt with Ed regarding putting in a new liner! I'd say we got our moneys worth as the liner is still in decent shape but I am ready to upgrade our pool. Ed & Mike did an amazing job in building our pool . They were there for us every step of the way. One thing I was mostly grateful for was that they really fought with the town to get our permit. Our house/town had a space limit for the size of the pool and the tupe of pavers and they got it all worked out. 2019 we a pool we are extremely happy everyone loves our pool. When we come to the store they are always very friendly, helpful and they know exactly whats needed. I really appreciate the great work done and we highly recommend them.
