TOTAL SALES SCAM. BEWARE!!! This business has changed ownership. Dr. Z owned until mid 2020 and he was FANTASTIC. I wish I could say the same about the new ownership. I have an issue where my neck gets out of alignment and I get really dizzy/nauseous. It happens once every few years, I go to the chiropractor a few times, and it's resolved. Over the past 15 years, I have worked with 3 different chiropractors and they have all been wonderful at addressing this issue as well as other tune-ups and strengthening needed. Last week my neck went out. I used to be a patient of Dr. Z, so I called up Olympic View (figuring I would give the new owners a shot). They were able to fit me in right away... which isn't surprising since they have been spamming my phone and email trying to get me to schedule an appointment since they took over the business. I go in and they require I do x-rays. "Is it absolutely necessary?" I ask. Yes, they say. They need to make sure I don't have any major issues they don't know about. I realize I am a "new" patient (to them and they know I have good insurance. I'm willing to play along because my neck really hurts and I'm desperate. They do less than 5 adjustments total between my lower back, upper back, and neck. They send me on my way (no instructions about ice, stretches, etc). and say to come back Monday to finish off a few more adjustments. As I walk out I ask if there is a copay and the office tech says "not this time," I show up today (Monday) and the first thing they do is pull me into a room to look at my xrays. They're "very concerned" about my lower back and have a way to prevent surgery for it (dear reader- i broke my back as a teen... I told them this, and I know about my back issues. My back condition is overseen by a doctor, it is stable and not deteriorating/worsening). The Chiropractor "Dr" assures me that 2-3 times per week for a few weeks plus a home exercise/strengthening program will make everything feel better and prevent an expensive surgery. I try to clarify that I'm just here for my upper neck issue and try to ask how many treatments. The Dr. is again vague, saying a few weeks at most, and then sends in the office tech to go over billing. What do you know!!?!?! My treatment plan is for EXACTLY the number of chiropractic appointments my insurance covers for a year! I just need to attend 3 times a week for EIGHT weeks (ie- a few months, not a few weeks). I am then given the option of paying all my copays at once for a discount. At this point, my head is spinning and I'm trying to figure out why I'm not being offered my follow-up adjustment for my original complaint. I ask the tech and she said I can either do their treatment plan, she "guesses" they could do a random adjustment if I really wanted it, or I can just pay the copay from the previous treatment and leave. At this point, there is no way I'm paying another copay or letting them touch my neck for a "random adjustment." I looked at the "what's included" list for their "treatment plan" and it is literally a bunch of modalitis/treatments to rack up insurance reimbursement. I played along with the xrays.... but fool me twice... shame on you! I was flabbergasted. It was a total sales gimmick and they weren't even hiding it! When I brought up wanting to resolve my first issue I came in for the office tech honestly didn't know what to do other than just ask for the copayment from my first visit (remember, the one that I didn't have to pay!??!) since I didn't want TWENTY FOUR more treatments. So, here I am... out a copay, still a little dizzy, and looking for a new chiropractor. Please save yourself time and find an honest chiropractor. read more

It's been forever since I've been to a chiropractor and I seen Olympic views special on Facebook for $27 and decided to go because the pain between my shoulders was getting to the point where it was just unbearable and my first visit the pain was gone and I did my 12 weeks paying out of pocket but it was worth it well worth it I feel so much better I did get sick with the flu or cold or whatever it was and all the coffee knocks everything out back out of whack but I went back from my first visit the other day oh man I feel so good again I highly recommend these guys they're great read more

I am a claims adjuster, and so probably more skeptical than most about Chiropractors. I get to see a lot of the crazy, manipulative (no pun intended) quacks out there who take advantage of people and over-treat. Dr. Zografos has been awesome. I had acute onset low back pain after a run that was, unfortunately, really bad (at 31, I don't heal quite as fast as I used to, and it wouldn't go away on its own). He saw me 4 times and was able to get me to a place where pain was really no longer an issue--he told me from the beginning was that he wanted to see me a couple of times, get me back to business as usual and send me on my way. He gave me exercises and instructions so that I could help strengthen and get myself back to baseline, taking an active role in my care. The staff is also very kind and friendly, and they work with Group Health, which is a big plus. To those who are on the edge of trying out chiropractic: be careful where you go. There are a lot of loonies. Dr. Zografos is not one of them. I would recommend him to friends, family, or anyone else who will listen. read more

I have been a patient here for two years and there is nowhere else I'd rather go. The office staff and Dr. Zografos makes you feel like part of the family. I appreciate their thorough communications and help in keeping my spine aligned. Every time I've gone Dr. Zografos has thoroughly explained what is going on and listened closely while I explained what has been bothering me. I agree with many others in their praise for Dr. Z. and his staff. Very friendly, non-pretentious, and easy going. Went in for lower back pain and within a few weeks (10-12 treatments) he had gotten me back to a pain free state - life is so much better without your back hurting everyday!! There is no pressure to continue treatments so we said goodbye until next time I have the need. I have visited 3 different Chiropractic offices in the greater Lynnwood/South Everett/Mukilteo area and would easily recommend Olympic View over the others. Nice job to the entire staff. I never go for online reviews but i'm so disappointed from this place i have to do this . i called for an appointment and i ask the Rep. if they take the insurance i have !! After taking few minutes he said yes we do take this. When i visited , they took less than 3 mins to examine me and charged me $100 ?? when i asked that gentlemen whom i talked earlier at the time of making appointment , he denied that we even talked about insurance ?? I broke my back some years back and sometimes have difficulties. He is always attentive, humorous, and really knows which parts to fix. I can't imagine what I would be like without his care. I can assure you he is genuinely invested in your well-being and his care will be the best you will find anywhere. I have been to many chiropractors over my years and sadly, too many are more interested in keeping you as their patient on an ongoing basis than they are in you getting well and not needing them. Besides Dr Z fixing my aches and pains he has this table that you step onto when it is upright and it lowers you mechanically onto your back or tummy! When I am hurt the last thing I want to do is try to climb up onto a table for adjustments. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Zografos for a looooong time. My first visit was 17 years ago: I had twisted my spine and had extreme pain in my lower back for a couple of months. My doctor, after trying all sorts of pain medications to no avail, referred me to Dr. Zografos. She had great confidence in Dr. Z--and I thought it was quite unusual for an allopathic practitioner to refer me to an alternative medical source (particularly since it was not part of that clinic's network). I had gone to a chiropractor before who used machinery to do manipulations. That style was always a bit jarring to my system and so I was a bit apprehensive to try chiropractic practices again. But, OH! How different this experience was... and is!!! Dr. Zografos uses his expert knowledge of the body and makes adjustments using gentle and precise touches to the neck and spine. It's truly a wonder. When I visited for that first back issue, it turned out to be myofacial tissue damage! Dr. Zografos dealt with that problem in short order with massage: I visited only twice and the pain was GONE! It seemed like a miracle. Throughout the intervening years, I would go back to Dr. Zografos any time I was in pain from my spine or neck. About seven years ago, I was hit by a car as a pedestrian in a crosswalk, and that was when I started seeing Dr. Zografos every month. After the long recovery from the accident, I kept going every month. I really recommend their maintenance program (ask them about it): it is quite reasonable in cost and doesn't have to go through insurance. Now I NEVER have back pain. It's such a marvelous approach. Dr. Zografos is kind and encouraging and I trust him ABSOLUTELY! His work is a significant part of my preventative health care.
