Josh and his colleague catered my birthday celebration in Graeagle and absolutely crushed it. I'm talking 60+ people fed for a couple hours straight, tacos, beans, rice, and a chips/salsa/guacamole bar loaded with every fixing you could want. It never once felt rushed or like they were running low, flawless execution at scale. The steak and al pastor tacos stole the show. Tasty, authentic, the real deal, people were going back for seconds and probably more. More than one guest told me it was the best taco spread they'd had in Tahoe. Josh himself is a huge part of why this was so memorable, working the crowd, friendly with every single guest, making a party of 60 feel personal. I told him to bring a costume for the occasion and he showed up fully committed, which tells you everything about how he runs this business. First off I have to say that Josh obviously cares a lot about his customers and his food. It's obvious by the way he took care of me. I had three Carne Asada tacos and they were some of the best tacos that I've had. I know Olympic Valley is pricey, it is a resort town. But his food truck is a nice addition and much cheaper than the food in the village. There was one Customer in front of me, Josh asked me what I was driving, and when the tacos were prepared, he brought them out to my car. The meat was not only cooked perfectly, but the spices were perfect. The meat was not dry at all, and it was a good mix of spices and just the right amount of cilantro. There were some grilled red onions, that added a nice sweetness. I've never had red onions on my tacos, but from now on, they will be the go to. The tacos were served with salsa Verde. It had the right amount of spice and tartness. Probably from tomatillos. There was also sour cream on the side. Delicious and presented well. I recommend trying them the next time you go skiing. When I stop by next time, I will find out if tacos are available in the summertime. I've only been here in the winter. read more

These guys were amazing. We hired them to cater my mom's 80th birthday at the North Tahoe Regional Park. She says all she wanted was a taco truck and they were the right choice. Josh was super responsive and helpful in figuring out the menu and how much we needed for a group of 50. He even hooked us up with a sweet bartender Brande, to mix margaritas. We used them for our wedding catering, and the food was a HIT with my guest. The street corn is an absolute must do!!!! They did some in cups and some on the cob for us which was so perfect. Overall, the food was amazing and every one of our guest could not stop talking about it. We did the three plate tacos, street corn and churros and ice cream for dessert. My only regret is I didn't do more street corn, because many of my guest had two and three portions! Aside from the amazing food quality, they were amazing to work with. My grandma got us tacos while we were in the Olympic Bootworks shop getting our boots worked on. These are by far the best street tacos I've ever had. The seasoning/flavor/marinade on the carne asada or al pastor tacos are amazing & the red onions, salsa & cilantro on top make the tacos taste so delicious. I wish this taco truck was in SoCal but I hope they stay open every season we're in Tahoe. The best food tbh in the Palisades area and I feel they are priced decently too. Everything served on the mountain at both Palisades & Alpine cannot compare to these tacos. I was so sad when we checked literally everyday of the week trying to get more, but we had it I think 2-3 different times during our trip. The owner said when the snow was this good he hits the mountain. Highly recommend trying this taco truck out! read more

He was so easy to get ahold of, very easy going about traveling, and was very empathetic to when I requested changes in the game plan. He was so kind and let me use the deposit to have a taco party in the park in Reno with all of my loved ones. The food was delicious. I had taco plates for my guests and I devoured mine (which was al pastor). The cake is now my favorite cake ever, and the churros and ice cream were a big hit. I ordered the vegetarian tacos, slightly hesitantly, because in general I am not a zucchini fan. They did not disappoint.
