I don't know where to begin... It was simply by chance that I stumbled upon this place. I had body work done and my car was brought to the Enterprise location across from Olympos when I noticed that my inspection was expired. I drove across the street and spoke with Mike, the owner. I asked if he could do an inspection immediately which he did. And my 7 year relationship began. I have had 3 cars since then, my most recent being an Audi, and Mike is the only person I would bring any of my vehicles to. I trust him. He takes care of me. He makes sure that someone drives me to and from work. He is extremely fair on the price. He makes sure my car is ready when I need it. And, he has uber knowledge of auto mechanics. I've been in the car with him numerous times when he's taken my cars for test drives if there is a noise or something out of whack. It's impressive to see him in action. Last week I asked him to take a ride with me to New Jersey to look at a car I was interested in purchasing. He spent half a day with me, looking at the car inside and out, test driving it and he even went with me to the Audi dealership when we got back to inquire about buying out my lease and warranties, etc. so that I wouldn't get taken advantage of. I have sent friends to him who have also been extremely pleased with his work, customer service and knowledge of cars. Not to mention the fact he's also a really nice guy. Oscar, the manager is also courteous and treats me as if I were family. I need to also mention Angel and Mike, the mechanics, who have taken extra special care of my car whether it be washing it, putting air in the tires or whatever else needs doing. I always get treated like a VIP. That is the reason I have been going there and will continue to do so for as long as I am driving. Thank you Olympos for making me realize that there are still some honest, reliable and trustworthy mechanics... or maybe there's just one. But, that's all I need!!! read more

I called them for a price quote for an oil change (I gave them specifics on mode and oil type we wanted) and they quoted me over the phone . My husband went to them the same day & Mike gave him a different price because he doesn't recommend that type of oil (which he totally failed to mention, but we were already there and had no choice but to get it done there). He also told my husband he needs new tires (which were just changed a couple of months prior, he drives his car minimally ). George the manager was nice enough to try to smooth things over , but when looking for an honest mechanic , simply put this place is not it. read more

I have a 10 year old CRV that runs as smooth and pleasant as a new car. My 4 year old Q5 is in tip top shape and is taken care of with attention to detail. They have always explained what needs to get done and asks for my permission before doing the work. When I have a problem with my car, someone will drive in the car with me to check out the issue and confirm the problem. This guy is s thief. Do not go to his location to request services specially for inspections. This guy told me that my car did not passed the inspection because my tire was low. I took my car to my regular mechanic and passed the inspection. This guy has a disgusting lips tattoo on his neck, don't know the name. But, do not leave your car there. read more

My wife and I have been dealing with Mike, one of the owners, he is very personable and honest. I have take my two BMW's and my GMC SUV and they have been equally diligent when performing repairs on all three vehicles. It is hard to find a good honest mechanic, but these guys a do great work and have reasonable prices. What i appreciate the most is they let you know what must be done and what can wait or nice to do's. They are not pushy and inform you of all the alternatives to let you make an informed decision. Finally I find a honest repair shop. My 2014 car was in dealer shop for regular maintenance for 4 years. 1 year ago, I notice some grease mark but think it's just some spill after oil change. No one tell me that my engine is leaking and you know what, my warranty just pass half year ago. If I met Micky earlier, I didn't have to pay a penny. I like the people/owners who work here. They are personable and knowledgeable. The prices however are NOT competitive. I'm all for small business and enterprise but from a customer standpoint this place overcharges for all services especially if you don't know much about cars. They seem to use to their advantage in or markup services even further. I came for an inspection and oil change. Here are the approx. prices I paid vs the competition : Oil change (synthetic blend 4qts): $34.95 Tire rotation :$14.95 Wiper blades: $22.50 each Cabin air filter: $40 Labor: $15 Total with tax $172 Meineke Oil change (5qts not 4qts) $24.99 Tire rotation : included with oil change Wiper blades: gave me the option to bring my own and the guy installs it right there for no charge. The guy at olympos said my ford was special and needed special clips for the wipers to fit so the ones I bought from Costco wouldn't work. Wrong!! I checked and they def fit and can be done on your own. $12-$16 bucks a pop at Costco or target. Move on. Cabin air filter: this is the only area where they charged what I think was appropriate so no comparison needed. I'm happy with this. As a word of advice, overall they are good people I guess but make sure you do your homework before going as with any business or they will try to make their money. If going for an inspection tell them not to remove the sticker unless it passes. Other places only remove the sticker if they have passed the vehicle or gives you a chance to rectify the problem elsewhere without worrying about getting a ticket. If I could rate this place no stars, I would. Mikey is a complete liar. My neighbor received his car back worse then it went in. He had told me I had a few wrong things wrong with my car and I didn't believe him. I took it to Barnwell five minutes down the road and they told me everything was fine with my car. Olympos is just looking to scam people and make money. He owns the crappy little shop across the street that "repairs" junk cars and puts them for sale out front. MIKE OLYMPOS SHOULD BE ASHAMED. I went in for an oil change and these greasy scumbags did thousands of dollars of unauthorized work and then illegally reported me to collections when I contested - all without ANY signature! How is this legal? it's not. So now we are taking this to court. You may ask why he would do the work on the car then? So I could deliver burgers for him at his other business Burger Guru. He needed a good car on the road so fixed the one I was using up and then left me with the bill. Seriously. I never OWNED the car in question, they have NO SIGNATURE from anyone. They forced me into a position of having to call my family members as well as the owner of the car - begging for money for work that was already done that nobody wanted! It was an awful experience that has only gotten worse as now I'm forced to deal w this in court - their lies and fraud have affected my credit. years ago, owner Mike Olympos employed me at his lackluster burger guru business in Williamsburg and needed a good reliable car on the road and tried to pass the buck on to me when I brought my car in for an oil change. He said 'these things needed done sooner than later and i need a reliable car out there' and insisted it was nothing to worry about, i could work it off at the burger job. I told him its not my car. let that sink in. And even if it was, I don't have that money and you can't do work on someone elses car without consent. He pulled me aside into the hallway and INSISTED its a great deal and not to worry - I can work it off making $2 an hour at his burger place. Scared to argue w him, as he does employ me and has a strong criminal vibe (his original business mysteriously burned down and who carries $10,000 cash around every day???), I walked away having been completely hustled. I get home and look over everything and am shocked= he billed at $90 an hour for labor on the car (those are MANHATTAN rates, dummy) , $80 BASIC oil change, $60 to wipe the grease off the motor, $50 to crack lugnuts = what a hook up you grease monkey!!!). When I came in the next day to talk to him about this he got combatitive. I'll spare the rest of the details for court but I will be suing him for fraud and libel as what they have done is unethical, shameful and most importantly illegal. read more

I brought my car in monday for an inspection. initially, everyone was friendly. It failed the inspection and I was told that my car needed 4 things done for it to pass. I do all of my own work and said I would get it all done and be back. I go back this morning, expecting to pass because everything he said it needed was done, and he failed it yet again....for completely different reasons! And then he is RUDE AND PATRONIZING. He tells me he drove the car and stalled it a bunch of times and it magically revved itself. I don't know what you did there buddy but I drive my car every day and don't stall it, and it doesn't have a mind if it's own. Seems to me like someone was A LITTLE SALTY that they weren't gonna make money off of me because i made it clear that i do my own repairs. Wife brought in our car for a NY State inspection. Mikey calls and says there are things that need to be taken care of. Wipers (front and rear) and cabin air filter which is dirty and has leaves and junk in it. Turns out only the front wiper is needed to pass inspection and I could have saved $ by doing the rear wiper and air filter myself... I didn't realize it when he called but the air filter had been changed only 6,000 miles ago so it probably just needed to be vacuumed. Bottom line is watch out for this type of thing with anyone who does a state inspection, but if he's kind of slimy on this, I wouldn't trust his honesty on anything else. He should have told me only the front wipers really NEEDED changing. I would NOT go back to this guy. read more

I have been dealing with George at Olympos auto repair. I know how hard it is to find an honest auto mechanic but these guys are super. They are friendly reasonable they do great work and I would highly recommend them to anybody. I saw some old reviews I and I don't know who posted them but they must be mistaken. I have taken my BMW X5 and my husband's Mercedes S5 50 in for various work. I have off and going in with suggestions from the dealers and many times have been told that the work was not necessary. Do yourself a favor skip the trip to this place. Had been bringing my car to this repair shop as well as it's sister auto shop Mineola Gulf for about 2 years-- I would bring my car in for one thing and they would find other things wrong with my car. A friend who has the same car that I do, ran his car for years without the same problems and expense. This has made me think twice about if the repairs were really needed. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor by finding things they claim were wrong but I get the feeling the only favor they were doing was for themselves by finding work for themselves. read more

this place is run by a CROOK! i took my car to his shop against my better judgement and even after all my neighbors had warned me about that place, because he was the closest one. i got my car back worse than when i had dropped it off !! after over $1,000 in new parts that my present mechanic told me i didnt need, i had to tow it out of olympos and get it serviced somewhere else. Not to mention he lost my old parts so i could never verify ifi really needed them (keeping your old parts is standard practice) and refused to give me somehwat of a refund, oh yeah i dont wanna forget about not giving me a receipt.when i picked up the car i was outraged and he tried to force me to sign a disclaimer releasing him from any liability on work performed on my car.
