My results were so good I referred my mom here as well and she has had similar results. Jessica is so kind and so knowledgeable as well. I was really hesitant with electrolysis as first due to scarring or hyperpigmentation but she reassured me with the research and stats as to why those things are uncommon. She also started with a really low intensity setting to see how my skin would react and then slowly built up to my current settings after making sure there were no adverse skin reactions. Her office is also very clean and she uses sterile instruments and gloves which i really appreciate! I had another electrologist say they don't need to wear gloves because the probe is "self-sterilizing" but taking extra steps to be clean is never a bad thing and Jessica takes cleanliness very seriously! The regional director Alex told me I can call her whenever and she sent my call to voicemail and texted me stating she cannot talk at that time but is happy to text me. So she too thrives off lies. Perfect company for a lady like her. Kamila the manager of this location said she would honor a free clear and brilliant for their error. Two weeks ago. Over the phone and in person I was told they are working so hard to get this to me. And still nothing. When I told "Alex" about this she said this wouldn't be honored because it wasn't in writing. I have emailed, called left messages oh wait I cannot because everyone's voice messages are full and no one can respond or pick up despite them saying "message me whenever and I will be sure to personally help you." Save your time, save your breath and do not come here. You can go on Reddit and read about all those who have asked for refunds and the absolute scam this place does and what they do to keep money. I guess it's the only way they stay in business...because for sure they wouldn't be in business if their aggressive sales and lies were actually transparent. They also use a call center to answer their calls. So where is your money going? Just consider that. And where are the doctors? This place is a joke. The lady recommended I get a wax being that I only wanted to clean the area because I do have micro shading on my brows. When I walked out, I looked and there was still some hair that she did not clean up and missed. I didn't feel like going back because I was in a rush that day. For the price I paid I expected neat clean brows. I won't be going back.
