I first want to say thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart! This establishment…read moreis amazing. From the 4 interns I met that helped me through top surgery to Leland who is a wealth of knowledge. If it were not for the kindness of all these individuals while getting surgery, I personally would not be able to do it. I go by reviews a lot of time and when I saw the prior reviews it made me think twice of coming here, but something told me give it a chance everyone's opinion is different. And whoever keeps writing these constant bad reviews seems to me has been changed their name for each review and may be the same person for whatever reason. I don't know what the issue is but I personally work for customer service and would NEVER EVER sugar coat things for anyone. I am big about making sure that you hear the 100 percent truth about my experience with them. I read the bad reviews that the previous "people" have put and there is no way that they were talking about the same establishment that I went to. I am glad I personally did not go by the reviews to help me determine if I was going to stay or not. This is business is golden. Leland is an awesome dude! I stayed there from March 13-19 and right away welcomed by Leland he gave me pointers for the surgery. He also introduced me to the interns and showed me to my room. The room was awesome had a recliner that was my main chair while I was in recovery from surgery. The interns fed me and cooked. They took me out to Hollywood Beach got a chance to eat some of the best tacos I have her had and virgin Pina Colada. Also I got a chance to talk to the interns personally each one is amazing. Everyone is kind and caring and put you first while you stay with them. They have tons on food there to last you your whole stay and not have to spend extra money to go out to eat unless you want to. They will take you to dr appointments or anywhere you need to go. Leland is a wealth of knowledge as I said before, and definitely is always available for your questions since he was a nurse for a long time. Don't always listen to bad reviews this was my first time not listening to other peoples reviews and glad I didn't cause if I had to do it again for the surgery I would definitely stay here again. A+++++++++++ but don't take my word for it try it out for yourself.

Tierra Santa I was…read moreon the hunt for the best spa experience in the city. I was looking for a day of pampering. As such, I wanted additional benefits and not just a massage. This spa ended up topping my comparison list. Scheduling an appointment was slightly problematic. I spent entirely too much time on their site attempting to make a reservation for two. The site was not working. I ended up calling the spa to schedule over the phone. However, there was no answer so I had to leave a message requesting a return call. A staff did call me back late the next day. I was able to schedule over the phone. I was advised to complete the forms prior to arrival date- which I did do The spa is located inside of the Faena Hotel. The hotel is on the corner and is easy to find. The spa will validate valet parking for $35. We parked about a block away for much less. However, parking price value would be based on how long you plan on being at the spa. It may be more cost effective to pay the $35. When we arrived a hotel staff assisted us by escorting us to the elevator to the spa level. There was a lady at the front desk when we arrived. It did take her a few moments to acknowledge us, and when she did she asked us to give her a few minutes. Another staff approached and asked if we had been assisted. The staff sitting at the front desk did ask her to help us. We advised we had appointments. She checked us in and walked us over to the waiting area. The waiting area is very bright and doubles as a store. We were served tea and allowed to relax and take pictures. This area also had access to the outside patio also available for lounging durring your spa day. Following the waiting area the staff walked us to the women's fitting room. She gave us a quick tutorial on how to utilize the lockers. We changed into our swimsuits to get ready to enjoy the wet area. The wet area is on the opposite side of the spa. You have to walk through the waiting area and the front desk. When you walk in you are greeted by a table full of fresh soap. You are encouraged to grab a piece to try. The following are available in the wet area: a waterfall shower, steam room, a haman, a sauna, and a cold room. NOTE: this area is co-Ed. Based on my observation it's best to schedule an early service so that you can enjoy the benefits with a limited crowd. You also access the area for your spa services directly from the wet area. There is a lounge area where you can enjoy tea, infused water and snacks such as dried fruit, fresh strawberries, and chocolate covered almonds to name a few. I opted to take a quick shower prior to my 60 minute massage. My skin was feeling dry from the over load on water, and heat. We arrived to the lounge about 5-10 minutes prior to our scheduled spa time. Shane came into the lounge and advised he would be my massage therapist. When we walked into my private room he advised I could have a seat on a purple chair. He went over the paper work I competed on line. He repeated to me what I indicated as it relates to areas to focus on, areas to avoid and pressure I desired. After confirming everything he asked me what oil I would be interested in for aroma therapy. I opted for lavender after smelling all of them. Shane gave me some privacy to undress to my comfort level and advised I should start out laying face down. When Shane came back into the room he got to work immediately. This massage was PERFECT! Shane ensured the pressure was what I desired, and he focused on all the places I need to be worked on. He did some moves I have never felt before and I was so impressed. I was so disappointed when the 60 minutes were up. This experience exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is nice, and right on beautiful Deerfield beach. I loved the tai chi and yoga classes. I will be trying the aquafit class tomorrow. Oh, the best part is the great tasting healthy plant based food, and lots of it! I loved the option to choose to do either a juice fast or water fast instead of eating the food too. I lost weight on vacation! Sharron was great with helping us set up our program, and Giana was very organized and nice to work with throughout this week. I was pleasantly surprised. It was very private and nicely laid out. Each room is only you. You have a private shower that is vitamin infused which was cool. I didn't notice anything really there, however the temp controls cranks up to 175, and you can request if a repeat customer to have them preset your temp, which I liked. The glass enclosure was a generous size and you can watch netflix or listen to ambiance music to set the theme of your experience. Then there is the popular cold plunge. Looks like it is cleaned after each use. Has been set at 50 degrees I think and a 15m timer set for you to maximize your excitement or pain pending your perspective. I tried it out at 3m at first and then after the first experience, based on their pricing, signed up for unlimited for a month, bc the entire experience was very therapeutic and enjoyable to just "let go" for 1 hour of ME time. I have no within a week gotten up to 10m in the plunge and find it refreshing and rewarding. I have noticed that doing this AFTER the gym is better than attempting to go before, bc by the time you are done, you just want to chill. Overall great experience, price points ala carte' aren't the greatest which is why I joined for the month to have the best bang for the buck. But after 2 weeks in, im thinking ala carte' may be the way to go if you buy the biggest package and spread them out. As of today im undecided but feel its far better to get some "ZEN" in your life here than at a gym with a bunch of other people sweating around you. Great staff, well put together, rewarding experience.

I've been coming here for about three years, and it was my first introduction to cold plunging, so…read moreI have a real appreciation for this place. In the beginning, the format was more structured, sauna first, then moving into the cold plunge. Now they allow for contrast therapy, where you can move between rooms, which I really enjoy. The only downside is that at this location you have to walk across the hall between spaces. It takes away a bit of the seamless, relaxing flow you get at the some SweatHouz locations, where everything is contained in one suite. That said, it's still such a great escape. I love that it's in a lively plaza where you can make a whole day of it, Pilates, shopping, lunch, and then come in and reset. The main challenge here is noise. If you're in a room near reception, you'll hear conversations pretty clearly. At times the staff can be a bit loud with each other, which breaks the spa-like atmosphere. I found myself turning the music up just to block out chatting and laughter during my last visit. A little more emphasis on maintaining a calm, quiet tone up front would make a big difference. I've also noticed some small upkeep issues recently, like exterior lettering needing attention and the electrolyte station looking a bit messy and understocked. Nothing major, but it does impact the overall polish of the experience. All that said, I genuinely love coming here. It's a treat every time. The Dyson hair dryers are fantastic, and I love that they recently added a red light therapy panel you can use while drying your hair, such a great touch. Overall, still a place I really enjoy and keep coming back to. With just a few tweaks, especially around atmosphere and maintenance, it could feel truly top-tier.
