Solomon was my back up and I went in one day and we chatted for a moment and that's how I discovered they were siblings. It's crazy how things come full circle. But I have faithfully been going here for years now. I have tried a couple other businesses and have been disappointed with my eyebrows! For my services, I received my eye brows and upper lip waxed. I noticed for these services that two different waxes were used, which I initially didn't think much of. I really loved my eye brow waxing experience. The waxer used brow mapping (yay!) to get the right shape for my face and she taught me how to maintain/fill in my brows. I was very appreciative of that! The ONLY reason I am not giving a 5-star review is because of my upper lip. Unfortunately the wax they was used was a little too warm and it slightly burned me. The picture below is a full day after the waxing and you can see my skin is starting to scab. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for your eye brows! Nonetheless I left confident that I would look good for the upcoming event fast forward to the next day( day of event) and I'm having to rush back in to get a repair. Only after I refused to pay the fee stating per protocol that my lash was covered was the manager contacted. My lash was replaced. Less than 24 hours after the replacement my lash was lifting again. The owner was contacted and rudely stopped responding when asked to rectify the situation caused by faulty service given in her location.
