The wax was okay, there was still a lot of hair under my eyebrow that needed cleaned up. I also got a tint and asked for medium brown. The tint looked terrible way uneven and does not look natural at all. I went to the grocery store right after and got stared at by everybody. My eyebrows looked TERRIBLE. I tried this eyebrow salon twice-both times the person was rude and used her ear buds to talk to people with a break-I couldn't hear if she was asking me a question or the person on line. my eyebrow on the left was 1/2 the size of the other-I got home and had to pluck the right side to match/ horrible time last time and this time worse- ouch!!! Took my daughter here a couple of weeks ago and we couldn't be more pleased. We were nearby and didn't have an appointment, so I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could fit her in. We waited maybe 5 minutes and then she was back in the chair. The woman who threaded her brows did a fantastic job of trimming/shaping them ... and then it only cost something like $10. Truly amazing! It's such a subtle thing but she's so happy with how they look and keeps saying she loves her eyebrows. We'll definitely be back! read more

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. This is not my typical "go to" spot to get my brows done, but with the pandemic and nothing really being open I decided to give them a try, I figured, what was the worst that could happen? Really? Like possibly trim off all my eyebrows, they'll grow back, right? So I took the leap of FAITH. I called to make an appointment, the lady that answered the phone advised me to make an appointment online, which was quick and easy and I was able to get in the same day. When I arrived the salon was very clean, the woman that serviced me had a proper mask on as well. She was very complete and precise as she sculpted my eyebrows with thread. I also opted to get my eyebrows tinted as well. I appreciated the fact that she actual asked me what color tint I wanted for my brows (yes, this place offers different colors, besides standard black like most places I've gone to before), she suggested dark brown which I was fine with that. Overall between threading and brow tint the process took about 20 minutes in and out. I'd definitely go back....!!!! read more

Unfortunately I did not take a before and after picture, however she did AMAZING on my brows! I arrived on a Wednesday evening a little before 6:30. Someone was in the chair, however I was in and out within 20 minutes! She was patient with me, while we tried to find the perfect arch style since my hair grows different on each brow. Took my daughter there for her first threading experience. I was not impressed, the lady didn't ask us anything, didn't prep my daughter for what was coming and didn't ask what we wanted. When she was done the lady asked if it was ok. I tried to explain that it wasn't what we wanted and the staff member just asked for payment. Not impressed and will not go back. First time going there and I would give it a giant NO. One eyebrow is thicker than the other ..when I told her that, she tried to fix it and made matters worse. Now one eyebrow is squared and taken way too far in to fix without it growing back in...and the corner of the other is rounded. and at that point I didn't want her to touch it again. Will not return. Neither of the 2 girls working greeted me and were a bit on the rude side. This is Fishers best kept secret! Saroj (owner) does amazing work and is the best in eyebrow threading on the north side! I have been going to her since she opened up in her first spot. She is so good that I've sometimes waited 4 weeks, when she was on vacation, to get my eyebrows done. Her salon is clean and spacious and I always get great service. I have been to this location multiple times and I have gotten the same woman every single time except this last time. I wish I had asked their names because the work they do is very different. The woman who is usually there does an excellent job. I am always pleased when I leave. However this last time there was someone different I noticed she left a few hairs that were sticking straight out after how she threaded them. It looks, well, not great. :( I will absolutely return but will see who is working that day before I have work done. And next time I will ask for their names. read more

I love this place. The owner is so friendly (a bit on the shy side). This is the ONLY place I trust to get my eyebrows threaded from. I live in Carmel and do not mind the 20 min drive to get my things taken care off. The prices are reasonably lower than other businesses. The new location is perfect too since I can get my grocery shopping done if there is a wait. I also prefer this place for my waxing as well. I have not experimented with other services offered such as facials etc. LOVE IT!! read more
