They no longer offer evening (6:30), late evening (8:00) classes, or advanced flow classes. If you work, it is economical to use class pass than to become a monthly member. The instruction is different too. 6 years ago, the teachers used to explain/demonstrate the pose, make corrections, and describe what to work on; I've tried several teachers, and now, they just call out the pose. Some knew I'm (was) a returnee: still, so distant, so aloof every time. Also, the cue, "If it's in your practice, do an inversion", or praising a student on his beautiful jump back. OK. Is anyone interested in helping us make these part of our practice? The studio is still beautiful and spacious. And I am eternally grateful to the wonderful teachers who taught me the fundamentals so well. Time to move on.

When I first heard about it I googled what buti yoga was and was slightly apprehensive. Despite that, I decided to give it a shot. Y'all! It was so much fun and probably the hardest workout class I've ever done. I have never sweat so much! (but in a good way) The instructor is very fast paced but not so much so that you feel lost. She is very good at getting your heart really pumping. Throughout the class you do exercises where you are connecting to the other people in the class and it ended in a huge circle where we all bound arms. She created such a great atmosphere and energy in the room that the connectivity we felt amongst everyone actually made my friend tear up! I definitely recommend giving the studio and these classes a try and look forward to dropping in for classes.

The Pilates class was so hard but I loved the burn. Classes are 30-45 min, or 15 min for hiit workouts. the area was very very clean and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Clean bathrooms, and there is also a small gym with free weights and a single shower. The saunas fit 3 to a room but I got lucky and it was just me. The best part is that there are classes every 15 minutes or every 30-45 minutes and they're 24 hours!! Perfect for my crazy schedule. Thanks again Madeline!

The facility itself is right next to a great coffee shop I worked at before the class and the parking lot has plenty of parking spots. Inside there were showers, lockers to put away personal items, and all the yoga essentials like mats, towels, and yoga blocks. Also went to my first sound bath and it was great - the owner was very sweet and really cares about each person that comes to the studio. Highly recommend checking out a class and/or sound bath!

They name it Earth, Air, Water, and Alchemy. Basically Earth is practicing more rooted postures, water is flexibility, and air is power yoga. alchemy is a blend. I really enjoy Poornima's classes and Tanya's in particular. Also cold scented towels at the end of the class! This is definitely a part to look forward to.
