This is a great example of great idea but poor execution. I dropped a coat off at this locker…read morelocation with the expectation that it would be ready in 2 days. There was no staff present or even a number to call if you had questions, so I just decided to trust the process. I received a text message shortly after leaving my coat confirming my item was received and it provided a pickup date/timeframe. The text stated that my item would be available for pickup a few days past, so I ended up returning a day later. I went to the locker that supposedly had my coat, nothing was there. Weird. I tried again thinking maybe I was losing my mind..nope. Nothing. I checked other lockers nearby. All were unlocked and empty. At this point, I'm confused and slightly irritated. I check the website for a phone number. Nothing. I send an email and am told to expect a response within 24hrs. Fine. I wait, get a reply saying that my jacket was out for delivery..ok. I was certain I chose the option for pickup, but I confirmed that the address is correct and waited anyway. For 3 days the site continued to tell me that my item is out for delivery, but I never receive it. Finally, I am able to connect with an actual person who tells me that the locker number was incorrect and that I can come to a different location for pickup. Once I arrive, I was told that a manager switched my locker, didn't tell anyone and they were sorry for the mix up. This was thee worst experience I've ever had with a cleaning service and due to the lack of communication and difficulty it took just to speak with someone, I would NOT RECOMMEND. Like I said: great idea, poor execution.
