Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. I reached out to two other companies and Oasis Window Tinting had the best price hands down. I reached out to Aaron again to book an appointment , and He did tell me that he was scheduling appointments 3 weeks out since he is completely booked, which worked out perfectly for me! I had an appointment scheduled for June 5th, 2025 between 1pm-2pm. The day before, Aaron reached out to confirm if my original appointment was still good or if i needed to reschedule for a different date and time. Day of the appointment, he even sent me a courtesy text message letting me know he was on his way and how far out he was from the house. I asked Aaron to tint my front windshield on my 2024 Corolla XSE. He showed me a picture of the different tint percentages and asked if I wanted carbon or ceramic tint film. Aaron arrived fully prepared with all of his tools and tint films. He took his time and made sure everything looked great. Customer service IS STILL ALIVE!…read more This shop recently did nano-ceramic window tints on our motorhome. Prior to choosing Deluxe Window Tint we did our research as well as contacted many other companies, Albert(the Owner) really impressed us with his pricing, diligence and response times so we decided to go with Deluxe Window Tint. I dropped the motorhome off in the morning and it was done and ready to pick up in the afternoon. Upon my arrival I noticed what appeared to be some damage to an awning and pointing it out to the employees. Ultimately Albert made a return trip to the shop and we discussed my concerns. His very first statement put my mind at ease "I am not here to deny anything, only to understand the situation and take care of our customer". WHEW! (This was not the response I was expecting after recently dealing with another company who wrongly wired our Jeep up for flat towing behind the motorhome. The next morning that shop foreman was very arrogant when I pointed it out and asked to have it corrected. The installing mechanic looked at my paperwork and immediately said he would have it done in 20 minutes. That shop foreman made it a point to not acknowledge me for the next 20 minutes as I waited in the showroom). As Albert and I looked at my concerns and discussed what could have, as well as what could not have, happened there was nothing but professionalism and discovery evident. After a while it became clear that I was wrong and they had in fact not damaged the awning. It was an embarrassing moment for me as I apologized profusely to both the employee as well as to Albert. They understood how I could have misinterpreted what I had seen and graciously accepted my apology. As we all know things can happen(or in my case, not happen), it's how they are dealt with that truly define a company's culture and an Owner's core belief. In the end I left the shop with plans to bring my Jeep back for window tinting as well, that's how impressed I was. Don't hesitate to trust this shop to do what's right! Thank You, Albert(and crew) for being a standup guy as well as for doing a fantastic job on our motorhome! The Jeep is next!

I was shocked when the owner tried to rip us off simply because we dressed up nicely. He assumed we had a lot of money. We informed him that the brakes needed replacement because the vehicle shook and vibrated badly when we braked on the highway. He falsely diagnosed the issue and claimed that the entire front suspension of the Audi needed to be replaced, with an estimate cost of almost $8,000. This garage was incredibly slow and took them all day to provide me with a quote on the necessary services. We were so frustrated that we walked out and went to a different garage. They listened to our concerns about the front suspension replacement and examined the vehicle. They determined that the front suspension was fine and that only the front brakes and calipers needed to be replaced. We paid the new shop $1,200, and the issue was resolved. The vehicle no longer shook or vibrated, and it drove very smoothly. The price difference between the two garages was staggering--$1,200 compared to $8,000. I strongly advise against taking your luxury vehicles to this garage. They lack the ability to test vehicles and are not loyal to their customers.

After payment was made, the professionalism, communication, and accountability I expected were not there. When I raised concerns about the work, instead of handling the situation professionally, I was met with disrespect, name-calling, and harassment. A legitimate business should be able to address customer concerns without attacking the customer. I would strongly recommend doing your research before hiring this person. Make sure any installer you choose has the proper credentials and authorization required to perform the work they are advertising. This man literally has the worst service I have seen in my life. I gave him 2 cars to do and I had a whole 10 more to get done. However after the second car I showed him some bubbles in the tint and he kept claiming " it will go away in 2 weeks" it had been a whole month before I hit him up again and said they have not gone away. He didn't reply and was like if you don't like my service don't get any other car done from me. Then when I addressed this issue he decided to curse at me. I got almost 4 cars done from him, however on my last car I got my windshield done and it looked like it has more bubbles than usual. I asked him and he said "It's water n will be like that until it all evaporated" so I waited more than a month hoping they would go away. It's been months and the bubbles haven't gone away. I contacted him multiple times and getting no response. It's just sucks how someone would want lose a loyal client over a windshield. Don't go here they try to scam you for more money they are also very rude . To the owner reply I talked with a female on phone I'm guessing your wife and she said it could be done so I set up a day to bring car in if she can't make decisions you should not let her answer phone and give quotes . You say you can do it because of printer but then you say it can be done and you try to charge me $200 more than quoted on phone and on face book . Was quoted $300 then you want $500 to do it or you come get your car you said if I didn't want to pay the $500 . Car was at shop for almost 4 hours and nothing got done . Scammer company

Now because a seat back part has to be removed ss well as removing the seats to install the seat covers properly I looked for a good upholstery company to do the job. When I found the Bullet Upholstery company, they said they could install them for me, and only charged me 1.5 labor hours!! That's a GREAT ESTIMATE, especially considering all the work that had to be done!! The seats turned out TERRIFIC, and I couldn't be more pleased!! Considering an initial estimate of $3000.00 to reupholster both front seats, I ended up buying seat covers, and having BULLET install them, and my cost of buying the seat covers, and having BULLET install them I spent LESS THAN $500.00!! I highly reccomend calling BULLET UPHOLSTERY, and talk to Kathryn, and Justin!! They will take GREAT care of you!! You will not be dissappointed!!

Jeremie helped me out by steaming the upholstery, vacuuming and shampooing the carpets, washing my floor matts and threw in an exterior car wash where he cleaned up my car rims as well!
