Was tired of feeling like my car was an oven every time I got in it during the hot summer days. Asked my friend, Burt, for a recommendation and he pointed me to Sharif. Sent a message thru Yelp and Sharif responded quickly and answered my questions. Burt and I spoke to Sharif and he promised he'd take care of me and give me a deal. Made an appointment for Saturday but we decided Sunday worked better. I rolled in at 9am Sunday and was warmly greeted by Sharif. He patiently answered more questions & brought out rolls of the different tints to my car. He held them up to my window and told me to view it from the outside looking in and vice versa. I asked for his expert advice and we settled on a package that I was happy with. Sharif and another employee worked on it while I watched the process and asked more questions. He allowed me to go in the back room to check on the progress. Great place to get your car tint done. Office is minimal along with the waiting room so it was uncluttered and a relaxing place to wait. AC was blasting which was very much appreciated during these hot summer days! Unisex restroom was clean, uncluttered and smelled nice which is not typical from my experience of car-related businesses. Sharif made the wait a tolerable experience. He offered water during my wait and had endless patience with my questions. He also kept me updated on the progress and I was out the door after 4 hours just like he said! I tinted my entire car and added a sun strip on the windshield. He gave me a great price compared to other places. He explained the warranty and how to clean my windows without damaging the tint. He also gave me a microfiber cloth along with a can of foaming window cleaner! Great personal service all around and quality work! Would TOTALLY recommend Sharif! Was recommended this place by my cousin, who is great at doing things himself so if he was going to pay someone to do it then they must be good. The Yelp reviews were good and his quote seemed more than fair, so didn't even bother looking around at other places. He was able to squeeze us in and ended up working past their closing time to finish for us, so I would say their customer service is excellent!
