After receiving and estimate to reupolster my two front seats on my 2008 Lexus IS250 from a different company, at a cost of $3,000.00, I decided to buy 2 Nappa Leather seat covers for my front seats. Now because a seat back part has to be removed ss well as removing the seats to install the seat covers properly I looked for a good upholstery company to do the job. When I found the Bullet Upholstery company, they said they could install them for me, and only charged me 1.5 labor hours!! That's a GREAT ESTIMATE, especially considering all the work that had to be done!! The seats turned out TERRIFIC, and I couldn't be more pleased!! Considering an initial estimate of $3000.00 to reupholster both front seats, I ended up buying seat covers, and having BULLET install them, and my cost of buying the seat covers, and having BULLET install them I spent LESS THAN $500.00!! I can't recommend Justin and Bullet Audio enough. I came to Bullet Audio to get a second opinion on some pretty significant noise coming through my boat speakers when the ignition was turned on. The first shop said my amps needed to be replaced and my head unit needed to be completely rewired. Justin was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a ground that terminated improperly. I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and my sunroof is after market if you have around the same year as mine yours is probably too. I have had my same Tahoe since 2007 and keep her clean went from chromed out on 22s to blacked out 6 inch lift kit but the sunroof has given me issues for the past 8 years There was a recall and couldn't get a response from the company that installed these. I went to a different company to replace the seals and it lasted 3 years before the leak returned when it rained or if I went through a car wash, it got to the point where I even flex tape it closed for the past 2 years because I was tired of the water getting inside my Tahoe sometimes from the ceiling or I would find my passenger side floor board soaking wet. I figured I needed to do something better and I wish I would've found Bullet earlier they made my Tahoe sunroof look brand new with no issues whatsoever over the past 3 months. New seals, new fabric, new buttons and everything works like it should. If you have an old sunroof there's no place better to go. Highly recommend! read more

The sunroof on my car has been broken for a couple years with no one wanting to fix or replace it. Knielsons had told me they could do it but I had a 2 months wait. They called me the day before it was to be replaced and said they couldn't find the parts, this was December 7th. After doing some research for parts I found them with Maita Toyota. When I called them they said the internet may not be up to date but did say I should call Bullet Sunroof, Audio and Leather. The other dealerships wanted to charge me to look at it and then have someone else do the work, thank you Maita. After calling Bullet, speaking with Katherine, I felt a sigh of relief cause they were able to find the part and fix it. They did an awesome job and had it done in about 4-5 hours. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I took my F 150 to Future Ford for Sunroof repair. They quoted me repairs over $4800 and would take a few days to order parts and repair. I called "Katherine" at Bullet after reading some of their reviews and got an appointment for the following morning. Their estimate was less than half of Ford's estimate and they were able to repair the sunroof the same day. Everyone I met or spoke with were very friendly, courteous, and answered all my questions. Can't say enough about the service we received from Bullet repair! My sunroof got completely busted out by a flying rock and they got it looking brand new in less than 3 hours. The staff were great communicating the price to me and getting my special glass ordered. They replaced the plastic guides on my F150's sunroof with metal ones. A permanent fix to Ford's poor/cheap engineering. And they did it for a reasonable amount. They also repaired my stereo and had it all done in a day. Sunroof and stereo work great. Very happy! Great customer service. This place is fantastic. I purchased a used 2004 Toyota Highlander from Folsom Lake VW. The first time I used the sunroof, it broke. I brought my car here, and they provided me with a fair estimate to repair the sunroof with a used assembly and another estimate to seal it. I opted to have the sunroof permanently sealed for a cost of $180. I made my appointment, was in and out in the estimated time they provided. After having a great experience with Bullet when they fixed my sunroof and installed a stereo, I decided to go back to have them fix my seat heaters and install new leather and foam for my drivers side seat. When I got my truck back I was happy, but hoping that the seat would be a little firmer to help with my bad back. Free of charge, they spent a couple hours working on getting it just right for me. Bullet Auto installed a sunroof into my Honda Ridgeline as an after market install. I have taken my car to them every 3 or 4 years for a tuneup and I've had my Honda for 13 years. I can always get an appointment easily, and I'm in and out in about a half an hour! The quality of work is great and the prices are ALWAYS cheaper than the dealerships. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Just really disappointing and taken advantage of! I came in because I had my windshield replaced at capital auto glass and experienced some leaking during the heavy rains. They asked me to come to bullet to determine if it was the windshield that was leaking or the sunroof that was leaking. I explained this to the lady working there upon arrival. She said okay, took my keys from me and told me it would take about 15 minutes. About 10 minutes later she tells me that the sunroof is stuck open and since I didn't want to repair it they could close it up with cardboard and tape!! She kept explaining to me that it's my fault I brought her a broken sunroof and that they couldn't do anything about it but tape it shut with cardboard. Then tells me to try and close it myself. I asked them what it would take to just close my sunroof just like it was when I brought it in and the tech that was working on my car and got it stuck open chimes in and tells me they can get it closed for an hour of labor at $120!!! I'm a broke college student without a job and just wanted to know if the windshield I had gotten replaced was leaking or not. That's all. After arguing with the lady while she kept telling me it was my fault they finally tell me I can pay the tech directly $25 and he'd get it closed. I agreed just so I could get out of there and get back to school. IT TAKES THE TECH LESS THAN 10 MINUTES TO GET MY SUNROOF SHUT! Why couldn't he have done that in the first place as soon as he realized he got my sunroof stuck open!? Instead they tried charging me $120! Also as a side note to the owner and the lady running the front desk who I assume are married. Your customers can hear you when you're in the back arguing! They were yelling at each other and using vulgar language which made me feel really uncomfortable being in their business. read more

I just had Bullet Audio install front and rear object sensors and a cross traffic sensor system on my car. The equipment is not GM but by a couple of name brand aftermarket companies. The install went as well as could be expected since Labor Day is coming and they were swamped with dealer requests. By the way, that's who recommended them to me. I left the vehicle overnight so they wouldn't have to hurry on it. The products work terrific. No more blind spots when changing lanes and backing up. Since I have a 3 level fusion in my neck, it's hard for me to twist my head around. I highly recommend using Bullet Audio for systems like this and other products and services that they provide. I can't say enough positive things about Bullet Audio and Sunroof. Rebecca is so honest and forthright that I would trust her and her husband with all of my vehicles and boat. Had a sunroof problem and they could have easily charged me the normal sunroof fee for problem that I could not diagnose without taking apart the sunroof myself. However, they didn't do that they were honest and only charged me to replace a broken sun visor clip and sunroof Maintenance and a couple hours of labor. Saved me a bunch of money! Not to mention they got the sunroof working again. I will bring my 3 sunroofs here every year for the annual maintenance they need. read more
