Looking back, I wish I had asked to speak with a manager before the service continued. For a salon charging this price point, I expected a much more respectful and customer-centered experience. Clients should not leave feeling upset, uncomfortable, or regretful after paying over $300. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and provides better training on communication, professionalism, and how to handle client concerns during a service. Based on this experience, I would not return.

His prices are fair and I always love my cut (and the experience is usually pretty quick). He's also super chill to talk to during the cut. I had a pretty traumatic haircut experience prior to meeting Richard where the lady chopped my hair way, way shorter than I asked because she said it was "healthier" for it. I came to Richard apprehensive because of this experience but he always cuts the hair a little longer for me and adjusts as we go, which I really appreciate. I've also had him color my hair a few times as well. Both of these experiences were positive and while I'm back to my natural color again, if I ever decided to go dark again, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Richard.
