I have lived in FL for 13y in Orlando, been to a lot of nail salons. This was the BEST I have been to. I was in town for veterinary care for my dog. Called them hoping for an appointment. They had availability & not only that it was right away. Talk about timing. When arrived place was super clean. I checked in & Tony took me. He was super sweet & in charge of the phones while helping me. Apologized every time he got a call. He didnt have to. I understood. They had regular clients who raved about the place. Tony makes sure the right technician meets your needs. Someone came in for a polish match, last time didnt dry so well. They took her as soon as they could, did the match & apologized. Never have I ever seen that. Usually places shame you like it was your fault. During my service I was talked to, offered a beverage, and not once did he try to upsell me. No pushing polishes etc. Tony did exactly what I asked, full acrylic set with short nails. Highly recommended coming here. Overall, very nice nail salon and the staff is very kind. Pricing for gel was excellent (I paid $35 + $10 tip). My only concern - the woman who did my nails over-filed with the drill and caused injury to 3 of my fingers. It was minor and after a few days the marks were gone. I would return, but I would not ask for her and would request someone else if assigned to her. She was very kind - just heavy with the tools, which caused some discomfort. I would give this place another full chance before I decide to make it a regular place or not return. read more

I found this nail salon for my 90+ year old mother after her nail tech could no longer accommodate her mobility restrictions. The owner and staff have been wonderful and Mom is so happy to go there. Bad vibe due to mean owner. A nail spa is supposed to be a place to escape the madness, not a place for negative energy or drama. He treats clients as if they are a mere number. He must pack them in at all costs. He doesn't care if you've been a regular client who has spent hundreds of dollars there it only matters how many more he can cram in. I've never, ever in my life experienced such a verbally abusive and rude attitude by a nail salon owner or manager. Last week I was there for the last time because although arrived 5 minutes late (I called to inform them) he put someone else in my spot then got nasty about it by calling me twice just a few moments after my scheduled appointment time, then reprimanding me upon entering. I had called to inform them a I was in traffic. They said as long as you arrive by 4:15 it will be OK. I walked in at 4:05 or so. When he started in on me, I interrupted him and told him he was being rude and looked over to see the nail tech was still working on her previous client. He demanded I step outside. Then he said "You say that in front of customer, you not welcome here!" As IF! Gosh what a horrible attitude. Very immature and unprofessional. This is not normal behavior. I posted a review on Google and he clapped back with huge exaggerated lies, rather than an apology like most civilized business owners would do. I scrolled through all the good reviews to see one where someone else had a run in with him where he then lied and said she didn't pay. You could clearly see that wasn't the case. Anyway, I found Bliss Nail Spa in Winter Park which is so much more classy. The experience at Bliss was just that, blissful! They offered champagne and treated me and everyone including their staff with dignity. read more

I have been to this nail salon on three occasions. The first was with a friend, the second with my mother for Mother's Day and the third last week. Every single time, I have gotten gel polish and every single time I have had it done here, it does not last more than 3 days before it peels or chips. I've been getting gel polish for several years and my manicures have consistently lasted two weeks and my pedicures have lasted consistently, 4 to 5 weeks when done at other nail places. This manicure was done just a few days ago, I use gloves anytime I wash anything to protect my manicure, even when washing the dogs. Already this has chipped and lifted on my ring finger and it has not even been a week. I have gone back because of gift cards which I have one left to use, however after that, I don't plan on returning simply because the results don't last. read more

I live 30 minutes away from this establishment, but it is by far the best nail salon you will find in all of the Orlando area. So I moved to Orlando a little over a year 1/2 ago. I was so happy when I found this place. They were nice I use the same tech. I won't list his name because he is the best. I never get toe infections and recently on two separate occasions I got them. I tried to talk to the manager about it very respectfully to see if we could salve them problem. I simply asked if I could get a fresh set of cuticle cutters when I get a pedicure out of the pack. That is all. He proceeds to talk to me in a very rude manner. To the point I had to end the call. Everyone else is very kind and patient, but Tony really needs to learn how to take constructive criticism. Especially from a paying customer that drops over a $100 every visit.
