Excellent care for men. The office staff is professional and friendly. I'm pleased I did my homework and found OMC for my TRT.

Top notch outfit. The patient is treated with respect and dignity. Go here immediately. Best medical treatment I've ever received.

My daughter had a long labor and the ladies here were all so caring, patient and helpful. After she gave birth, they took care of my daughter and baby to make sure everything was good and normal. The lactation nurse was very patient and helpful as well. Overall, I felt the staff at this hospital made our visit very welcoming and stress free.

Well, as a former employee myself, I never expected to become a patient, especially not an ICU Heart patient. It has been so long since I retired that nobody there knew me except for one nurse. I was very grateful for the level of professionalism I was accorded and the timeliness of everyone involved. Having a Triple Bypass is no picnic. However, the staff continued to assure me all along the way. All accommodations were made for my needs and that of the Mrs. Staff were exceedingly polite and very patient with us as we navigated this 'other side of the coin'. Everyone from Registration all the way to the CNA that wheelchaired me to the exit door were very nice. It is amazing how differently people come across when your life is in their hands. I am exceedingly grateful and appreciative of all the staff and care I received while I was there. Now I am home and completing recovery from my successful surgery. I feel great and look forward gratefully to the next few decades this surgery has provided me.

My most recent experience was that the Dr's released personal information to a room full of people when only 1 person in the room was authorized. Then they decided to take me off my mental health meds.. I was in and out of psychosis and paranoid..etc. I got scared of what else they were going to do to me so I discharged early, when they told me I COULD NOT leave. (That did not help the situation. I've spent hours and hours..whole days even! They are condescending and they have stood outside my door and talked bad about me on countless occasions. They have ignored my nurse calls for over an hour..The intake people are extremely rude. I went to this hospital and they asked me if I have thought about suicide lately (I was in there for something completely unrelated.) They told me to take all of my clothes off the nurse even yelled at me to take my underwear off (Very triggering for what I've been through). When I refused she called in security to very forcefully slam me in a wheelchair and then 3 grown men started wheeling me off the property like they were taking out the trash..thankfully my awesome Ridesource driver saved me) I would say I would NEVER Come back here but I don't have that option. (As far as I know they are the only hospital that has diagnostic equipment. I give Riverbend a 0.

If you want to experience a third world inept medical department, than please come here to the Riverbend ER. We were abandoned by the staff and nurses, and Dr.s. I will never forget what my family and I witnessed. I have reached out to the media and PROPER AUTHORITIES. They even were getting peoples names wrong, people who had been triaged and were left to sit in there own vomit.

Our experience with Oregon neurology associates has not been positive. Our neurologist, who I won't…read moremention, actually was in possession of a list of medication's that Insurance was known to cover. Three appointments and $1500 later this office is still attempting to schedule follow ups to make another $700 off an office visit. Each one of these office visits is an attempt to try another medication that they know full well insurance does not cover. Excessive office visits + insurance billing for meds they know aren't covered = big revenue. I would not patronize this business. Billing and tacking on excessive charges is their priority. We're Done.

April 12, 2026 I…read moremistakenly went to Oregon Neurology for help with extremely debilitating daily headaches. My expectation was that I would see a Neurologist but without any disclosure whatsoever I was only seen by a nurse. She did not help me in the slightest and I left the office totally depressed that my expectations for some results to improve my daily suffering just did not happen. Also, after filling out tons of paperwork prior to my visit and submitting it to them, I was informed by the receptionist that all my efforts in providing personal information was lost! Due to my headaches I have been slow in responding to their bill and I just received a letter from them that I owe just $60 and if I didn't pay immediately they would hire a COLLECTION AGENCY TO GO AFTER ME !!! I found this type of total disrespect for their clients to be repulsive and greedy. All I can say is find another option to deal with your neurological issues. In conclusion, this is a disreputable business that is totally failing to meet the needs of their clients. This is clearly demonstrated by the fact that in some cases a significant number of their reviews are in the POOR CATEGORY! As a community I feel it is important for all of us to Boycott Oregon Neurology Associates in order to make it clear that we will not tolerate a business that consistently abuses their patients. Let's facilitate the process of driving them out of business and leaving our community! Also Note: Oregon Neurology Associates charges a significant amount of money for their services. This means that a significant of their patients have wasted not only their own funds but also wasted the money of their insurance company without any satisfaction with the services they experienced. This is especially tragic if a particular patient is then forced to start the whole process again with another neurology company and experience further out of pocket expenses. Sincerely, Dwight A. Janssen, M.S. Education & Psychology from U of O

I expressed my frustration at the lack of transparency regarding this to Katie the NP I was scheduled with as I had taken time off work for the app and needed to discuss both migraines and tapering off trazodone. She lacked empathy and was very rude insisting I had to pick one to discuss. I walked out as that is not the quality of care I'm looking for and felt very misled!

The next day I was seen by Collins, and I have to say was one of the most pleasurable experiences "in office" that I have ever received. The appointment was not rushed, and I truly felt that the team here really cared about my health and was seeking solutions. I am also that one in 1,000 that have the tiniest of veins and they roll. So, mentioning that to Collins he assured me that if the phlebotomist could not draw blood that he would. Let me tell you that this is very rare, and it indicates the level of care and once again integrity this place has. Madeline was the wonderful young woman who took my blood. She was very gentle and understood that my veins are very scrawny and opted for a hand vein. The blood draw experience was amazing, and I cannot recommend her enough. She even gave me a handheld heating pad to bring out the veins more. You should be so lucky to get her as she typically works in the Portland area. I guess I just got fortunate. Also, another sign of a great blood draw is no pain or bruising afterwards in which I have none. The team here is wonderful, compassionate and I really felt that my care and needs were met. Please look no further...!! They offer so much here. Take advantage now because when the lovely people of Springfield and Eugene get wind of how wonderful this place truly is, you may be waiting for longer appointments. Establish yourself now. Thank you Riccara, Collins and Madeline. You were all so very amazing...!!!
