We popped in this store to see if they happened to have the Superocean Outerknown collaboration as my husband was interested in it as a Christmas gift! We received such amazing service from Remo that we ended up choosing a Superocean Heritage which was simply stunning. So an earlier Christmas present than expected :) Remo was an excellent associate. Very patient, not at all pushy, just explained the nuances of each watch. He was very nice to work with and great with our kids as they waited for him to prepare and size the watch. He provided sparkling wine and espressos for us, and sodas for the kids while we waited and was just lovely to chat to! Professionalisms, is all I can say about this place. I was greeted by Remo, and he patiently answered all of my questions (which I had a lot of). He is knowledgeable with all of the products they offer and his customer service skill are excellent. I take off my hat for this guy. He doesn't know it yet, but he has gain a customer for life. Today was the day I was going to buy the watch I've had my eye on. 4pm inside Caesar's forums shops, into the Breitling boutique. Immediately there was no customer greeting. I poked around to see a few that caught my eye. The guy working was not engaging and the female there was just a husk. Nothing warm or friendly with these two. I ask about specials or sales. It was as if I was asking a ridiculous question that the who World knew was absurd. "If we had a sale, We'd be out of business" followed by a phony chuckle. No specials, incentives, appreciations. With this, I felt I was being profiled. Not a good sign when the foot traffic there is great and diverse. Walked out feeling like the sales people thought I was a rube. I was here for the Superbowl and was walking around with my wife and I currently own a Breitling already but was pleasantly surprised to see the store in this mall. So we walked in to check out some watches not looking like money and wearing NFL Jerseys both me and my wife but we were greeted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable salesman named Remo who took great care of us offered my wife some champagne and me a stella also noticed I had my avenger on and offered to steam clean for me while checking out watches. We did end up buying one that had to be ordered and Remo kept me up to date on the whole process and shipped out my watch and awesome Breitling flight jacket along with some Breitling hats. Beautiful store does not define the quality of a watch. I was contemplating whether to buy a Rolex or Breitling. I ended up buying Breitling due more casual look; within 3 months I realized this was a terrible decision. My watch dial spring broke within first 3 months and I contacted Breitling USA to have it repaired. WITHIN 3 MONTHS THE WATCH BROKE. I was livid, yes. I sent in the watch right away and received my watch back within 2-3 weeks. Now I've had watch watch repaired 1 month ago and now it stopped running so I try to make it run using my dial. It started running again but now the watch seems it is not charging while wearing the watch. Time accuracy is another problem, I set my watch upon receiving the watch and a week later for some odd reason my watch was off 3 minutes. I realized this when I was going to the meeting and I was late few minutes. I then test this problen by setting time using my iPhone. A week later, I realize the watch was off by 3 minutes. PRECISION, ACCURACY, DURABLE, all out the window. I called PAMELA *my sales rep* at the boutique. I mentioned about the the problem, and she says "since you went through Breitling USA, go through them" so after you sell the watch the responsibility or A/S is totally out the window. I mentioned about well known name brand being broken within 3 months is unheard of hence I want to have my watch replaced instead of keep having it shipped to repair (being without 3 weeks is also inconvenient although I do have different pairs) PAMELA says "I am sorry to hear that but you have to go through Breitling USA" I was furious because of PAMELA's response. She says "If you look at the first repair invoice, it says there are scratches on your watch" I was very upset by her response, I wore the watch on special occasions such as graduation and wedding I have preserved this watch very well. PLEASE SEE THE PIC (just took the picture while writing this) My friend and I did plenty of research online and I can say. Do youself a favor and go with Rolex, Paneri or if you can afford it, AP or RM. I am so disappointed with breitling. I am. Terrible service. Hope they get shut down by COVID 'Wanna be' Rolex lost its cache MANY years ago. The new super-ocean has a NON-Metal ring around the bezel by the way. Some sort of plastic. I thought only Cartie uses plastic parts on their expensive watches Too many cut corners and ARROGANT ASSOCIATES who make minimum wage, but want to make you feel less than in the store Will take my business elsewhere (And my bus load of 62 executives too - probably at least 10 or 11 would've purchased a watch. After looking online at Breitling watches for months I was excited to finally be in Las Vegas and able to physically see many of the watches I had seen in the pictures online. In addition I am always a bit Leary when I buy anything high end because many of the sales people tend to be a bit stuck up/snobby. This store is really as good as it gets. The product sells itself, hands down one of the best timepiece you can buy. You either "get it" or you don't. What really makes this store special is the people. I met my sales rep Pedro over the phone a few weeks before my arrival in Las Vegas. Pedro was not working the day I visited and my sale was handled expertly by Mia. Although I am a Breitling novice the sales staff made the purchase a fun experience, never talking down to me about my lack of knowledge. I unfortunately had a very bad sales/service experience similar to some of the other reviewers. I purchased a Navitimer 1 Chronograph, with a black leather strap and a brown crocodile one, at the Forum Shops store in December 2018. I only wear the watch a few times a month. But after just a few wears the brown crocodile strap started to develop cracks. I brought the watch back into the shop on my next visit to LV in May 2019. The sales rep we spoke to initially said there's nothing they can do because the strap was a "gift". That is not correct as we negotiated two straps with our watch. That they recorded one as free should not have mattered. We then asked to speak to a manager. She told us the manager would not be in until 10am the next day. So went back to the store the next day at 10am and of course the manager was not in and they did not know when he would get in. They also told us that our sales rep, Andy, would be in later that day and they would have him call us when he got in. We waited until late in the afternoon but he never called. So we called the store and asked to speak to him. They got him on the phone. We explained the situation to Andy and he basically just reiterated the same response as before, that it was a gift. He asked us to send him a picture of the strap, said he would talk to the manager and have the manager follow up with us. He also texted us and said he would respond the next day after talking to management. And of course we received no call from the manager and Andy never followed up with us. A week has now passed since then. Andy, like the others we interacted with in the store, is very disingenuous. He's all smiles and falling over himself to be nice when you're in the sale process but wants nothing to do with you when there's a problem. I would not buy a watch from this boutique. You will get much better follow up service and support from any department store then you will here. read more

I've always perused the Forum Shops for a new wrist watch each and every year for the last 10-12 years, wanting to purchase a really nice wrist watch. Well, this year, I finally pulled the trigger. After looking around at several shops, I decided to stop in at the Breitling Boutique. Boy was I glad to stop in. My uncle who was with me at the time was also interested in a Breitling. He knew exactly what he wanted, the Super Avenger II. It was then that I saw the Avenger Blackbird 48. It just seemed to fit my bill. It was classic and incognito just enough for my taste. Enter Michael Bedrossian. We were greeted by Michael within seconds, in a tone that was kind and friendly. He listened to what we were interested in and wasted no time in showing us what Breitling had to offer. We spent the next 30 minutes just looking at different pieces. We were blown away at the knowledge Michael possessed. After agreeing to very attractive terms, we were able to get the process started for both my uncle and I. The process was very smooth. Michael took his time to explain everything in regards to both of our watches. His entire team also deserves praise. They operated as one cohesive unit, always lending a hand to one another. They were also very kind and brought us beverages and made us feel really accepted. I couldn't be happier with my choice and purchase. However, I was blown away at the level of service we received. It was a personable one-on-one experience. You get to sit down and relax throughout the entire visit. I work in the Service Industry and I can recognize a great body of work. This Breitling Boutique offers a watch buying experience that is top notch. I could have purchased this watch elsewhere in the Las Vegas market, but it was the way we were treated that led us to do business here. Michael is a huge asset to your team. Breitling Boutique - Avenger II and Avenger Blackbird - Watches Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Like many of the breitling customers have already stated, STAY AWAY. The watch itself looks great when new but TERRIBLE build quality & the customer service is EVEN worse! The bezel stone fell off of my breitling super avenger 2, roughly the 4TH TIME I WORE IT. Ridiculous! Sent it in for warranty, breitling sends me a bill for 1500$ & says warranty is now cancelled because the watch had been DROPPED?! If I had dropped my brand new breitling trust me I'd remember. After I read other reviews I guess they run the same scam on every customer, telling them there new watch had been dropped therefore voiding warranty. I complained to breitling & asked how can such an expensive watch need so much work within months/under warranty? They didn't seem surprised nor did they seem to care as other customers have stated. After replacing the stone, entire middle case (necessary in order to replace the crown that apparently also needed replacing, what a JOKE) they tried charged me hundreds of dollars extra for polishing which they assured me was included in the service. How do you charge for polishing on top of charging me for a BRAND NEW middle case? I brought this to Vegas breitling managers attention she assured me she would change the price for polishing obviously I never heard back from her & ended up having to pay additionally for polishing BRAND NEW PARTS anyway. Lo & behold when I finally received my breitling back, as the icing on my cake the e-warranty card now had some sort of burn in the screen. After searching Rolex forums they assured me I could have breitling reset the e-warranty card & it would remove the "burn" marks in seconds. Breitling Boutique however once again LIED & says they have never heard of such a thing & can not help me reset the warranty card screen. I am now at another smaller authorized dealer as I type this & they have reset my warranty card in a matter of literally 5 seconds with the e-card activator ALL dealers are required to have/use to activate the warranty card. Buy from better watch makers that actually care about quality/service. It is not about the money necessarily as I have rolexes/Siekos alike & never experienced problems or customer service issues such as these. Sad to see such a company consistently cheapening it's brand! Rant over! read more

Poor service. Huge store, but no one is there to help. I sent my watch to Breitling two months ago to repair a manufactures defect. I was told i would receive weekly updates regarding the repair and a timeline on how long it would take to remake the damaged parts. Sadly that has not been the case. We visited the boutique a few days ago. Kavin was the chap who greeted us and spent over an hour of his time walking us through the models and the variants. To be honest we had a bad experience at a boutique the night before and wondered if is is how it was..unless your a high roller your ignored. Kavin proved this wrong as was very friendly. Made us feel comfortable and at ease. We wanted to buy 2 watches. One for my wife and I. The only reason we didn't is purely we decided that 2 rolex watches were just in our reach (however not at the bellagio Rolex boutique as that was a waste of time!) Even though we didn't eventually purchase I wanted to pass on my views on how At home Kavin made us feel and is knowledge of the brand was impressive! I had purchased a Super Avenger II from another store but had failed to get the bracelet properly sized (too loose) before heading out to Las Vegas for the weekend. Upon landing, I took a taxi straight to this dealership to have them resize it. The female salesperson who helped me was very friendly & attentive and adjusted it several times until it fit correctly. While on my second trip to Las Vegas, I decided I wanted to do more than just gamble and drink. As my friends and I were venturing into The Forum Shops at Caesars, I stumbled upon the Breitling Boutique. I had long been a fan of Breitling, but up until then had only been able to admire these awesome timepieces in magazine ads. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Kavin. He was very professional and down-to-earth. Kavin took his time showing us numerous timepieces and showed every bit of interest in us as people, and not as a sale. I looked at many watches and finally laid my eyes on the Avenger Blackbird 44. I was sold! There was something about this watch that I absolutely loved. It was simple, yet classic. After about 3-4 hours of great conversation and a couple espressos, my girlfriend and I walked out of there proud owners of Breitling timepieces. My girlfriend chose the Galactic 36 Automatic, a very sophisticated looking timepiece. We could not have been happier with the experience, as Kavin proved to be the most professional and sincere salesperson we ever encountered. Pedro over here at this location went above and beyond my expectations. I'm very familiar with exceptional customer service as I shop at Rolex Hublot and many other high fashionable luxury boutiques. However, Brietling just beat every other Luxury boutique I've ever experienced. I bought I SuperOcean 32 Yellow abyss watch back in December of 2014. As part of the purchase Pedro promised me a new band to replace my 42mm SuperOcean I had previously bought. After receiving my watch I had noticed the replacement band had not came. A year later I came back to the store and Pedro greeted me. I informed him I had not received my band and he offered me a new band instore and shipped me the original band of the watch I previously had.
