I'm up early to give a friend a ride to this establishment, we make it here at 7:10a. I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone! They are very unprofessional unreliable, and should not run a business! My clothing were supposed to be ready for pick up on Thursday and upon arrival all of my things were not ready, so I had to come back later. When I returned, the young woman at the register attempted to give me items that did not belong to me. Once I pointed that out to her she did get me all the things that belong to me however, I was extremely outraged with the price. Almost $100 for a few items and one alteration. However, when I got home, the one item that was to be altered, had not been altered at all, yet they charged me for it so I spent my entire Friday morning, trying to reach out to this particular establishment, but the online number is incorrect and when you called the number on the receipt, no one answers, and it states that it is a Google number. When I finally reach someone for assistance, I was told that I could bring the item back, but I couldn't come back to pick it up until after 6pm but mind you I stated the day items were dropped off that I was preparing to go out of town so that would be impossible so I was inconvenienced in the worst way Possible lost several deposits that I made for hair and nails that I cannot be refunded all because I had to continue to go back to this place and the only thing they refunded me was $15 for the alterations. Please do not go here something is very sketchy about this place. None of the ladies working understand English nor did they know how to process returns and I was told the owner would come Mrs. Maria to assist. However, when I got there, she was not there, so I had to wait more time. I don't write reviews often but they deserve one. They are open until 7pm which is awesome. You can go in early and have your clothes back by 5pm. Never have had an issue with their service and it's not overpriced. read more

My son has a special presentation that will be featuring in the Neflex. I took the uniform he Will be wearing for the presentation to Omega Cleaners to be dry cleaned. When I came to pickup the uniform it took them 15 minutes to find the uniform and it was not dry cleaned. The lady there was very rude. All she could tell me was that she was not the one there when I brought the uniform. She walked me out, turned off the lights and locked the door. I have to call Police for them to release my son's unwashed uniform. Omega Cleaners does not deserve a single star. Their customer service was ZERO. read more

Managed and owned by liars and cheaters. They lost my dry cleaning twice. First time they found my clothes after a week. The second time, they lost 4 dress shirts used for work and never found them. I provided Omega with receipts showing what I paid for the shirts, but never received any compensation. I had several phone conversations with Naseer, who said she was the manager, and also visited her at the cleaners several times to find out what the status was on my request for compensation of some sort. The last excuse/lie I received was that Naseer understood that they had lost my shirts, but that the owner was out of town and that Naseer had my contact info and would be in touch to tell me the owner's decision. I never heard from her or the owner. Do not use this dry cleaners. Not only will your clothes be taken to the cleaners, but you will be taken to the cleaners as well! read more
