Warning: DO NOT WASH YOUR BEDDING HERE! It's my husband and…read moreI first time coming to this laundromat. We had to bring in our Cal King mattress topper to be washed in the high capacity washer. When we walked in, we noticed a customer had his bedding destroyed by the small washer he used across from us. It was completely shredded and he had to throw it away. We placed our topper in the wash. 22 minutes later we're pulling it out of the wash and we see the downing is coming out of our topper too! I told the lady who was sweeping the other customer's bedding on the floor (destroyed by the small washer) tore our topper and there was bedding in the washer and on the floor where we had just washed. The lady calls the so-called 'manger' to the laundromat and he was absolutely of NO HELP and lacked skills in CUSTOMER SERVICE. After my husband and I explained to the horrible so-called 'manager' what happened to our topper and told him about the previous customer's bedding as well. He had the audacity to tell us that it's the customer's responsibility of their clothing and not the laundromat's issue. We asked to be refunded of the cost of washing our bedding which was $11.50 and he refused to comp us. The so-called 'manager' gave a number to my husband to call another manager and I immediately called the number only to find out that it was the number to the gas station which is RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE WASHETERIA! The man who answered the phone said that there was no one that I could talk to. I asked him who do I need to talk to then to rectify this matter. He didn't have an answer. That's when I realized that I'm just talking to the staff in the gas station RIGHT NEXT DOOR. I walked over to the station while on the phone and I'm literally looking at the man on the phone talking to me!!!! What an absolute joke . The previous man who refused to comp us walked into the gas station where the other man was and still refused to comp us the $11.50. I went back into the laundromat and took pictures of the carnage (bedding on the floor & the customer's bedding in the garbage). Several customer's heeding our warning about washing their BEDDING, left. That 1 star is for the cleanliness and that's it!

Same day service advertised if in by 9am out by 4, but there's a fee for this and often it's not…read moreready in time. When they tell you the date it will be ready they assume you know they mean that day *after* 4pm. The usually turn around time is if in by 9am it's ready two business days later after 4pm, and an extra day if dropped off after 9.

You can get a laundry card and load it with cash or use your debit/credit card. 4. Washers and Dryers are great quality. 5. You can use your laundry card at the vending machine. I'd definitely recommend coming here. The neighborhood over here isn't the greatest but people just come here to wash clothes and leave.

The customer care center sells all your laundry essentials and offers laundry service for a price per pound. To get started you'll need to go to the kiosk, get a new card and deposit money into that card via cash or debit. I believe there is a $2 charge for a new card so keep up with it if you plan on coming back. There are two different sized washing machines and I believe three different sized dryers. Each cost a different pice plus additional cost for extra time or fly add ins like extra rinse.

It's basically in thre same parking lot where HEB.. in between heb & Fiesta. Anyway, this place is pretty awesome. They even have games to play to entertain you while you wash your clothes. It's very clean and plenty of machines. An army could come & you'd have a washer to use. Plenty of sitting and much much more. I would swear I saw a pool table. Now of course this is not free but hey if your bored.. you won't be for long. Yes, I do recommend this location. Laundry mats have come along way. First time in 25 years.
