Luckily this place is a short drive from our house. It's a nice newer looking facility that is clean. The staff is nice and welcoming. They're use recharge cards for payment. Easy system that will give you bonuses for spending certain amounts. These machines will allow you to run longer cycles and pay upfront unlike other similar places that just have 1 setting and force you to have to return every 20 mins or so to pay and start another cycle. Highly recommend if it's near you and you find yourself needing to wash larger items like us!

It is located next to a gas station. Parking is limited, but there are a few extra spaces on the side of the building. To use the machines, you'll need to purchase a card and load money onto it. The card is $1 and can be purchased at the kiosk. You can also use the kiosk to add funds to the card. If you need assistance, there are employees at the counter. They were young, but very polite and helpful. The counter area also had laundry supplies for sale. The heavy duty washers ranged from $8-9. Some of the washers are tall so pouring detergent, fabric softener, etc. into the compartment may be difficult if you're short. I didn't realize it until after the fact, but they have step ladders that you can use if you need a boost. The employees were using them to clean the tops of the machines. They have lots of rolling carts which came in handy. They even had some laundry baskets for customer use. The laundromat is quite spacious and there's plenty of seating. They offer free water and have vending machines too (or you can grab a snack at the convenient store next door). If you need the WiFi password, just ask one of the employees. I noticed a TV in the middle of the room, but it was muted. There's also a few video poker machines. The name says it all. Spotless Washateria is truly spotless. Employees were cleaning machines, mopping floors, wiping down the folding tables, etc. on a regular basis. I'll definitely return the next time I need to do heavy duty laundry.

"Procrastination makes easy things hard, hard things harder." -Mason Cooley…read more I had ONE job: get my suit dry cleaned. Even though I was given at least two week's notice before an event, I just had to make an easy thing hard. So there I was sitting in my car on a hot afternoon desperately calling every Sugar Land dry cleaner, looking for any that could possibly have my clothes ready before the following evening. After five or six attempts, Kristi's was the answer to my prayers. When I arrived under the Christmas-themed neon signs, they informed me that rush delivery would be an additional charge and I of course obliged. The damage: ~$6-7. Wait, what? There must've been some mistake, I thought. I quickly paid and got out of there feeling like Dillinger. As promised, my suit was ready the next day by 2 p.m. and I've been coming back ever since. There is no fee schedule posted, but from my experience, Kristi's is significantly less expensive than other places. This is a cash-only business, which helps keep costs down. So what keeps me from awarding this place that fifth star? The mini anxiety attack I have every time I pick up an order. For whatever reason, there always seems to be a customer whose order just doesn't want to go home. All of the paper receipts are kept on some sort of board on the wall and older receipts are filed in a giant scrapbook of sorts. Most of the issues I have overheard pertain to orders that have made the transition from the wall to the book. I thought I was bad about putting things off, but a lot of people apparently leave their clothes here for more than a month. On one occasion, I was given someone else's clothes in addition to my own. They clearly did not belong to me because that shirt is SO tacky. Who wears cheetah? But first, let me take a #selfie. One can never have too much good karma, so I returned the rogue garments. Alas, Kristi's is sorta kinda on my way to/from the office, has rush delivery available and does satisfactory work for much less than the competition. I will continue doing business here as long as Lady Luck is on my side.

At one point they even asked me to search their own facility for my own clothes. I did. Found nothing. When I finally got an offer, it was $40. Then they promised to push for $50 "with the manager" -- after another week's wait. I came back 10 days later and got offered $30 instead. Less than before. When I asked for the manager, I was told the person lowballing me the whole time WAS the manager. Disorganized, dismissive, and not worth the hassle. Take your dry cleaning elsewhere.
