When I finally reach someone for assistance, I was told that I could bring the item back, but I couldn't come back to pick it up until after 6pm but mind you I stated the day items were dropped off that I was preparing to go out of town so that would be impossible so I was inconvenienced in the worst way Possible lost several deposits that I made for hair and nails that I cannot be refunded all because I had to continue to go back to this place and the only thing they refunded me was $15 for the alterations. Please do not go here something is very sketchy about this place. None of the ladies working understand English nor did they know how to process returns and I was told the owner would come Mrs. Maria to assist. The customer care center sells all your laundry essentials and offers laundry service for a price per pound. To get started you'll need to go to the kiosk, get a new card and deposit money into that card via cash or debit. I believe there is a $2 charge for a new card so keep up with it if you plan on coming back. There are two different sized washing machines and I believe three different sized dryers. Each cost a different pice plus additional cost for extra time or fly add ins like extra rinse.
