After everything was all said and done, we had an appointment on the day my mom was coming back home at 1pm. We arranged the ambulance to take her from the hospital to home and prepare to clean at that time (as we had no choice) and had set her up in another chair that was more challenging for her to sit in until the cleaners were done with that section of the house. THEY SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE. I ended up texting Usama asking what time the cleaners would come. If i didn't ask I would have never known they were coming 2 hours late!!! That means my mom would have to be in the chair for an additional set of hours. Fast forward the girls come, they were about to leave after two hours when they were supposed to be here 4 to 4 and a half hours.(time paid) I had to stop them before leaving and asked why they didn't even touch the big master bathroom. This was after we were going back and forth arguing about my mom having to get up because they mentioned that the floors would get dirty if they cleaned that room last. So we had to move my very sick mother into the living room so we can cater to their needs which infuriates me after thinking about it more. Especially since they ended up cleaning that area last anyways because they missed the entire master bathroom!! I checked around the house and there was dust all over the pictures and on top of surfaces everywhere. The poorest cleaning job I have ever seen in my life. And something that me and my family really needed due to my mom's condition. We asked why they didn't clean the ceiling fan and the cleaner answered, stating that they did not have the equipment to clean what was needed. I also noticed one of the workers seemed sick. And I saw her wipe her nose with one of the towels she was cleaning with and then began cleaning the kitchen surfaces. (On camera) I was so disgusted and angry that if I were to have said something I woukd have gotten into a fight. Disgusting and sloppy work on their end. My dad asked if either one of them felt sick to please let us know because my mom's is so sick herself. So the fact that I saw that really put me over the edge on top of a poor ass job. I called and spoke to Usama infuriated and told him the story. He kept offering to provide a redo of services even though I mentioned to him several times that my mom cannot be around the fumes in the same room. (Thus, another reason why we needed her in another room while cleaning). He kept asking if I wanted a redo and I kept saying no, until I just gave up and said, I'll call him back. A deep cleaning nightmare that led us nowhere and a few hundred dollars short with snot residue on the counters!

For my first agreed upon service date, I was notified 15 minutes before my scheduled cleaning, that the cleaning crew had a flat tire and wouldn't be able to clean my home that day. No problem. I know things happen. I rescheduled for the following week. I was contacted 3 hours before my scheduled visit and asked if I could allow the cleaners to come 1 hour earlier. I agreed to the earlier cleaning time and once again, rearranged my schedule to accommodate this request. After the cleaners did not show at the agreed upon time, I called, just to be told, the cleaners had an illness and would not be able to clean my home. I do understand things happen. And I do consider myself to be a flexible person. I'm just taken aback by the number of cancellations on the company's part. I will say, the owner/person I spoke to over the phone was extremely apologetic and remained professional the entire time, although I was upset.

On that day, no one came. My usual reminder email 2 days before didnt come either. I thought well, they wont charge me when they didnt come... the charge posted. So i thought, i'll call them. It was sunday and i went to find there website. Their website is one of the things i liked about them so i could manage my bookings easily. Well the website was down that weekend. I thought they went out of business or something.... I filed a dispute. $160 is not nothing and im not paying my bill if i didnt receive the service.... I followed up a few days later and the website was back. I called and left a detailed message on 10/17 about what i was dealing with. Jill texted me back about contacting me... but never called me back. Now its a few months later and we're still fighting over the dispute and the credit card investigates. I wouldnt be leaving this terrible review if you had just told me why you canceled my booking and rescheduled me. I wouldve been a regular customer... PS dont leave any important papers out. Our car registration disappeared after a cleaning... it was just out on the kitchen table. Im not staying they took it, but no one else was in the house. I received a confirmation email on 9/9/25 with the correct appointment time and all my payment information. I did NOT ever receive an email or phone call letting me know that the do not service my area. They did refund my money, but it caused me some stress since this cleaning appointment was for my upcoming listing photography.
