Moved to Pearland and have a new house and were looking for a company to do cleaning since both my wife and I work full time. Not a lot of mess since our kids are grown and the only creatures are the two cats who like to sleep a lot. We did the initial and they did a good job, then we have been working with them about a year on the bi-weekly. Here are the good things: 1. Reminder the day before they come over. 2. They are fast but thorough, the one time they forgot to do something was the only time on cleaning. 3. After each cleaning you get an email asking for feedback. 4. When you get a cleaning crew from them that you really like you can request them. 5. Price is extremely competitive. The only reason for the four stars and I am hoping that it is fixed now is that they turn off the power switch to the entertainment center most cleanings. This takes about 10 minutes to reboot everything and reconnect to the central hub so it is a pain. They did remember not to turn it off this last time. read more

WARNING!!! WE STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND A&A CLEANING SERVICES! Representatives of this company are DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL and WILL DAMAGE MANY THINGS IN YOUR HOME. I rarely write negative reviews (I'd rather write positive ones) but this one was earned over years and unfortunately very deserved. We have used them since 2017 (took a year off due to pandemic). They were fine in the very beginning, but progressively they damaged MANY items & ignored our specific cleaning requests. So, we frequently sent emails & made phone calls telling them about the damages or how they were not following our instructions, which should have been documented in our client notes. We repeatedly asked for the same team to clean our house so they would be familiar with how to clean our home (they only came once a month). Instead, we received inconsistent crews, poor cleaning quality and sporadic arrival times. But the final straw happened when they damaged our carpet with their vacuum cleaner. It was ripped up from 2 seams and pulled 6 inches back with carpet fibers damaged. We were there when they did this, so we witnessed that the carpet area was fine before they vacuumed upstairs. But after they vacuumed that area was pulled up and damaged! My husband saw it first and pointed it out to one of the cleaning staff and they denied seeing it, even though they were the person who just vacuumed there. Several times before, a staff member has left something damaged in our home and did not report it so this wasn't a surprise to us. Upon request, the manager came to the house that night and saw the carpet was damaged (see photo). She confidently told us they would fix and pay for it. Then 2 days later, they called and said they were not liable, didn't damage the carpet and NOT responsible!!! This is unacceptable! They literally took back their word. Did not even wait for us to get our carpet expert who installed it to look at it (which we did right after and he verified that the carpet was DEFINITELY damaged with their vacuum). We told A&A their services are no longer needed and we will be posting a negative review. Our neighbors had the exact same experience and fired them as well. List of some of the items damaged over the years - ALMOST ALL NOT REPORTED! - Their vacuum pulled up a 6 inch section of carpet (with 2 seams) and damaged the fibers. It also damaged many fibers along the edge of 1 seam. - stainless steel frame around the microwave was broken & pulled from wall - a rare chandelier crystal (very hard to replace) only item reported - expensive fire place remote control (left it broken on the ground and didn't even alert us that they broke it). We insisted that they pay for it but we had to do all the work to replace it! - sentimental crystal dragonfly figurine - mosaic glass container - crystal lotus candle holders- repeatedly - 2 wall clocks - literally same place twice - Broke the frame of a family picture hanging on the wall, literally left turned and halfway hanging on the wall (obviously damaged) - Ripped down LED light strip off daughter's wall - Put a bath & body works plug-in back upside down and all the scented fluid spilled all over the floor (already told them not to take them off the outlet) - Caused stains on custom covered chairs with cleaning supplies - Caused scratches on many glass/mirror surfaces when cleaned by moving objects - Always moved items around and not put back where they belong - Did not consistently clean all bathrooms or fan blades - Left slippery residue on the tile floor in bathroom that could cause someone to slip - SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS FOR VALIDITY There are more occurrences but I'm sure you get the point. We supported this business for as long as we could, and feel so completely disappointed that this company does not honor their word or take responsibility, as well as condone staff that doesn't report damage they create or follow client instructions. DON'T hire A&A cleaning services to ensure you avoid having the long term negative experiences that we had. read more

A&A came to clean our living room carpet and our sectional sofa. Brenden did a great job! He was very thorough, everything looks great! It also smells really clean. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the price was exactly as quoted. We would use this company again for carpet/upholstery cleaning. read more

So sad, my granddaughter used money from her budget for this special deep cleaning treat before the holiday season - after they left, the baseboards were still dusty, the vacuuming was spotty and the areas under and around the toilets still needed attention - very disappointing they offered to come back, but it should have been done right to begin with! read more

I've had many cleaners at my house, but this one was by far the worst cleaning crew I ever had. I'm not even sure what they consider "deep cleaning" I found dust and marks still on top of our dressers, I saw the lady wipe around my picture frames instead of picking it up and wiping under it. It was 2 ladies that came and they were finished with my house within 21/2hrs. All of my other cleaners took at least 4-5 hrs for a deep clean and that's with 3 ladies. So for them to finish that fast, it definitely shows. My stuff were not even put back it was literally EVERYWHERE on the table. Toys were left on the ground in the living room, they didn't clean the sink faucet, or wiped down my daughters dressers. The supervisor came after the ladies were done and I had pointed out everything that was not cleaned. She had to go back and redo it. I asked if the floor was swept, the lady said she did it. I took her back to the kitchen and she swept the whole kitchen again and there were a pile of crumbs and all they could do was apologize. It just shows it was not cleaned correctly. Will definitely not be using them again and I wouldn't refer them to anyone. read more

I spent about a week looking online for a quality cleaner to help me clean my house as I recently broke my arm and have family visiting from overseas, then my co-worker mentioned that she used A&A Cleaning and loved them. I called A&A around 2pm and asked for a deep clean ASAP, they were willing to fit me in that day, my husband text to say they were at my home within 2 hours, AMAZING!! When I arrived home the house smelt/looked fantastic, the ladies were laughing between themselves and had big friendly smiles, it was a really lovely atmosphere to walk in to. Side Note: I am Australian and VERY particular, borderline OCD and I have NEVER had anyone clean my house to my standards, that old saying "if you want something done right, you've got to do it yourself" applies to someone else cleaning my house.... UNTIL NOW!! These ladies cleaned my house top to bottom, not a spec of dust. When they were finished, they asked me to do a walk through and I couldn't have been happier. Just to give you an idea, my dish clothes were folded, my 7' x 8' shower glass did not have a single water mark, all bedrooms had the beds re-made and pillows fluffed, every single blind/slat was spotless, I have two indoor 90+ lb German Shepherds and 2 white cats that all use one of our dark lounges as their favorite snooze spot, oh, and dark hardwood floors, my house was so clean you wouldn't know any pets lived there, not a single pet hair. I pretty much work everyday. I do not do a good job at keeping up with my home. We have a big family. I was hesitant on asking for help but I'm so glad I did. I received a phone call and email after I submitted a request online. The staff was so friendly and went over expectations and answered all of my questions. They arrived as scheduled. This really amazed me since this was just a couple of days after the floods from Hurricane Harvey. I came home from work on Friday and it was a wonderful feeling to walk into a totally clean and fresh smelling home. Pure joy! It's the little things. This has been a great stress reliever. I used A&A Cleaning once a month for 3 months and everything was fantastic.....then something happened within the company and it all fell apart. I called and made an appointment for a Monday morning. They said the ladies would be arriving between 11 and 1pm. No one showed up. At 3:45 someone called me and said they were on the way. I explained to them that I was not home and that my scheduled time was between 11 and 1 pm and that I was no longer home. The girl was quite rude on the phone, but since the ladies had done a good job, I rescheduled for the following Monday. This time my scheduled appointment was between 11 and 1pm again. And yet again, they didn't show up. When I called them to see what was going on, the same snotty girl told me they were on the way and would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes went by and they didn't show. I called back and the same girl told me they were still at the last house. By now I am infuriated, since she flat out lied to me. I explained to her that people hire cleaning ladies for convenience. I told her she could go ahead and cancel all of my future appointment bc I was not going to beg someone to come and clean. Another lady called back 5 minutes later asking me to explain situation to her. She sounded like she was either the manager or the owner. She didn't really make any effort to keep my business either. This company is the best cleaning service I have ever had. They are affordable and focused on customer satisfaction. They call before and after every service. Today I left them a note and asked that they put the couch cushion covered on that I left to dry and they did it. They really go above and beyond. I love A&A cleaning! read more

Worst company ever! They show up when ever they want. I have had them at my house until 9pm! I have to stay home to make sure they do their job. For example if there is dog hair on the couch I should not have to point it out to them to vacuum the cushions. I feel bad for these ladies, they work 14 hour plus shifts and probably get paid very poorly. Bad management, bad work ethics! read more

About 2 weeks ago We paid for a deep cleaning and now I'm not sure what a deep cleaning is because our house looked exactly the same other than mopped floors and bed linens being changed. Ceiling Fans were not cleaned and are in reach with a step stool. furniture down stairs not dust, baseboards not cleaned and I could go on. They called and asked if we needed monthly service. My wife complains about their work every other day & was nice and said no thank you without letting them know how horrible the actual service was. That's why I'm leaving this review. A&A did a really good job. The cleaning staff was on time and they had all the supplies needed to complete the task. I'm giving them four stars because there were a few spots on the floor that they missed but over all I'm very pleased. I can't wait for them to come back in two weeks. read more

I used AA cleaning once a month for 2 months. The first time is the deep cleaning so it was very satisfied even though the custom service was not good and not polite and impatient. The second time experience was horrible and the ladies did bad job. They cleaned 1.5 hours for our 3,000sqt house and some dusts were still there. They even did not clean the stairs! I would never have their service anymore and will not recommend to my friends. read more
