They have not responded to any of my communications and also remove my polite comment from their Facebook page. What does that tell you about the ethics of this business? This is misleading, makes the firm look shady and untrustworthy, and is just plain wrong, not to mention a violation of the National Association of Realtor's Code of Conduct - which can result in fines and penalties. This company needs to stop lying on listings. This isn't a minor issue like counting a half bath as a full bath. This is making false claims that would normally add $500,000 to millions on to the actual property if it was true. Stay away from places that do this kind of unethical and untrustworthy behavior.
