Dorado is a good guy! After getting screwed by the previous limo service, I was scrambling to find another limo service to pick up my mom. I'm now 1 day away and everyone's booked out including OMG transportation. Spoke to Dorado on the phone and told him my situation. He was super helpful, trying to find a car for me, even tho his cars were all booked out, he called his friends in the same business. He even suggested several options to try to help me. He's been doing this for I believe over 20 years and knows all the kinks that could happen in a wedding transport. On the one day there is a huge protest at LAX, not only was our flight delayed out of Maui, but our other transportation flaked out on us as well. What to do? Call Gerardo, who we have used a couple of times in the past, but we will use exclusively in the future. Not only was it no problem for him to schedule a driver at midnight on a Sunday night, in the middle of a protest with a million cops and protestors, but he didn't even charge the extra that he could have! That is what I call great service and a company that wants to have my business in the future! On my last two business trips to Ireland, I used the standard Airport shuttles, and became ill both times (unfortunately, I'm prone to motion-sickness), from the poorly-kept vans and the multiple stops. In addition, destinations to the Inland Empire mean much longer waits at LAX, as there are fewer shuttles travelling there. We had a large wedding party & needed transportation for 18-20 people (wedding party, B&G, a photographer, and videographer), so we utilized a party bus. Our driver (unfortunately, I forgot his name) was very prompt, never got lost, and was polite. He drove us around for a total of 8 hours (pre-ceremony, off-site pictures/lunch, reception). Truly wonderful service. On two occasions I have been a difficult customer and this company has treated me well both times. The first time my wife, 2 young children under 4 yrs and I missed a flight from NY to Long Beach. The next flight landed in LAX and I called frantically as bags (including car seats) were on flight to Long Beach. Somehow Gerardo and company managed a way to arrive at LAX with two car seats, then drove to Long Beach airport to pick up our bags, then drove us back to where we live in Claremont. Despite the significant increase in workload for driver we were treated with respect. Wow... Second time was last week when transportation plans fell through one hour before I boarded a 8:00 pm flight from NY to LAX with my two kids. Called Gerardo and he said "no problem!". Gerardo... heaven sent! Gerardo and his team came through with all the bells and whistles!! I had to cancel a booking I had with another limo company due to the owners rude behavior. With less than 24 hours till prom I was scrambling all over the place for a limo. I knew just by the professionalism that Gerardo provided over the phone this was going to be a good thing.
