The attempt to make it "right" was to try to upsell me on a more expensive watch. False advertising and lackluster customer service. I purchased a watch in September 2025 and later realized it was too small. I promptly returned it to exchange for a larger size and also paid an additional charge to update the dial. Anthony assured me that I would have the opportunity to review the watch before it shipped. After several days without an update, I reached out and was told the offices were closed for a religious holiday, and shipping would occur early the following week. Another week passed with no communication, and again I was told the offices were closed for the same reason. On October 10, I notified the company via text that I would be traveling and requested to cancel my order. I followed up multiple times by phone, text, and email to confirm cancellation. The only reply I received was that the offices were still closed -- but there was never an acknowledgment or confirmation of my cancellation request. Then, on October 20, I received notice that my watch had been shipped despite my repeated cancellation requests. I even received a delivery text while still out of town, which was particularly upsetting given that I had clearly communicated my wish to cancel several times. This lack of response and disregard for customer communication is unacceptable. It demonstrates unethical and deceptive business practices. I expect a full refund by the end of this week and a confirmation in writing that the return will be processed immediately upon receipt of the item. Please be advised: I will be sharing my experience publicly to warn other customers about the lack of accountability and responsiveness from this company. My wife and I almost made the HUGE mistake of buying a Rolex from OMI. Sales rep Justin sent us a video of the "new" watch which had obviously been outfitted with a bad & obviously fake aftermarket band and bezel. We then come to find the video he sent us was from a different used watches ad! When I questioned him as to why this "new" watch would have a fake jubilee band and diamond bezel he got increasingly irritated/disrespectful and was unable to answer a single question. Finally he got the "manager" Russell on the phone who sounded middle eastern but claimed to be from Jamaica (liar). Had the absolute worst experience with this company ordering online, I ordered an item march 6, messaged customer service 5 days after placing my order because I wasn't sent any information they told me it'll ship 7-10 business days, I waited another week or two messaged again and no body responded. But I had to make a buyer complaint on Shopify for them to say they didn't have it in inventory and they had to order it. they didn't even offer a refund, I messaged again and apparently it was stuck in customs...for a month, the "owner" said he'll over night it once it gets to their store but it was standard ground and took a full week it's April 27 now and still haven't got it, you think if you spend $1,600 that the company would care. read more

I purchased a ring from OMI and very much regret it. Firstly even before a purchase, read the return policy. I should have read that immediately and if I had I would not be writing this. They are going to get your money and keep a portion of it if you send the item back. Take note. The attempts at communication with the employees is atrocious. They take a looong time to respond. Because of that, the red flags were flying high. The ring I purchased looked amazing on the website. But, it looks and feels so cheap. A VS clarity diamond should sparkle but the diamonds look like frozen spit. No exaggeration either. The metal looks like a bauble from a gum ball machine and the setting is not smooth as one would expect and the prongs scratch my skin and have ruined sweaters and even my hair gets caught In it. I am writing this review after several attempts to get OMI jewelry to do the right thing. I puchased a Patek Phillipe from them several months ago. When I picked up the watch, it was missing several items such as the OEM leather strap (it had an aftermarket rubber strap), as well as the Patek pusher, both of which were clearly shown in the ad. When I asked about them, they said they were ordered and would come soon. I have been patient over the past few months, occasionally checking in on status, and told to be patient. I was basically told today, that they wont be willing or able to do anything. To get me the items I was promised. Or reimbuse me anything for me to buy on my own. Buyer beware. I kept getting the runaround that they were back up and it would be shipping soon. 2 Weeks later I received a call from Jonathan from J & D watches which must be a watch dealer Omi works with that the watch I ordered was not in stock. Let me preface that before I ordered the watch I lived chatted Omi and was told the watch was in stock. I picked out another watch and was assured by Jonathan that I would get a call the following Monday and the watch would be shipped. I never received a phone call Monday. I called Jonathan Tuesday morning and he promised me he would call me back by the end of day. I didn't receive a call and at 5:30 pm I called and said I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a refund. Jonathan told me my credit card would be refunded in 5-7 business days it is 8 business days later and I still have a $13,200 charge on my card. I have filed a dispute claim with my bank. I contacted company via thier website about trading my watch for a diferent time piece as I have become a fan of Brietling over Rolex. They replied with a form to fill out and to send over pictures of my watch. I did so, not hearing back from them after a week I contacted them. sales rep Daniel asked me to resend picks to his cell phone. I did as asked. I gave him what I would like to do on the deal. He never answered me back a yes a no or a counter offer. after a week I contacted the store by phone again. was told that they contacted me and told me they couldn't do the deal. I told them I was never informed of anything by anyone niether phone email nor text. when I asked why they coukd not do a deal fir ne I was told they didn't have a reason but they couldn't do it. I asked about a counter offer and was told they coukd do nothing for me without any reason why. my rolex gmt master 2 is worth 15 to 17k. when dealing with high dollar merchandise you would think the level of professionalism and the way they treat people would be better than a burger King drive through employee. the watches they advertise on their website, they don't even have in stock. they bait you with false inventory just to try to switch you with what ever they may actualy have in stock.
