I realized when I left that I didn't have the extra links and returned, he gave them to me upon request, but he should've known to return them in the first place. I realized afterwords that the original 18k clasp wasn't returned, he had kept it! Today, I brought in my sister's chain that broke, he fixed it and the solder was so bad, I asked him to do it again, when he brought it back, the solder was noticeably much thinner than the rest of the links, so thin that I wouldn't wear it like that because you risk losing it all together. He told me there is nothing else he can do and to please leave and not return to his shop again. This business is used to dealing with cheap jewelry and people who don't know any better. They can care less of the finished product or sending a customer home knowing the piece is going to break again. Avoid this business at all cost, and if you must use them take pictures of the jewelry you're leaving for referencing purposes and to ensure you're not forgetting anything. If you read other reviews, you'll get a better sense of this place. Any good reviews are posted by their own staff. Basically predators. Shameful.

I reached out to Element in Time as a customer from out of state, and they offered the BEST price shipped. I contacted them about the piece and was told that though it is not physically in stock, they would be able to source the watch and to give them a few days. For the price I was quoted, I was more than willing to wait. Personally, I'm a customer that has no problem missing out on the in-person "AD" or boutique experience, especially if it could save me some money. In a day I was sent a message, letting me know that they were able to source the watch, and I just had to be patient while they received the watch to inspect and forward on to me. My new Aqua Terra is on my wrist a week later and I can't say enough good about Element in Time. They were prompt with responding to all my inquiries and kept me posted on the status all throughout the process. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future as life happens!

I stopped by on a Wed at 5:10 (shortly before indicated closing at 5:30) and was held up at lobby security because they did not have the business listing. When I phoned to get the info to pass along to the guard, learned from guy answering that biz IS on the 2nd floor (but may get confused with a computer repair co on same floor) but was closed until the following Tuesday. It wasn't explained if that was due to vacation or if their hours are typically limited. Since others might need to take off work early to get there during their biz hours, as I did, better to call first so as not to lose the time/cost of a visit. Can't speak to their repairs, which may be first-rate.

The owner recently replied (in a courteous way) asking why the business hours justified a one-star review. The answer is because they tell me how you view your customers. Your hours require pretty much anybody with a full time job to take time off from their work to shop at your store. You're telling us that your convenience matters more than our convenience. And, for me as a customer, that's a nonstarter.
