I find it very unprofessional that when my mom went in for her routine cleaning, the dentist wasted no time in confronting her to ask me to take down the review. In my eyes, from what my mom told me, it seemed like he tried telling her his version of the story -- invalidating my feelings and experience. He told my mom to ask me to take down my review, and she did. She really wants me to take down the review. But, I am 22 years old -- a full adult. If you have a problem with my review why not e-mail or call me? And the fact that you have to go through my mom to get me to take down the review? Are you kidding me? I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it, more if it were possible. I have gone many years without going to a dentist due to severe fear. I went here just because I had passed it so many times and just decided let me give them a try. I'm glad I went here, well it turned out that I needed to have a root canal done on it. I had it done somewhere else. I went back for a deep cleaning and Michele took very good care of me, after the numbing I didn't feel any pain. She kept checking and asking me if I was doing okay. The dentist, Dr. Omid has very good bed side manners and explains everything completely. All the staff there are very knowledgeable and professional. The staff and doctors are so kind and welcoming here. They welcomed me by name before we even met! As someone with a phobia of dentists, they did a great job making me feel prepared and well taken care of for my extraction and upcoming implant. They took their time with my extraction because I am extremely, ridiculously scared (Dr. Ardy called it "very apprehensive" haha he's so nice) and they wanted to make sure that I was okay every step of the way. The only down side is that they are very busy and every visit I have to wait over an hour in the waiting room even if I come on time or early for my appointment... and then wait some more in the exam rooms. So make sure you have a lot of time when you book your appointment! They have parking onsite but it was full when I visited. So come a little early to find street parking. read more

I came in a day before Thanksgiving with a severe tooth infection. I was scheduled with my primary dentist for a molar extraction, but I could not wait 6 days (my primary dentist was closed for 6 days because of the holidays) lucky me, right?! I was in severe pain and wanted that damn tooth removed! Dr. Ardy was very nice and explained my options and what will happened after a tooth extraction. My molar was finally removed, did not feel any pain during the procedure. I did feel discomfort after the anesthesia wore off (totally normal) 800 mg ibuprofen and Antibiotics helped. My experience with this place has been nothing but a headache. From the beginning to end. When I first took my daughter for a consult for braces everything seemed fine. I was given a Sunday appointment which I though was weird but I figured I could have my mom take my daughter that one time. I ended up calling and asking to reschedule to a different date and I was informed that for orthodontist appointments they are only given on Sundays. I work Sundays and if I would have been told that in the beginning I would have never signed anything and looked elsewhere. I figured it out and for the next 2 years I had family help me in taking my daughter to her Sunday appointments. Many times when I would call to check on the balance owed or for any other thing regarding treatment, I never got a call back. It was not once or twice but many times! On a few occasions I took my daughter to her appointments and the office never opened on time. She would be given 8am appointments and office would not open at that time, they'd open 15-20 min late on many occasions. Once she got her braces off she wasn't given option for clear retainers and got the regulars ones so I scheduled an appt and paid half for her to get clear retainers. I was told I would receive a call once they came in. Well they just kept my money, I have yet to receive a call, the retainers or a refund. I won't be bringing my other kid here and won't be recommending this place to anybody read more

When doctor walks in he tells me my daughter needs a permanent tooth removed because she has an untreatable cavity & he can't save her tooth.
