The photographer asked me what I needed and I told him 2 US passport photos. He ushered me into the studio and had me sit on a little black stool. He advised me of how to pose and I followed his instructions. Within minutes he captured 2 shots and asked me to choose the one I preferred. He then printed them out and handed them to me in a lovely sleeve. I was in and out in around 10-15 minutes. They also can take your passport photo there for a small fee, $15, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Great appreciation to Debra who helped me on the phone the day before I visited. She answered all my questions and made sure I brought everything needed including old passport and photo id. The passport fee must be paid by check or money order while photo and processing fees can be paid with VISA or Master Card. Many thanks to the wonderful people who work here. Moreover the weather that day was very windy and rainy and it wouldn't have worked anyway. We contacted the guy and explained the situation and he said no refunds under any circumstances. He said the only thing we can do is reschedule. How can we reschedule when we don't live in Florida? He never even stated any terms and conditions, we never signed any contract. This is shady business practice and even airlines are not as stubborn and you can work it out with them, but not this guy. He basically stole $175 because he wants to make his money no matter what. This is the difference between a good business and a terrible one. I would avoid him at all cost as you have no rights.

Walgreen's #2 "I can send the electronic copy in 24-48 hours but I can't guarantee that you'll get it." And UPS "We don't do that here" even though the website says it does. Mr. Muñoz took the picture. Gave me a hard copy and had me wait until the email was in my inbox - all within about 15 minutes. The family has been in the photo business for four generations!
