They offer packing , shipping , mailboxes to rent as well as shredding and copy services . Parking is convenient in lot right across from the store . I have come here plenty of times and it is always a good experience. This is probably my favorite UPS store in the neighborhood. The workers are very kind and they are attended. The weight is usually short and I am in and out within less than three minutes. I like this location better than the Coconut Creek location. read more

I've been to this UPS store a a few times now, primarily for document shredding, printing, and--most conveniently--handling Amazon returns. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, making each visit pleasant and efficient. The store itself is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. Make sure you ask about their convenience fees for using their computer or printer. I asked to photocopy a paper using their photocopy machine, when I went to pay the charge was $4.87. When I questioned the amount, the clerk told me that there was a convenience fee of $3.50 The photocopies where only 35 cents each but the fee was $3.50 + $1.05 + tax and it took me less than a minute to photocopy one single sheet. I don't have a problem with businesses being run according to whatever their policies and services are but let the client know first what they will be paying for the use of the equipment. read more

One to get my photo ID and the one for fingerprinting. There was a little problem with my birth date but the gentleman who helped me gave me the phone number to call and I had it taken care of in two minutes and everything proceeded smoothly. He took my picture and quickly selected the best one. The fingerprints were probably the fastest I have ever had them done. I have had people really struggle to get them right but he did it effortlessly. Even with 2 appointments and a small problem that was not his fault I was still out and on my way in about 10 minutes. In addition to ID's and fingerprinting they also offer a wide variety of services. You can purchase boxes. They are a print shop. They will help list your eBay items and ship them. You can fax, have a key made or rent a mailbox. You can have a document notarized. You can have a shipment packed. You can have a photo copied and printed. Last but not least you can shop their novelty, gift, and office items. I was in a rush today because I needed to get this appointment done before heading into work. The gentleman who helped me had such a pleasant attitude and an efficient manner that he turned a chore into an actually pleasant experience. I would definitely use this store for my business and office needs.

They are always pretty quick when I come in and usually I'm in there for no more than 5 to 10 minutes. They always have multiple workers and they move pretty efficient. Sometimes you'll get stuck behind someone who has a dozen packages in. It will take long, but for the majority of the time there isn't anyone Taking up so much time with their packages. UPS has been my go to for packages as of late and I love how convenient when located it is in a plaza that I shop at.
