My wife brought in two jackets for dry cleaning three days before travel overseas. $37 cash since the credit card machine was out of service. At first, I thought they had not cleaned the clothes. But it was worse than that. They both smelled awful, like a dog had slept on the clothes. Excellent service in all respects. I frequent the Kirby location, and the employees go out of their way to customize customers' needs. Whenever there is a stain or other special attention requested, they listen and accommodate. All items are counted, labelled, and when ready, they notify. I need dry cleaning services on a few pieces each month. I wasn't happy with my current cleaners so I decided to try this place out! I'm glad I did, the owner is a kind elder gentleman that greets you when you walk in. He is prompt to count your items and tell you when the items will be ready for pick up. He listens to his Indian station and you can tell it's a small business. He's been in the game for 20+ years so he knows his business and he is professional. I just recently bought my first cashmere sweater and I wanted to take good care of it. I knew I had to take it to a dry cleaners and this place was down the street from me. But when I got it back a few days later there was a smell almost like a cigarette smell and static coming from my cashmere sweater. I'm not sure if this is normal or not. But I didn't like the way my sweater came back to me so I don't believe I would recommend this place. read more

I've only been to this place once but I can already tell this will be my go to drycleaner from now on. Firstly, the man running the place is very nice, and he gave me back my suit hanger (I have had problems at other dry cleaners where they don't) immediately. I was in an out almost immediately, as his service was quick with no fuss. When I came in to pick up my suit (almost a week after I had said due to some issues with my car), there was again no fuss and I was in and out in 5 minutes. And the price was very reasonable for what I asked. Overall, if you ever need anything dry cleaned, I would do it here. Good work on dry cleaning, but customer service is lacking a bit. I was going to pick up my items and realized my GPS said I would arrive 3 mins after they close. So I called and asked could they stay just a few minutes late fire me (I needed the suit for the next day). I was told no, the account had to be closed at 4:00. Well that sent me into a panic, and after breaking multiple traffic laws I was able to beat the GPS and arrive at 3:59 only to realize the guy not only wouldn't stay for me but left early. I called before I started leaving to check the price on dry cleaning one of my coats. It rang for a while, but no pick-up, so I decided to just come in. There was a gentleman sitting there when I arrived and no customers, but I will give him the benefit of doubt. The gentleman told me that it would be $20-25 to dry clean my coat, and I told him kindly and politely that I wanted to check if that was right and that I get it cleaned at another dry cleaners for half that price. He said, "Then you can just take it there", and started to walk off. And please remember, I asked him kindly and politely! I told him that it was too far and that I am trying to find a new dry cleaner near me since I just moved, and he did not reply. I ended up finding somewhere close who did it for half the price (Colvin Cleaners). read more

Always top quality work here. The gentleman running this place is super nice and patient. He would mark every tiny stain with a sticker, and explain to you at drop off why a particular dress may take longer. I also like that they don't clip the paper sticker to the logo of the dress or elsewhere. The price is very reasonable. I would go out of my way to have my dry clean done here. read more

I have been going to this dry cleaning establishment for at least 20 years - it used to be called Kirby Cleaners. They have always given me a very good rate and always have a quick turnaround. The owner now (I think he's the owner) is always very kind and knows both me and my husband and if he sees either of us drive up, he has our clothes ready. I have nothing negative at all. This dry cleaner ruined an article of clothing and refused to replace it or refund the cost of dry cleaning it. He made no attempt to remedy the obvious scorch mark and stated it must have been there when we dropped it off. Very disappointing. Stay away!! read more
