I've been going to this cleaners for a few months now. I feel like it's a little bit expensive, but the worst part is, they will dry clean your dress shirts instead of laundering them. I went through this whole thing with the owner about which shirts could be laundered and which could be dry cleaned. So I came back with the laundry shirts and he dry cleaned them anyway. NEVER EVER bring clothes to this place for "repairs." I recently dropped off a pair of cycling shorts for repairs; the inner chamois was coming loose in a couple of spots and I asked that they be restitched all the way around. After more than a week they were finally returned and I paid $11.83. When I got home, I saw that the seam had NOT been restitched all the way around, but only in two spots. MUCH worse, in one of the spots, the spandex material now had holes. When I returned to the shop to show the manager the "repairs," he refused to acknowledge the obvious and just kept repeating, "The seamstress SAID she repaired all the way around - that's what she TOLD ME." Then when he saw the holes in the spots she actually had repaired, he muttered, "bad fabric." (These cleaning professionals seem to notice "bad fabric" only AFTER charging customers $11.83. Why didn't they claim "bad fabric" when I brought the shorts in for restitching?) The fact is, the shorts were just fine when I brought them in; what I got back was trash. No explanation about how the fabric had "turned bad" while being "repaired." Absolutely no apology - just a dismissive, rude attitude and a refusal to admit the obvious. My experience with US Cleaners: Poor workmanship and MISERABLE customer service. BEWARE of this place. read more

Be careful of this place! If they damage anything they will first lie and deny the damage and then try blame it to you. If they failed all od that they will try to offer to pay up to $50 bc thats what they can get from their insurance. Or they will say thay they will get your item back but you will have to wait for ever. They ripped my shirt which I only wore a couple of times. The recipitionist was rude and did not apologize at all. All she said was she didn't know what to say. She was saying I brought a ripped shirt to them and they didnt clean it.When I requested to talk to the manager, it took 2 days for him to called me back and finally admitting that they ripped it. But he only offered to pay $50 on the $200 shirt. He was clearly trying to not take responsibilities and said he will call the store to see if they can sell him one for half price but I have to wait another week for him to do that. He even asked me to file an insurance claim on my own. He was really upset when I said as a customer all I care is to get my shirt back I'm even willing to fix it if it's possible. But the damage was so big it can't be fixed. He was really upset when I said if I wait for another week and you can't get my shirt for half price from the store, you will give me a full refund right? He asked what I do for a living and wish the best luck to me bc I'm making his life so difficult. read more

Horrible response by management after my shirt was damaged. I found out my shirt was damaged when i went to pick my clothes. I understand sometimes clothes can get damaged. But atleast take responsibility for it and rectify the situation properly. The manager tries to be slick and says he called the same day i dropped my shirt off. I pull up my call log and there is nothing there. I ask him why didnt he leave a voicemail and he couldnt say anything. It was a dress shirt that i paid probably 40 or 50 dollars for. Then he tries to negotiate with me by saying he'll give me two shirts from the back of the store if i paid him 50 dollars. I say i am not trying to pay you more money for the damages on my shirt. Then he says he'll give me a 20 dollar credit. UNBELIEVABLE! Unbelievable and ridicilous response by the manager to one damaged shirt. Do not go to this dry cleaners!! I wonder how many other customers he has screwed over. read more

I don't know how this company has such a high rating, I think the positive reviews are fake (read the reviews that have an explanation and has the voice of an actual paying customer)! I like to call ahead to get quotes for services, was gaslighted a quote of 5.00 for my military trench coat that was very late, and was not ready when I picked up the order. I paid initially assuming the cost for the trench coat was included for a total of 14.00. When I returned to pick up the trench coat the cost was the same as the entire first half of the order. Meaning that this company gaslighted me into paying 14.00 for the original amount and then another 14.00 for the late item (that should have been discounted for being late let's say I was leaving for a business trip!). In other words an honest business that took longer with an item quoted for 5.00 would have given it to me for half. Don't go here they will rip you off! Also the hangar they used for my trench coat was some thin wire hangar I wouldn't even use for a wife beater or under shirt! Additionally, when my military trench coat was ready I didn't receive a call from the company. I just took a chance and went in a few days later. Disgusting! read more

Small dry cleaners but gets the job done well. I originally thought they were a little over-priced, but since my cheap dry cleaners went up in price for generic dry cleaning, I decided this place is closer and only a little more expensive. For a pair of pants, they dry clean $3.69/garment. It's different prices for all dry cleaning so that's what originally deterred me from this place. However, it's more about convenience as this point. Make sure to bring your dry cleaning by 9 or 10am if you want same day dry cleaning for pick up. They close at 7pm M-F. read more

Worse place ever! They lost my brand new pants ($300) and have not been able to find them. A month has passed and the manager/owner Johnny or whomever keep telling us to give him a few more days. Well those days passed and now he is not answering our call. Avoid this place or you may not get your clothes back. And if they get lost you may not get paid for them. Tried this place for the first time since recently moving in the area, my clothes looked fine but their was one big problem. I brought some expensive clothing here to get tailored, and everything was shrunk to about a size smaller. I was very upset. If I knew everything would've shrunk I could've just washed and dried everything myself but of course that's why I bring it to a dry cleaners. Still very upset about my clothing. I would not recommend this place unless you want your clothes smaller without taking it to an alter. read more

Great dry cleaner and affordable. I get shirts and pants done and it is great to not have to do those myself. I have more time and I get a better result. The folks are friendly and they are always on time for me. About the only thing that you need to know is parking. There are only two obvious parking spots in front and a few on the back row. However, notice the lot next door? That's the parking and there's a gap in the fence with a walkway. That being said, I almost always find one of the two spots up front open, but if you don't, just slip into that side lot. read more
