Nothing is filthier than the PRACTICE MANAGER "Susan" coming in from her smoke break wanting to show you her face and breathing all over you during your treatment. I've come to PSS for years and she's never given me the time of day, funny how bubbly she was when she thought she had the opportunity to upsell. I would have actually given 5 stars for the lady I saw for Botox... Unfortunately the front desk staff, actually one person in particular, is really unfriendly, down right rude at times and in my opinion just not suited to the job. I felt absolutely uncomfortable and unwelcome the first time I came in sitting in the waiting area filling out paperwork, it was just awkward, BUT I actually liked the lady doing the injections....so ... I just called to book another appointment and asked a question about another service, the front desk person was true to form, cold and unfriendly, not helpful... aaaand just put me on hold with no explanation. Another person eventually picked up the call again and was clueless as to why I had called I decided I don't want to deal with this type of interaction. It's just not for me, life's too short lol! I have been coming here for over six years. In the past couple of years Sarah started and I've exclusively seen her. She does my lips and I recently started botox. Prior to Sarah I had botched lips from a place in North Carolina and Sarah fixed them. They are very natural and I cannot feel the filler when I press my lips together. It was important to me that my lips were plump, but natural looking and she perfected that. With my botox I get a few units in my forehead and she doesn't pressure me to get more than I "need". Even when I suggest other areas her professional opinion comes into play so I don't over do it. Sarah is very kind and welcoming. She makes me feel very valued and beautiful every time I see her. I really like this place. Sarah is my go to for Botox and she is fabulous!. However, I am very disappointed in the CO2 procedure I paid thousands of dollars for. I was told it would take off 7 years. Unfortunately although I paid For the most aggressive laser, it failed to even remove the age spots from my face. I did ask that certain areas be redone but was told I would have to pay for a whole new procedure. I'm not sure I would recommend spending that kind of money on that procedure unless there are some "written expectations and promises". My face wasn't horrible to start with, so I was expecting more. read more

I called and didn't have a great experience just neutral at best so I called back half an hour later and they were so confused on the phone and I even apologized if I confused them (hoping she would realize she was making me feel uncomfortable ) and no, didn't get the hint. Ok, to respond to this clinics horrible, down dragging, subordinate attitude. Keep in mind over 15 yrs of botox with them. Their integrity is BEYOND disappointing. As I told them through a personal email I found a clinic with integrity and found out how physicians skin solutions office dilutes their botox beyond most. "Physicians" ( that word is comical) skin solutions were not only rude but condescending with their response. I waited to see the results of my FIBROBLASTING which I was never offered or heard of at this physicians skin solutions Let me put it to you this way .. the outrageous money we spend on.botox and juviderm that what last 2-3 months if u r your lucky. I can't vouch for juviderm....botox ..I was there every other month..ugh. And was always told I never spent enough money, my new clinic found that completely repulsive.. Last few visit to physicians skin solutions I was so embarrassed to leave my house i went back into to see them to have it "fixed" to only look worse AND CHARGED AGAIN. Do your research. I look ten years younger with one treatment of FIBROBLASTING which last 2-3 YEARS..we all naturally age. ( obviously from another clinic) which the same cost of two areas of botox at physicians skin solution that like I said could last 2 months depending on how much they dilute. I was astonished of the reputation they have. I believed so much in the fake company. I am ashamed of my nievness. No botox, no laser I look 10 yrs younger. And I don't look ridiculously over botoxed ( fake) i look all natural, appearance of fine lines completely diminished. Just like the girls that did the procedure. Sometimes you DO have to read a book by its cover Dr Maltas I am so sorry . If this is who truly are or manager's who took u down a wrong path. I have referred at least 20 people there....I retract my referrals especially after the emails from your office regarding my hideous results and paying for touch up to only hibernate in embarrassment after starting a new job at the courts. This is by far the best service in the valley. I have been going here for over 2 years. Dr. Maltise is professional, personable and explains every procedure with great care. All her work is done with great precision. In my case she repaired damage to my face caused by another physician. The end result is a very youthful and refreshed look. I just love this doc & highly recommend the facility overall. The practice manager and marketing manager are friendly and engaging with patients. The front desk staff are exceptional & friendly. I love Nicole who does Botox dysport and fillers, she has been well trained by the doctor with years of supervision and has been at the facility for many years. I love Dr. Maltais she does great work IF you can get in to see her. I scheduled an appointment three weeks ago for a procedure but i had the time wrong on my calendar. I received a call today from the office telling me I missed my appoinment an hour ago, do I want to reschedule? I asked why didn't you call me before the appoinment, she said sometimes they do give confirmation calls but I guess we didn't this time?! Now I can't get in until mid June! Thanks a lot! You had no trouble calling me to say i missed my appointment but you couldn't be bothered to give me a confirmation call the night before like most practices do, real nice! Its always really difficulut to get an appointment with the Doctor at this office. Now I have to go to another practice for the procedure. Disappointed!!!! UPDATE... I received a call from the office Manager at Physician Skin, she said she heard I had an issue and wanted to help reesolve it, this is after I tried to post my comments on their Face Book page. I explained my issue to her and she said she can't get me an appointment until June 2nd, so she was absolutley NO HELP AT ALL.. She went on to say they do send out confirmation calls and emails, I DID NOT get a call or email, or a courtesy call today, if I did get a call there wouldn't be a problem. There is no resolution. This is my first bad review. I spent thousands with Dr. Maltais and it was a huge mistake. I was told that their laser therapy was "the gold standard for rosacea" and people travel from all over for their help. After several treatments, many of which I had to wait 20minutes to over an hour in the waiting room for an appointment that had been scheduled weeks in advance, my face went from mild redness to blotchy, hot, intense redness that is easily irritated. With my condition I have good days and bad days, I made the unfortunate mistake of going in on a good day for a follow-up, it is clear now that the doctor didn't believe me that things have gotten worse as a whole. She just recommended more treatments and pushed me to a new diet. I spent another ~$500 and now I am ashamed of my face, and Dr Maltais nor the technician that did the treatments will call me back. I truly believed Dr Maltais would help me and follow through on her word...she could probably help fix the damage done but they are unreachable- The only person that called me back is their "business manager" who told me "the dr is seeing patients where she actually makes money". read more
