I got a referral from my PCP and got a call back in less than a week. Got in early for my appointment and was promptly seated in an examination room. The nurse was polite and helpful and Doctor Martinez was very professional indeed; answered my questions and listened to my concerns. I needed a mole removed which he did essentially without any pain at all. The three of us actually made jokes and light conversation during the visit. I would gladly recommend Omni Dermatology and Doctor Martinez to anyone. The only glitch was trying to work with the Patient App they use to check in-if you don't have the correct operating system on your phone, it's a waste of time. This coincided with a day that they were having problems with their site in general. I still recommend them anyway! read more

To be 100% honest, this is my first visit to a dermatologist...EVER, and it couldn't have been at a better place. The whole office aetting is welcoming and clean. The staff are eager to help in any way they can. The doc I saw didn't make me wait once I got checked in. She saw me immediately and we made A plan TOGETHER! She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and just made the whole process as seamless as possible. She wasted no time at giving me my options as far as how to handle my skin issue. I thought she'd have me come back for another visit before she Would go all in with prescription creams. I AM SO HAPPY SHE DIDNT! I've been dealing with melasma for years. Yes, I have tried a million and one things. I would've felt so defeated if she would have made me wait for another visit in a month or so to actually give me what I needed so I can actually look at myself in the mirror and be content with my complexion. I cannot say enough great things about this dermatologist office and the fact that they do tattoo removals is just another amazing thing they do I will 110% be a lifer here. The Drs here were amazing I had been back and fourth from the ER to my PCP and nobody would help me they kept saying it was nothing but ik differently and Omni actually cared to get to the bottom of what was going on and treated me for it urgently I am so greatful to the team there and wish I could be seen there for all my illnesses definitely would recommend them and will continue my care through them. read more

I had to wait for 25-30 mins after my appointment time for the provider to come into the exam room and see me. That was unnerving & being a medical assistant in the recent past the doctor I worked for would never take so long to enter the exam room and speak with the patient. It took me a while to get around to this review, but luckily I am no longer an established patient here but when I was , I feel like if you didn't have good insurance and if the doctors and their staff aren't fighting for their patients when it come to the insurance, then your treatment would just be on pause/hold and they'll just keep telling you the same thing every time you come in for an appt, you'll start to feel like you wasting gas every time you come here. It got to the point where I could start reciting my Doctors words because he will say the same thing every time he walks in the room " we are still waiting for the insurance to approve the medication so just keep applying your cream" it was sad to be honest! read more

I saw Dr.Racetti a while back. I made Dr.Racetti aware that prior to a biological injection his nurse gave me opposite instructions for after the injection that he did. Dr.Racetti became angry at me and told me he would take me around the office to point out who told me that. He then walked out of the room after the visit and muttered under his breath "know it all". Judi is amazing! I had spent 3 years in tattoo removal with one of the big chains (every 2-3 months) , and it wasn't until about the 15th treatment when my blue was just not coming off and I questioned it that one of the techs said "oh, our lasers don't remove the blue." WTSerousF!? So I researched "the best tattoo removal in Phoenix" and found Judi. So happy I did! Even just after one treatment, the blue faded a ton. Going back for more. The bonus was that I saw Judi did laser skin procedures as well, so I asked about that. I turn 50 this summer and figured I was due. Check out the before and after of an IPL and fractional I had! (I think that's what it was.) My hubs usually kinda giggles at the "girl stuff" we do in the sake of vanity (true) and that he didn't think my skin even needed anything. But when he saw the result, he was amazed! Thanks, Judi, for the great care and results. You're awesome. You helped a painful procedure go pretty quickly and easily! I'm giving one star for the friendly person who called me regarding appt times, etc. This was basically drive-thru dermatology. I had never been so disregarded by a medical 'professional' until this appointment. Sara Mohamed has zero bedside manner, I was in the exam room w her for maybe 7 minutes- she couldn't run out of the room fast enough. I had questions that were answered perfunctorily and dismissively. She was more engaged with telling her medical assistant to send in prescriptions (I don't even know what they're for - no instructions on the labels or rx insert). I'm sure their compensation increases the more ICD codes they can bill for... Terrible patient care, negative experience. Don't waste your time. read more

Came in for my appointment. Checked in and was never told the doctor was running behind. After waiting 15 minutes past my appointment I asked what was taking so long and they said the doctor is running a few minutes behind I clarified it's already been 15 minutes and they stated I was next which was a lie 3 people were called before me. I will not be going back to this dermatology office! The staff and FNP Eric Martinez were good. THEN Early the next morning I received a call from Sonia in Billing. She advised me that my insurance information was not showing on "the portal" and unless I called the insurance company to correct it, she was going to bill me for $350 and I would have to pay it! She was very rude about it and wouldn't accept my explanation that I had provided my insurance cards at the office and that other medical offices had been paid correctly by my 2 insurance companies. She insisted I had to call the company to correct the primary and secondary insurances AND wouldn't bill my insurances until I did! I called my insurance and YES! All Insurance Information Was Listed Correctly. I left a message at the doctor's office for Tiffany, the Office Manager. She didn't call me back and the next day the Billing Dept sent me an email that MY BILL WAS READY TO BE PAID!! NO ONE has returned my call and it still isn't resolved!! read more

Quick and easy derm appointment GP referred me to Omni. Appointment was easy to make and they called with a reminder two days prior. Appointment was on-time with the usual 15-minutes early on first visit for paperwork. The nurses and doc had me in right at my appointment time-- a nice surprise. They asked questions, didn't mind me asking some back, and I left with a clean bill of health and some literature for pleasure reading. ;) read more

Dr. Racette is an excellent doctor but my last appointment was canceled in February because my insurance does not cover the provider assigned for the follow up. The appointment was scheduled after my first appointment with Dr. Racette. Shouldn't someone have realized the coverage issue before the day before my follow up? I then rescheduled for a month later and I get a call with less than 24 hours that Dr. Racette has to cancel. Not a good way to treat patients. read more
