Tana Frumento is absolutely tops in her field. Tana is why I continue my loyalty to Omni Dermotology. Omni Dermatology as a facility, however, has allowed patient care to somewhat diminish over the past several years, most especially since the office location moved from Indian School Road to McDowell Road. When Omni was located on Indian School Road close to 48th Street, patient care with the front office team was over - the - top personable, friendly and always such a pleasure to communicate with. I have been a very satisfied patient for over a decade; always highly recommending Omni Dermatology to family - friends and on review platforms. I'm a female in her late 20s who has and struggles with Alopecia Areata and Telogen Effluvium. Dr. Jeffrey Dickman has been my dermatologist since 2024, and he has been a lifesaver at restoring my hair growth, informing me on treatments, and ways to manage it. I also had a mole biopsy done on my face that was quick and painless, which healed great. He truly takes the time to listen and have you actually feel heard, addressing any questions and concerns thoughtfully and professionally. I appreciate him very much for being spectacular at what he does, and am forever thankful for him being in this profession! I have never seen a more disgusting exam room. Left immediately. Staff was cordial, but seemed rushed. The facade is pleasant, but perhaps they should spend more time making sure the inside is clean and presentable... and hygienic!!!!! I would score zero, if that were possible. read more

I manage my mother's medical care, and after several visits over a couple years, I had to move her to a different practice. Omni is just the worst. - Once she sat in the office for an hour and a half, waiting to be seem, when they finally admitted they forgot she was there. This is despite the fact I went to the window twice to make sure they hadn't forgotten we were there. - Another time at the height of the Covid pandemic, they weren't following their own Covid rules around my 80-year-old mother who was high risk mother until I insisted they did, - And finally, when my mother needed an emergency antibiotic prescription for a boil while she was traveling, it was impossible for me to reach a human being over a week of trying with daily unreturned messages. I finally had to get her a prescription with an emergency room visit in the state she was visiting. In none of these situations did they ever seem the slightest bit apologetic about the abysmal customer service, or in the case of the boil, the incredible and unnecessary pain that went on far too long. By the way, we switched to affiliated dermatology, the Osborne office, and they've been superb. Highly recommend. read more

Dr. Dickman is the nicest, most easygoing doctor who really listens to your concerns. Staff is always friendly and flexible with me as I tend to run on the later side. They do have a 15 minute grace period which is nice. I've been to what seems like a hundred different doctors this year for various reasons so what stands out to me about Dr. Dickman as a physician is his willingness to actually listen to you and give you options for treatment.
