(At the conclusion of all the visits I am still having to shave so save your money). One of the visits the tech had me wipe the makeup off of my face myself. Previously all of the other techs would do it so this made me nervous... what if I didn't do it right or get it all and I wound up getting a burn?! The final straw was my last visit in January 2026. I showed up promptly for my appt and was taken to a treatment room to wait. After about 10 minutes the receptionist popped her head in to let me know the tech was running late but was finishing up and would be in soon. Finally at 30 minutes past my appt, with still no tech, I gathered my things and walked to the front desk. I told her I couldn't wait anymore and left. She apologized and I walked out. I honestly doubt the tech was even there in the building, I think it's more likely a coverage issue they were having. A couple hours later I received this text (photo), offering me a hydra facial. You guys couldn't even treat me for what I paid for, why the heck would I let you touch my skin? FYI, this franchise is also high pressure sales so be ready if you decide to waste your money going there.

Unprofessional, Retaliatory, and Harmful Experience My experience with Omni Dermatology was deeply frustrating and ultimately retaliatory. I initially sought care for a compromised skin barrier, caused by overuse of OTC sulfur products. Despite explicitly stating I could not tolerate harsh topicals, I was prescribed antibiotics that had never worked for me--and later, retinoids that worsened my condition. I had to push for oral treatments like doxycycline and spironolactone myself, but they were ineffective or made me ill. Historically, only Accutane has helped during severe flare-ups, so I met with Dr. Craig Wiggins to begin the iPledge process. He was initially supportive, but when I followed up, Dr. Fumento hesitated due to my use of antidepressants--despite full disclosure and mental health stability. She also required an in-person visit after initially approving telehealth. I complied, but during that appointment, I was unexpectedly seen by Dr. Dickman, who reversed the plan, dismissed Accutane due to hypothetical dryness, and blamed me for past irritation caused by their own treatment choices. The nurse even laughed when I brought up iPledge during a later visit--an unprofessional and invalidating response. Still trying to move forward, I scheduled a follow-up with Dr. Wiggins, who outlined the next steps for Accutane. I complied again and booked the in-person visit. But on the day of my appointment, I received a voicemail canceling it--informing me I was being discharged as a patient. When I called, the office manager confirmed I was discharged for posting multiple negative (but truthful) reviews. This was clear retaliation for exercising my right to share honest feedback. My PCP was told to send referrals elsewhere. I am considering filing a grievance with my insurance provider and possibly pursuing legal action. Omni failed in its duty of care and treated me with hostility rather than support. If you have sensitive skin, a complex medical history, or mental health concerns, I urge you to think twice before seeking care here. read more

This place has drastically changed both mine & my 4 year olds life. My son has severe excema that can literally wind up looking like burns during certain times of the year he would scratch until his body bled & at times his face would be covered in blister looking boils. Ever since he was a baby his PCP refused to diagnose him so young they said he had to be 5 or older. They literally gave us every kind of cream out there we tried every over the counter medicine, ointment, body wash, moisturizer anything & everything trying to get results with no such luck until we were referred to Omni Dermatology which has incredible staff who have not only been amazingly kid friendly but also got to the root of the problem and found us a solution that has so far worked like magic even my 4 year old couldnt help but notice 4-5 days after his 1st Dupixent injection he said "Mommy you not eber notice me not scratching for 10 days me not eber itchy no more." We are about to be on our 3rd month and so far so good we got instant results they were sure to go over everything regarding the medication. They have been sooooo great & I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing any of the services offered here. read more

Lauren is treating me for something I thought was serious but my multiple issues turned out to be common and related to each other. She was very informative and helpful in my first visit with her. She really put me at ease and she always asked if I had questions for her about anything related ! If there's anything I would have Omni Dermatology change it would be to have an easier Portal use. I couldn't use it online and had to use the office kiosk. I couldn't use the Allergy Section to list my many allergies . After I told Lauren my allergies to both medications and food my visit went well. I also let her know that I take Hair Skin and Nails advanced formula vitamins and use aloe gel before sunscreen SPF 50 . read more

I highly recommend Omni Dermatology. After a frustrating experience at a Scottsdale facility where I felt like just another number on a 'production belt,' this office was a breath of fresh air. The medical staff is amazing--they truly listened, asked clarifying questions, and addressed my concerns without overcomplicating things. While the tech-driven check-in felt a bit overwhelming at first, it will be much easier now that I know what to expect.
