On the scheduled day, at 3:50, I receive a text from him stating that he was running 15 minutes behind and requested the physical address again. I texted him the address, and ran another small errand. I arrived at the property at 10 minutes after 4, and he was not there. I received another text saying actually, he was over an hour away and wanted to reschedule. So basically, a no-show. I told him Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week would work best for me. He texted back and said actually Monday at 4 would work better for him. I said I could do that, but I could not be at the property longer than 30 minutes as I had another appointment at five that was 30 minutes away and requested to know if he would definitely be there at 4 on Monday. I received no response. I texted again on Monday, the day of the supposed rescheduled appointment, inquiring whether or not we were meeting at the property at 4. Again, I received no response. I texted a final time about an hour and a half before the rescheduled appointment saying that I assumed we weren't meeting at 4 since I had not heard from him, and again, no response. To date, still no response . If you actually want somebody to show up and meet you for an appointment for a proposal for work or maybe even to do actual work, and a company that communicates with potential clients or actual clients, you may want to look for a different company.

I received a schedule for every visit they will make for the next year (approximately four times per year each for interior and exterior) with the specific services that they would perform each time. So far, they have been very prompt, good at communication, and the services have been absolutely meticulous. Small hiccups were resolved quickly. In addition to the indoor basics (window cleaning, carpet cleaning, wood floor cleaning, granite cleaning, tile and grout cleaning), they do a lot of little things like change lightbulbs and clean lighting fixtures and ceiling fans. Outdoor, they clean gutters, power wash driveway, roof and house, and do windows. They did a fantastic job power washing my decks and screened porches. They were also very tolerant of my animals and never acted annoyed when I had to move them from room to room to allow the team to continue cleaning. I was hesitant to sign up for the service because it is a lot of money. But the high quality and easy scheduling I believe makes it worth the money. You do not have to be on the phone chasing after guys to come over, you do not need to worry about no-shows. And the work has been just fantastic. The carpet guy removed stains that professional carpet cleaners have not been able to get off for years, simply by taking his time and using different products until he got some thing to work.
