My Dr. or DO was EEthyl Harmon, who I liked on our first visit- seemed very curious and engaged, but subsequent visits she seemed irritated with me (I had trouble with side effects from one of the drugs she liked) and blamed my health problem on my coffee consumption, pointing to my to go cup (I was drinking tea at the time) instead of hey, maybe genetics and age have a bit to play here? Finally, she prescribed me two meds that were RECALLED and no longer available in the US. That bothered me, They were recalled 4-5 months before she prescribed them to me and contained carcinogens. TWICE. I found a new dock nd a new clinic. This place is always grumpy.

She quickly recommended Dr. Ashley Hildebrand and I tried to schedule an appointment with her not long after. She didn't have any immediate openings for new patients available but I didn't mind waiting a couple of months since there was no urgent issue. The building itself looks pretty new and they have plenty of waiting area in the lobby. Someone quickly checked me in and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. A nurse came in shortly after I was escorted to a room and went through the whole intake process. She was super nice and made me feel at ease. She also made note of things I told her I had questions about for the doctor. Shorty after, Dr. Hildebrand came in and she was lovely! She took the time to get to know me and answer some of my super basic questions. She made me feel very comfortable instead of awkward or embarrassed about my body. I highly recommend her! As if that wasn't enough, months after my appointment, she messaged me through their online messaging system following up on some issues I had mentioned. I felt so listened and cared for! The only reason I don't give it one more star was because the nurse that did my bloodwork was super cold and I didn't really know what was going on so I felt lost.

Once he saw the MRI he told me exactly what was wrong and what a Neurosurgeon would do. He referred me, and sure enough, almost word for word the neurosurgeon told me what was wrong and what he would do to fix it! So Mr. Callison pulled no punches and knew what he was talking about. I plan to make him my primary physician. You can feel free to talk to him, and he actually listens. He will take as long as you or he needs. No bums rush to see the next patient.
