Omnia is an amazing recovery program with a truly caring staff. They provide breakfast lunch and as much coffee as you like. Also clean water to fill up your own bottles with. Many of their staff are also in recovery so it is refreshing to be among people who can relate and empathize with your situation. They provide group counseling where the counselors not only listen but have advice derived from their own experience to share. Laina (hope I spelled the right) is amazing, her groups are engaging and thought provoking. She gets to the root of what's going on, without ever belittling you, or making you feel like you have to engage, she makes you want to engage. Kenny is hard core, love him, he is a no BS but extremely caring counselor. Cassidy is amazing! If ever there should be an "I care about you" mascot it should be her. I love how the above 3 treat you with dignity and respect. I broke my leg and Omnia accommodated me with zoom sessions, so I don't get to see Glenn, because he is an in person counselor, but Glenn is super cool, also in recovery and will show you the ropes of working a solid program. My experience with Omnia Recovery IOP has truly meant a lot to me, especially during a time in my life when I really needed support. I've been through treatment before, but this time I'm trying to do things differently--and Omnia has played a big role in that. I've been at Omina for one week now, and while I was incredibly nervous to start this process, the intake team made me feel safe and welcomed immediately. I wish I could give more than five stars! This place has been incredibly helpful in my personal development. The staff is amazing -- they genuinely care and even go the extra mile, picking up the phone after hours to help. I came here for support with my mental health and to learn how to manage my frustrations. Omina is not just another IOP! When I was at my lowest, not even drinking or using.. Arik allowed me to come in even before they knew if my insurance would cover my IOP/sober living. From the technicians all the way up to the owners these guys are passionate about watching and helping others succeed in life And recovery.
