It wasn't always easy, but after completion, I was very happy with the outcome. I now have my home exercises that they gave me and with continued shoulder workouts, I am able to maintain and strengthen the shoulder, arm and neck. If I would need any type of physical therapy in the future, I would definitely come back because all of the therapists are top notch, friendly and of course knowledgeable and professional. We interviewed several highly recommended surgeons and chose Dr Vibert based on recommendations from other doctors and our meeting with him. Very pleased with that decision. Dr Vibert has excellent bedside manner. Explained the procedures in a manner that we could understand, very personable and caring. Surgery and aftercare has been great! A dying breed of doctors who gave us his cell phone for any after surgery concerns etc. and responded almost instantly every time. Husband is very pleased with the results and although it will be a bit of time to get back to a new "normal" we would recommend this doctor to anyone who needs back surgery. I had changed phone numbers and updated the staff with this new information when I was scheduling a recheck appointment after my surgery. A month goes by and it is the day of my appointment. I drive all the way there only to find out they had cancelled my appointment three weeks prior because he was going to be out of town, yet they failed to properly notify me. They said they tried to call me, but got a message saying the line was no longer in service. After asking which number they tried calling it was apparent they never updated my records like I had thought. My immediate thought was "If they had cancelled the appointment three weeks ago and couldn't reach me by phone, why did they not send me a letter in the mail notifying me as well as asking me to update my contact info with them?" I asked this and the girl just looked at me dumbfounded and clueless. No apology what-so-ever for wasting my time, gas and most importantly my patience. Most recently I had another recheck scheduled (this time over two months in advance) and I missed the appointment. I do take some responsibility for this as I should have marked it in my calendar, but I am pretty irked that I didn't get a reminder phone call or even a call after I missed the appointment to make sure everything was okay. Any other doctors office I have ever gone to has always given a reminder call 24 or 48 hours prior. If not a live person then a recording which is just as good. When I called to reschedule I asked if they normally do reminder calls for appointments and the lady had this snotty tone to her voice and said no as if I had just asked her some kind of joke question. Like a "how dare you ask me" type thing. Okay then... - Bottom Line - Doctor = Awesome Staff = Poop

Its a great location ans very big, with plenty of therapists who can work with your schedule. They will write in your chart and coordinate care if you are working with another therapist. If you are a young athlete, I don't recommedn them as they do not do sport specific rehab, they are ultra conservative, and they will not push you. Overall, its a standard rehab place with nice people and a lot of schedule flexibility. The care is adequate, but not specialized

Hearing that, from your doctor that you've seen over and over again and after doing physical therapy, can leave you with a bad feeling in the pit of your stomach. But after going here I realize that all that anxiety was wasted and I'm so glad that my doctor referred me to this specialist. I was scheduled for an EMG test which is basically a nerve test. It shows if you have misfiring in your nerves because of a pinched nerve and other things. This office does do other neurological tests from what I understand, but this is what I went in for. Now this test I knew nothing about until my doctor's office told me (when they gave me the referral). They told me there were needles and electricity involved and I really got freaked out. Then when I called and I made my appointment they were so kind, and said anything you may have heard about this test most of that doesn't happen here. They explained the procedure but I still googled it. That was a bad mistake. Do yourself a favor ask your doctor questions and don't ever look anything up. People post the worst stories and yes, they might have had a bad experience, but everything that I did read online about this procedure was kind of outdated. The needles that were used for my procedure were almost like an acupuncture pin. If you look it up online and there are long probes that are as thick as a safety pin and as long as your middle finger. That's why I had anxiety all day When I came in and I met Dr. Brennan he knew almost immediately what my issue was just by touching my thumb. That's what a sharp mind and 30 years of experience will do for you. Everything I told him he said was completely textbook and I was so easy and he made me feel so much better. To have an accurate diagnosis that now and MRI will confirm exactly how to treat I know that I will be better sooner than later. I'm going to keep Dr. Brennan in mind if I need to go back for any more physical therapy or any more tests and I will specifically ask for him if the occasion comes up. Hopefully I'll never have to go back or not until much much later in life.... but now that I know that all of us who do any bending twisting and lifting can have these problems, there is a solution and you will feel better.
