I hired her to do decorations for a corporate event and I feel like she completely scammed me and got over on me. Suzanne brought me 6 balloons and 3 very small letters balloons and charged over $200. She also charged for set up even though she did not set anything up. She was supposed to me at a certain time but chose to come earlier so she would miss me because she knew the quality of work she promised to deliver was not what was delivered. I called her to confront her and asked if she would come back to the location because I thought what she had dropped of was a joke. When Suzanne came back she was very argumentive and not willing to see that she had made her customers very unhappy. On top of that, Suzanne grabbed my arm in the middle of our discussion. I did not touch her once or get in her personal space so I do not know why she thought it was appropriate to touch or grab me. She refused to bring more balloons or do anything to appease the situation. The best she said she could do was offer me a credit for future use which I let her know I would NEVER use her company again so she can keep that credit. Suzanne is very unprofessional and sin city balloons is a scam. The pictures on her website do not match what she delivers. I can't believe I was charged over $200 for what was pictured below when I could've gone to party city myself and has them do it and pay way less. Lesson learned!

Punctual Day of event, Eleanor and her assistant arrived at the time promised and she stayed on top of her vendors to ensure that they were also on time. 5. Competitively Priced I made the decision to pay the extra money to have Eleanor act as the event planner on the ground in Vegas as I do not live there. For a reasonable fee, she took on the responsibility of representing as point person for the other vendors and service providers. The fee was well worth the piece of mind and a smoothly run event. 6. Creative Design From the balloon design to the interactive backdrops, each piece was well thought out and creative.
